The negatives are not really negatives as they are remodeling. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the only downside to the remodeling is that their pool has been down every time. Other than that they were wonderful. Super friendly as well

Marzee created me at the desk at check-In with a welcoming face. We were on our way home and stayed for the night. Kevin was very welcoming and conversational with my wife and I. Steven was a great asset running a first class bar. Thank you for the great day.

Pool was closed and didn't notify us when booking or checked in. Poor water pressure..and everything was an additional charge.. On a positive note the woman that checked me in..was very polite..and signed me up for hilton rewards.

Very disappointed. Pool was under renovation. The hotel lobby smelled like sewerage walking towards the elevators. The a/c only had the unit on the floor with no vents in the ceilings or walls. A/C ran all day and all night although it was on auto. The last day both elevators were not working so we had to use the stairs which was 3 flights. This hotel needs upgrades. Will not stay again. Also floors and walls thin.

Booked one night during a long road trip, added the breakfast to stay. Specifically booked this hotel for the pool as a way to unwind. When I arrived there was a sign on front desk indicating the pool was closed. This is still not noted when you are searching for hotels. Did not check in and they would not give me a refund after calling hotels.com. The lady at the front desk made it seem like if I called they would refund my money, but when I did call hotels.com made it clear it was the hotel refusing to give me refund. I’m so done with booking on this site.

Bathroom in room was dirty their was someone's hair still stuck to the shower wall. Someone was beating on our door at 9 am to see if we were still in the room (worker) also the headboard wasn't even attached to the wall !!! Employees were so nice just needs a little TLC

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. The carpet is taped down with duct tape in many, many places. The bathtubs are also very slippery. The front lobby is under construction. The restaurant serves breakfast, but expect to pay $15 per person for a motel 6 quality meal.

I was lied to by host, “ my room is ready we wiating on towels.” She clocked out, next host after 30 more min, told me that the rooms was still dirty. The first room that we entered was already occupied! The 2nd room the ac wasn’t working and they sent someone to work on it and it didn’t work still.at 10:30 pm, they still didn’t have another room ready so we just slept in the heat! The next morning they gave us another room but main engineer came and fixed our ac so we just stayed in current room. It was a bad situation and stinks to have paid so much for 2 nights and the first night was miserable but the employees were really nice and seemed to be doing their best.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. we stayed on the bottom floor which the room was already remodeled but the hallway and other bottom rooms were not yet finished. Check in was ok, but we did have to stand at a little office window to complete transactions. the clerk was pleasant and helpful. the price was good and it was just an over night stay so it was fine. I would not want to stay here for a few days with the s on going.

Definitely not up to the Hilton standards. Clean yes, but food service was horrible especially for the price. Thermostat would not go above 63 degrees when it was 30 outside. Phone did not work, and the toilet barely worked. Will not be staying there again.

Pet fee on hotels.com said $50 but staff made very questionable modifications to paperwork making the pet fee $75. False advertising and probably the front desk is pocketing the extra $25. My small yorkie is cleaner than all children but there’s no extra fee for dirty children…

Arrived at 830PM to be told my room wasn't cleaned yet. After waiting in the lobby the room was finally ready at 10pm. I was not the only people stuck waiting for our room to be cleaned either. Room itself was fine but the shower faucet was broken and barely functional and the shower curtain rod was loose barely secured to wall.

Check-in was slow. Impressive lobby, clean & comfortable. Wi-Fi wasn’t free unless you were a member of the club. Extras were expensive. No special channels on TV. Breakfast buffet attendant was very helpful & accommodating. Housekeeping didn’t clean room but took our hanging towels & didn’t leave any. Called & only gave us one bath towel. Disappointed with Hilton in the past we have had very good stays.

The staff was short handed so couldn’t get a room cleaned but office did leave note saying to call for towels etc etc.at night is when it was really bad with all the noise up and down the hall after midnight. It was continuous till around 3:30 am when I was finally able to sleep.

I would like to give a personal shout out to the front desk staff Ro, she was such a delightful woman from the moment I approached the desk. She greeted me with open arms and was so helpful, she was attentive and made me feel valued. I truly appreciate it and will stay here again if and when I come back and visit Shreveport to see my friends.

I actually booked at the wrong Hilton Garden. But to my surprise it was above expectations. Online pictures seem to be outdated. I gotta give a special shout out to Tim who works the front desk. He’s great! Top notch customer service. Be patient with him if and when it does get busy. He usually by himself. The hotel is quiet I felt safe especially being a solo traveler.

The area was nice, the staff was nice, and overall it was a nice stay. The room I was in the toilet was loose, felt like it might tip over. There was still masking tape on the vent in the bathroom from the last time it was painted(this is very minor), but for a room that costs nearly $200 a night I was very disappointed. I’ve had the same quality of stay at places for half the price. The only reason I stayed here was because that’s where the Air Force roomed my son the night before he shipped out to basic training.

The Atmosphere was AMAZING, relaxing, modern decor, very clean. The onsite restaurant and bar was cool. My husband said that was the moist, well cooked steak he had. The Lamb meatballs were cooked to perfection. The wings were cooked just right. The Bartender was so personable and nice. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

They are making upgrades so when done, I am sure it will be gorgeous. Room was clean but dated. Only one bartender/server and he worked his a** off and was so funny and engaging. Keep this guy. Also, food good except burger overcooked. Would stay again
