I loved everything about the staff and hotel except the pool. I had planned to use it until I saw that it was dirty with hair and stuff floating on the surface of the water. I checked it both days I was there and decide not to use it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located close to freeways and restaurants. Breakfast included and has hot items. Has swimming pool and a hot tube but the hot tub was only luke warm. Good value.

I had read some concerning reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. We found the dtaff to be friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable. The room well apportioned and clean. The swimming pool area could use some attention, but was in good working order. Overall, would give 4/5

The pool had so much hair in it I have pics of the huge chunk that ended up on my six year old sons back…and I also have pictures of the pull out couch that had a long silver poll sticking out of it. Most things were okay but those things makes us think twice about our stay. We use hotels a lot so was disappointing. Thanks for listening

Check in was smooth and quick. Service people were friendly and attentive. Good option for people with pets.

Hallway smelled a bit. Staff was great and had good suggestions on how to get to room. Nice that breakfast was warm and a variety rather than just prepackaged bad pastries. Parking was full and had to hunt for a space.

The elevator sounded like it would break any moment. The staff was very efficient and nice.

There were only 2 things that were good about our stay here. The Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful and second, the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, the hotel is rundown, really needs an update. The elevator was broken and we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs. The room was supposed to have 2 Queen beds, they were smaller than a full sized bed. 2 adults and 2 older children cannot share these beds. The room was tiny, the TV didn’t work in the room, the phone didn’t work and the bathroom was like taking a shower in a coffin… There was no breakfast, even though they said it was open until 9:30am, my husband went downstairs at 8:00am, there was a sign that said, Cafe closed… nothing was out.. So disappointed, Will not stay there again.

I like the location, was disappointed only to find the hot tub was bathwater warm .

Very pet friendly

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Checkin went smoothly. The elevator is older and makes suspicious noise, we chose to take the stairs to the 4th floor. Upon entering our room everything seemed to be fine. Entered the bathroom, there was what appeared to be dried out fried rice on the floor. There was debris splattered in the tub (it appeared to not have been cleaned) the provided shampoo/conditioners were empty and the towel rack was not secured and fell off the wall when attempting to get a towel to dry off. At bed time we pulled the sheets back to find torn, stained linens. They smelled of bleach, so were "clean" but not aesthetic at all.

Refrigerator has food items remaining from previous visitors. Surfaces inside refrigerator was dirty. Thin walls transfer noise i.e. voices, tv and slamming doors. Definitely sub-standard for the price. Would not recommend to others.

The AC was broken in our room and the filter was so clogged with dust, that it was an allergen nightmare. There was also fleas and it was clear the duvets hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Negatives: Very loud traffic noise due to the highway being less than 100 yards away, room wasn't cleaned well as there were sticky drink rings left on one of the side tables, mattress pad was too small for the bed so was very uncomfortable to lay on, couch had a big rip in the armrest, and the room smelled terrible. Positives: Front desk staff was very friendly, check-in was quick and easy, Applebee's was right across the parking lot

Friendly staff, clean hotel and room.

There was a stain on the top comforter of our bedding, multiple strands of what I assumed was animal fur on floors and even in the shower. We were quite disgusted with the cleanliness of our room.

I was disappointed to find the hotel in such poor condition. It was very dirty everywhere, with dusty floors in the halls, lobby, and rooms, and stained bed sheets. Honestly, it was quite disgusting. The breakfast was passable, but the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and there was a mess of food containers all around. The property definitely needs upgrades or, at the very least, a deep cleaning. The price is too high for the level of room and service provided.

Clean room, quick service. Our neighbors seemed to keep opening and closing doors throughout the night. I do wish there was more noise canceling available but I just left the television on to drown some noise out. For a last minute stay, the price and convenience was worth it and I’d book again just based off that. Thanks again.

Our King suite room was perfect for the 3 of us.

Room is very small, hard to walk in, noises from freeway .

There weren’t very many handicapped parking spaces available and the front entry wasn’t very spacious for dropping off people. The rooms were nice and clean. Mismatched touch up paint detracted from the overall feel of a quality room.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is very dated and it shows from stains on the walls along the halls and the room, a broken toilet to a very outdated elevator. Basically this hotel has not been maintained well for what is being charged for a room and I wont be staying here again.

Room is on the smaller side but seemed clean. It had a great breakfast!

Check in was very easy. The room was inadequate. There were no amenities. I had to pay extra for a microwave and refrigerator. The lights on the wall did not work and it was Hair in the shower meaning it was not clean.

Smallest tv in room. Computer monitor was bigger. Great breakfast choices. Next to highway do a bit noisy

The bedroom smelled really bad, the door did not close properly every time one one opened their door ours banged. It was very old and dated

Alex checked us in and was extremely nice and helpful. We had been traveling for over a week and he was the nicest person we had come across. So grateful for him!

A little older property but maintained well. Staff was great and friendly. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve had and we’ve stayed at many, many places across the United States. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they provided me another room when the freeway noise was an issue. I very much appreciated them going the extra mile.

I will NEVER go back to this hotel. The customer service was horrible. A young employee with blond hair was notified that we (myself and elderly 79 yr old veteran father) were checking out a bit late. My father walks with a cane, making him a bit slower. It was approximately 15-20 mins past 11:00 when we made it to the reception counter. It was very clear that the staff DO NOT communicate amongst themselves, considering they checked us in for another night on my fathers credit card. The redhead at reception is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She seemed to think it was ok to address my father and I in a disrespectful, demeaning, reprimanding manner because we didn’t check-out before 11:00, and she argued whether staff was notified or not on our late check-out, calling us a liar. She was especially irritated about having to refund the extra night she charged us. She was soo angry that her ears and face were bright red as she continued raising her voice at us. All my father and I wanted to do was to leave. We weren’t allowed to leave until she was done badgering us. My father had to tell her, “If it makes you happy and it makes you feel better, charge me the extra night.” And she said ok. When he requested a receipt for the extra night being charged to his credit card, she retracted and said she was going to “be nice” and refund the charge, to then proceed to repeat herself over and over about checking out late.

Unfortunately they gave me a room that was already occupied. Imagine my surprise and horror when i open the door only to hear someone in the shower. Luggage and dirty clothes on the floor and a large pizza box next to the TV. Closed door and went back to reception desk totally bewildered that they assigned me an occupied room.

I appreciated having a luggage cart available. The agent at the front desk was efficient and very helpful. I found my room spacious and comfortable.

People fighting in the room below, when to front desk and wouldn't do anything about and wouldn't give our money back. Litterly fighting from Mid night to 1:53am, then cops finally got there.

The staff at check in was very nice. The room was facing the main road so it was very noisy. I should have asked to put us in a quiet area of the hotel. Bathroom was ok. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling… not sure it was in working condition.

It was a really nice room and right off the highway. It’s in a nice town with lots of dining. We chose it for it’s direct route to Crater Lake NP My 4 star is for location: it is sandwiched directly between an interstate and a highway so the road noise makes it difficult for a quiet sleep

Sorry, but it is too close to the freeway and its noise. Location is very good close to shopping, gas and eateries. Staff was excellent.

I like that it was next to Applebee's. Safe area. Parking available. Easy on/off freeway. Didn;t hear much noise at all from other occupants and it was a busy Saturday night. I didn't try the breakfast as it was only open even on a Sunday until 9:30 am, Coffee in room is terrible and the TV is too small for me. But I liked the room it was comfortable and the bed was too. Try to get the side that is NOT behind the freeway if that bothers you. All in all I was pleased with the accommodations and will come back.

Property was convenient to the freeway and shopping. Breakfast wasn't hot, coffee was lukewarm. Overall this motel needs a remodel.

The room did not have a hairdryer, soap, and was missing towels. The staff did a great job and getting these for us, but it was something that should have been ready when we open the door. Breakfast selection was sparse.

Great stay at a reasonable price! Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, easily accessible location with dining and shopping nearby, good breakfast selection.

In looking for a room to stay at we ultimately chose to stay here because of the ability to have our dogs with us. This hotel really needs to be better prepped for busy seasons though. With it being 4th of July weekend they seemed to be less than par. Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and asked twice for additional fresh towels to be told at the front desk that there was a shortage of towels. And no towels available for the pool area either. We were there for a baseball tournament in over 100 degree weather and showers were a necessity! Also Sunday morning breakfast was slow, and they ran out of food! It is probanly a no for us to stay at in the future. Anyone wanting to stay there, be sure to bring towels!
