Not the best location if you wish to go for a run in the morning. Heavy traffic but safe.

Hotel clean, breakfast good, beds soft, nice area, staff nice. Down sides for us were you could hear everything outside and in the halls. Not very quiet because of people talking and paper thin walls. No TV in suite by the sleeper sofa and they said wedding party wiped out hot chocolate and would get some more in the next day. We were there 3 days and didn’t get any in. Elevator is kinda wonky. It’s very snow and doesn’t open immediately.

Honestly just find a different hotel to stay at. The staff knowingly had drunk belligerent people walking the halls with open containers of alcohol. Equipment in the room was not maintained.
