Nice front desk people, first time staying on first floor was not impressed. Rooms were not what i expected after staying there for years

The bed was extremely hard. A couple of tiles were loose in the entrance. Not loose enough to come up, but enough to make noise when walked on. The hairdryer was hidden BEHIND the towels. The toilet would run periodically through the night. Also, the door would SLAM shut if it wasn’t grabbed in time. The breakfast would have been better if it were at least warm. The serving line does little to keep the eggs, sausage, or biscuits warm. Though there is a sign for bacon, none was available either day. Coffee was good.
