Not so good. Person at front desk was rather cavalier about safety when he was told phone in room did not work. Room servicing was requested but did not occur. Power went out and elevator did not work. Had to carry luggage down from 3rd floor on checking out.

The stay was good. But got no sleep day or night kids running up and down the halls. People outside the pool area at 2am noisy. And this is the third time staying and never being able to enjoy the pool. Maybe you should have time limits for kids and adults. Your hskg are so very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself is nice, and a good option if you need to stay in this area, though the lack of snow removal was a pain. There are some restaurants nearby, as well as a Walmart and a Meijer a couple of miles away. Hall Road is not particularly convenient to navigate, and the "Michigan left" is an acquired taste.

We had loud neighbors throughout our stay, both next door, across the hall and above us! Every day there was a dirty wet puddle in front of and in the elevator. Most issues had more to do with other guests than staff although the morning housekeeping could listen to their music a little quieter.

The front desk was not as friendly nor welcoming. When we entered The room was not cleaned Under the bed was a maxi pad in clear view which lets me know a thorough cleaning was not done. We mentioned it to front desk but had to wait until the next day. The bathroom was dirty. The tub could use Brillo and the floor was not properly swept and walls dirty. There was dirt build up in the corners of the floor. Garbage was outside in the tiny garbage cans that sits by the doors overflowed. The location is good. Right off the highway and close to Walmart and other stores as well as fast food. If you just need a place to sleep it’s not a bad location but if you expect 4star or better this is not it.

We enjoyed our stay but our room was not the cleanest, it had a musty smell when we first got there. The shower was not the cleanest, there was hair on the shower wall from the last people. The staff were kind and services were good.

I stayed here for a weekend (Fri-Sun). The shower was not cleaned well. There were old dried up brownish shampoo or conditioner splash stains on the shower walls. The hand soap & body soap containers were empty. Other than those issues, everything else was great. Breakfast was really good, except for the over dry scrambled eggs. They had delicious cinnamon rolls & muffins, good biscuits & gravy & sausage. They have an automatic pancake maker that made pretty good pancakes (a bit on the thin side). I might stay here again next time I’m in the area. There’s a Walmart down the street, which is super convenient.

The jet tub in our room, which i paid extra to have did not work. When i went to call the front desk regarding the problem the phone did not work. I did go to the front desk in regards to the tub and was told it had a leak. Check out time there was 11. Check in time is 3 i feel we should have been told before checking in and offered a reimbursment or more then the 20.00 i was offered and did not receive.

I had reserved a one night stay here due to being part of a domestic issue at home and needing a place for me and my children to stay. My kids and I arrived at 700pm and we werent there even a half hour and got a call from the front desk about my kids making too much noise by walking around and being excited. They werent being super loud and it was only 730pm. I didnt even have a chance to unpack anything and when I mentioned it to the desk that called explaining myself they just say the floors and walls are super thin. So I had to have my kids sit around and couldn't walk around all that much which was completely not fair to them.It's one thing if it was late at night and if they were being obnoxious but they weren't. This hotel is not kid friendly and I would not recommend them as family friendly environment. I will never return back.

Booked a room specifically for the jacuzzi, come to find out the jacuzzi is broken, staff knew about the issue before renting the room out. Offered a discount that was never recieved. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!

I stay here everytime I come back to michigan. This trip i couldnt sleep very much due to family above us stomping and running in their room all night. I said something to management on night 1 and night 2 was the same thing. If i stay here again I will be sure to stay on the 3rd floor so I can get some sleep

The establishment looks brand new even though it's 15 years old. Walls are thin though. Could here phone conversation and coughing next door. Also all the doors slam shut so woken up by guests doors slamming shut.

Checkin was not ready for us at 5:30pm when returned at 10:30 after my son’s baseball game I was denied check in because I complained that the rooms were not ready at 5:30 and expected some sort of compensation for the delay. Could have been something as simple as a late check out time and I would have been happy instead I was denied check in and told good luck finding some where at 10:30 at night! Absolutely terrible customer service!
