After we checked in our rooms refrigerator and toilet were not working so we switch rooms from the second floor to the third floor. there was no ice machine on the third floor, Housekeeping came by to clean room at different times . First day they came by at 9 AM and did not clean the room because we were there the next couple days we made sure we were done in the room in the morning. They didn’t clean the room because they showed up at 1:45 one day at 2:45 the next day and we were there both times so they just gave us towels, The hot tube did not work. And breakfast was not as advertise there was no bacon there was no omelettes and ladies that where working the kitchen didn’t keep up with the scrambled eggs and the pancakes machine. And when the biscuits ran out, the lady showed up with a plate for the biscuits and use her bare hands to move them over to the warmer.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. My husband was in a bad wreck so when we travel we need the hot tub/pool. We went to check the pool out after we checked in and they said both were closed because of health issues from the city. So huge disappointment. They should have had that on the web page.

Our family was in town for the Alianza tournament and the stay here was very pleasant considering the exhaustion we were undergoing. The hotel was maybe 5 minutes away from the Harold Patterson fields, so that was a big plus. Breakfast was okay; nothing bad about it but nothing too special. We were near the mall and several restaurants. The parking was limited but it could have been due to being in the same parking area as other restaurants. Overall it was a good stay and we will definitely book here again.

Overall was a nice stay, rm 122 phone did not work, and my gf got something delivered to the hotel for my birthday and did not receive a call because the phone was not working, staff held on to item but didnt walk to my room to deliver it.. my mother had to go to front desk and ask about the surprise delivery.. also the pool area was under construction..

Run down, moldy room, dirty carpet, key locks were old and glitchy and worked half the time, not just on our room door but on other doors to enter hotel. Staff at desk were indifferent when asked about issues.

Staff was really nice. However this was the nosiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The walls are thin, I couldn’t hear people next door to me talking and arguing all night. I could hear people above me jumping and stomping all hours of the night and day. The halls are extremely loud in the morning, I woke up to noise constantly my entire stay. This hotel isn’t for sleeping. The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell and you could tell it was the carpet. The carpet was stained BADLY!! The tub was chipping paint and the curtains were stained as well. I loved the fridge and microwave in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Bed was very comfy. AC was very cool. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is the room was a little musty smelling? Kind of like a stale smell. I also noticed our tub/shower fixtures were all half broken. Still functional but definitely hanging on by a thread.

Terrible noise it's the main problem I was on the main floor not too far from the food area asked to be moved and I couldn't be. I will never stay at that hotel again unless I'm giving some kind of accommodations for the poor service.

The front desk clerk was nice enough but the check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily long. I prefer newer or really recently updated and this one looked more updated online but was like outdated with that sort of updated vibe but pretty clean. The bed was very hard, squeaky and uncomfortable. I could hear everything and ever conversation in the hallway.

Terrance checked us in on 9/25/24and he was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lady that checked us out on Sunday 9/29/24 was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She was on a facetime call and that was he priority. She didnt ask if we enjoyed our stay, or thank us for choosing Holiday Inn. If she cares about her position she did not portary that with her actions.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was amazing. The staff was wonderful. The Hotel was very clean. My room was clean and very comfortable. My first day there the room I was in were very cold. I call front desk and immediately maintance came to check. When it was going to take a while to resolve the problem. He told the staff to move me to another room. Excellent

Staff was very pleasant. Room was nice with plenty of extra towels/washcloths/blankets for extra sleeping arrangements. Breakfast was great every morning. Just after checking in and each day following, I received a text to make sure our room was up to par and asking if we needed anything additional or if we had any issues. Housekeeping was also fantastic. They came in and made the beds, replaced linens, even folded my kids clothes that they left laying on the bed! The hotel is also super convenient to any/all shopping and dining options. It was a wonderful stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel for future stays and to others.

This place works even if you don’t have a car. I was able to go to Target, the mall and tj max. Dinning options are not so great but you won’t die of hunger if you don’t have a car.

Hotel was a half mile from our doctors office which was great because we didn’t know the area. PLUS it was across the street from Park Mall in Arlington, had 20 different places to eat and there were 2 pharmacies. So we had everything we needed right there.

When we first arrived we were next to a room with some loud kids. We asked to be moved and the girl at the front desk immediately changed our room to a much quieter one. She was very accommodating any time we asked for anything. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was great. They had most everything you might want. The swimming pool was very clean. Overall it was great!
