Staff was very helpful, liked the shower pressure, the fitness room was adequate for my needs and breakfast was very good......................

The hot tub was hot, but the whirlpool jets did not come on. Also, I would have appreciated a brochure that listed the location and times of the facilities, and also a list of TV channels, and instead of having to go back to one particular channel to read the guide.

Pool/hot tub needed to be cleaned but besides that a good place to stay with family.

Stayed one night with family . Good size rooms and our floor was quiet. Only gripe is even though the pool was "heated"it was still pretty cold and the amount of chlorine was way to much, everyone swimming was coughing with burning eyes. Despite the pool issues i would atay again.

We loved this hotel! Super clean and well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with many options. Our room was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. This is a lovely hotel ansi would definitely stay here again with my family! The only thing I was unhappy about was that every night we stayed there were several trucks in the parking lot, parked sideways across every spot in the back row. This is a small parking lot with just 1 row of spots along the back of the building and 1 row of spots across from that. That’s it. The trucks made parking hard as well as that they should have been parked somewhere else. There were serval empty office buildings surrounding the hotel and a Costco next door-plenty of parking for trucks.

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were supper friendly. The pool area was big and they had a hottub. The only critique i have is that they put too much chlorine. Will definetly come back.

pool chlorine was off the charts, hurt eyes. checking staff was not friendly, hallway trash wasn't picked up, TV guide did not work. will not stay here again.

The parking lot was small and somewhat unaccommodating. After checkin I had to circle the hotel a couple of times to find a spot. I wasn’t really sure where their parking ended and the other business’ parking began. The staff seemed un-interested in being there. During check in i was handed the form to fill out while the counter person returned to her phone. When I asked a question I had to repeat it because she was more invested in what was on her phone. Initially when I called to ask for an early check in I was prompted to join ihg rewards. After giving all of the info I was told there’s no guarantee that the room will be ready which is understandable. Then I was immediately thrown into a sales pitch to buy another trip that I would be reimbursed for. When I called the morning of as prompted by my previous call, I was informed that there were no housekeepers in yet at 8 am and no one had checked out. We stopped at 1 pm to check availability and were met with yet more disinterest and a quick ”your room hasn’t even been turned over yet” Overall the room was okay. We weren’t sure if we were in someone else’s room though because the tv was left on when we came in. The hotel seemed in general dis-repair due to easily remedied scuffs and marks throughout the hallway and room that were not fixed i.e. scuffs on the walls etc. Overall the room was fine for our one night stay but left much to be desired!

Room and hotel were impeccably clean. Quiet and safe area. Able to get a good night's rest.

The bathtub was rusty. Piles of hair on bathroom tile and carpets not cleaned properly.

The property was beautiful, clean, and updated. The Front desk staff was great, Keion took great care of us a check in. The room was so big, spacious, and clean. The Dove products in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely go back and recommend this place.

This is easily the worst hotel experience we've had over the years. Upon checking in and entering our room, the first thing to greet us was a tiny roach in the kitchenette sink. Kids and I freaked out and we got a different room. The second room was clean, but before we were even able to go in, a large group of guests swarmed in into the room next door, laughing and yelling loudly - mind you it was about 11:15pm. We asked the front desk if anything could be done, and they very nicely offered us a different room, again. So at 11:30 we finally got into a clean and quiet room, settling in with two little ones... Next day we headed to the pool only to find out the main poor was not properly heated, my son jumped in and almost turned blue. So we decided to give the hot tub a shot - could not even step my feet in, as the tub was FILTHY. Thick white foam with a layer of yellow-brownish dirt flipping on, gross! Then it got worse. When we returned to our room that evening, it seems a party has started in the room next door. Through the rest of the night till after 1am, we can hear constant commotion with the loud banging on the door, door smashing, shouting in the hall way, running around. The worst part, our room started having nasty weed smell late into the night. We called the front desk about this, but the smell remained for hours and made us really sick. Most staff were friendly, but this place really needs better management. Never again!

Very clean and spacious. They have a big indoor pool and the breakfast is very good.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very roomy with a microwave and refrigerator. But the toilet did not flush properly and we had a clog. It took them hours to get upstairs to fix the clog and they ended up just handing us a plunger. They never ended up properly fixing it, and that was an inconvenience because you had to flush delicately. Also, we had requested housekeeping to clean the room and they forgot. We had towels all over the place with my kids, and the beds were never made. When I called down at 6 PM when we arrived back to the room, they said housekeeping was gone for the day and there was nothing they could do for us. Once again, the rooms were nice, but the service was rather questionable.

TV options need to be upgraded. No options for streaming apps.

We had a very loud group of people above us. We complained twice. At midnight I went down to the front desk to say something in person and even offered to switch rooms, the night counter person said he’d already called them about the noise and he couldn’t move us because he was booked solid, although I started the process of reserving a room on my phone and it gave me room options and did not say it was full. We didn’t get to sleep until after 1 am.

The rooms are huge, the water pressure and warmth is amazing. The hot tub was hot jets worked. Decent size pool. The breakfast is great tastes good and is surprisingly healthy. The accomoda5ions are in a safe quiet neighborhood close to walmart and groceries. Will stay again for sure.

Did not like how we had Hot Water running for about 4 hours because the handle to turn on/off the water broke right off in my hand. There was no access door and had maintenance up and down in our room multiple times.

Quick family trip for a wedding. The room was very comfortable with loads of space. Liked the microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a clean, quiet hotel with a decent breakfast. It is a reasonably priced hotel that I have stayed in before and will continue to use. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Place and room are very esthetically pleasing. The bed and pillows were awful. Like rocks. And the plumbing was so loud everytime there was a flush, shower or running water from i believe room above. And it was alot.

Everything was clean and the staff was great.

We ran out of toilet paper and needed towels. We called the front desk were told they were going to bring it. We waited and waited 2 hr and half pass by no lie and nothing. Waited a lil more and nothing. Called down stairs just to find out the guy took the towels to the wrong room and now it’s our responsibility to take the dirty towels and down and go get clean ones. I told him I called almost three hrs ago I have lil kids (babies) who are asleep. That was not right and not our fought we told him our room number and been waiting for so long. He did not care and said to come down if we need toilet paper and clean towels nothing he can do

Great housekeeping staff- always friendly and willing to help with any problems. Bed comfortable. A/c worked well. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Stay here regularly.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were cozy. Breakfast buffet was so much more than a continental breakfast. You’ll find everything you could possibly want for breakfast: pre-made cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and more. It was a nice stay, and I would stay here again. Only suggestion would be to teach your front desk people to be pleasant. The girl who checked us in wasn’t rude, but she had no personality whatever. Our one key would not work, so took it right back down to the desk. She questioned/accused, ‘you put it next to your phone?’ No, it hadn’t left my hand yet. Not very friendly, but again, I wouldn’t say rude.

Our checkin experience was poor. When we called to see if we could check in at 2pm, the front desk lady looked up our reservation and stated our check in date was for July 17th, not our actual date of January 17th. From this point on she was unprofessional and rude. During the brief pauses on the phone while attempting to fix it for us, she kept saying how “she was over this day” and how she couldn’t wait to go home. After “pulling some strings” she was able fix our date (which didn’t need fixing at all on our end). When we arrived to check in, she was slightly kinder although she did let us know that she essentially “got in trouble” for changing our date. Definitely unnecessary. Other than that, our stay was okay.

Much more than I expected... Wonderful staff, A well-taken care of property .. I would like to give our check in person. Melissa has a perfect 10 of 10 score for her customer service skills.. Without hesitation, she addressed my special needs above and beyond the normal.. Her kindness is rare in today's world.. And shining stars should be pointed out for others to enjoy.

Person at the front desk had the demeanor of someone giving me a speeding ticket. When I asked for an upstairs room she said the room I was getting was "all she had". When I arrived in the room the tv in the room next door was on loud and did not go off for the duration of my stay. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. I tried walking tj the front desk and there was no one there. So nice facility. Horrible stay

This has the potential to be a great hotel. The desk clerk was efficient at check in. Our room was spacious & clean though the hand soap bottle was empty. Hubby made a quick trip to the lobby and got a replacement. Back at the room we could not access the guide on the TV. Another trip to the front desk to ask for a list of TV channels resulted in the clerk saying that “Oh yeah. The guide button on the TV remotes doesn’t work.” A request for a list of channels was met by “We don’t have that.” A second trip down to complain finally resulted in a list of channels. My husband was told that the “Welcome Bags” that were behind the desk (containing a bottle of water & a bag of chips) were not available to guests who booked through Expedia. That was the final straw. Why should it matter how I booked? I was paying $150 for one night. The lack of courtesy was disappointing. I would not return to this property.

Good location and very good hotel for a weekend gateaway

There was plenty of parking and restaurants nearby. There seemed to be a particular smell from the carpet that was noticeable.

Location was perfect. The staff were very, very friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast what's also great. The atmosphere felt peaceful. Stores and restaurants were nearby. We received a nice gift. For sure, I will return.

The property was easy to find, centrally located for all kinds of amenities from gas to restaurants to sightseeing. One could navigate with or without tolls and be within 5 miles from anything one would need. The rooms are big and well maintained. We had a microwave and mini fridge. We were on the second floor and it had strong water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the hot tub which is kept at a good temp and had jets that worked wonders on the knots in my back. The front staff was tremendously helpful. We were able to store our luggage while we waited for rooms to be ready. They had a handout with restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend it if you need to be in the area.

Upon check in (9/1) we were greeted by a friendly clerk at the counter. Our room was clean and comfortable but we noticed that even though we rented the room for 6 people there were only 4 towels in the room. Because 2 of the people we were expecting were not going to arrive tonight as expected it was ok. The next evening (9/2)we went to the front desk to request 6 towels and were told we could only have 4 but must return the ones we used first. The clerk was extremely rude and argumentative and made me feel unwelcomed. I eventually was given 5 towels ,which were wrapped together so I thought I had 6. I asked about housekeeping as we had no soap in our shower and was told they don't come often and if I complained to corporate nothing would change. The next morning my group of 6 went to the breakfast room only to find everything empty and not even coffee or hot water. There was 1 person trying to take care of all the food and could not keep up with the demand. At this point I asked for a manager but there was not one on duty There was a very kind and apologetic clerk behind the counter who informed us we were welcome to go to the hotel next door for breakfast which to us would have felt uncomfortable. We were extremely disappointed with the treatment we received and expected much better from Holiday Inn

Overall this hotel is excellent. The breakfast is really good. Clean and safe. The beds could be a little softer and more comfortable. The beds caused back pain for my family and I.

My wife and I spent one night at this IHG hotel in Horsham, PA, spending time with our daughter and her family who also stayed here. The hotel met all our expectations for comfort, quiet, roominess, and so forth. The complimentary breakfast was above average--the grandkids loved it because they could make waffles AND pancakes. The pool was chilly, the hot-tub very warm. Other than perhaps an excess of chlorine, the kids loved the water also. All-in-all we were more than satisfied.

Great breakfast included in price.
