The curtains in our room didn’t close all the way so i had light on my face all night. Around the pool area wasn’t clean, and the lock didn’t work so you had to go outside to get in(it’s December and cold as heck outside)

Hot tub and pool were closed (broken) again. We have stayed at this hotel three times and Pool/HT were closed all three times. We will not stay here again. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and apologized for the pool being closed. Limited breakfast items. Very close to restaurants and shops.

Poorly maintained property for that price. We were on fourth floor, and it was run down, dust and grim everywhere, monitor size TV, stains on the floor, uncomfortable bed, everything in the room shook as you walked. The floor structure was very uneasy. Breakfast not worth trying.

We checked-in and checked-out and told each time that we had paid "the a 3rd party app." On check-in, we were told we should not have used Expedia to reserve the room in April because Expedia does not pay them well. On check-out, we were told we could have get a receipt because we had paid with a 3rd party app and treated again with distain. The carpet was very dirty! I was told the hotel would be remodeled in two weeks. However, the beds were clean. After the first night, we visited places in the area during the day. We returned at 4 PM to find our room not cleaned but torn apart. One bed was partially stripped, and pillows were on the other bed, but nothing else was cleaned! Dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Manager came up and called cleaning person, and yelled at her in front of us and made her clean the room! The woman apologized that she was distracted and had not finished but listed the room as cleaned. The pool was not clean. Water in the main pool was covered in foam like spit and too cold to enter. Others using the hot tub were talking about the lack of cleanliness. Even so, the breakfast was very good, and those workers were nice and helpful. We will not stay there again.

All the construction early LABOR DAY morning! Carpet and furniture stains everywhere. I could have had a cleaner experience in a "No Tell Motel". Breakfast was good but that's enough to recommend this place.

The room floor was very dirty spots a stains all over the sofa bedside tables were dusty. Shower soap a wash was empty. Pillowcases were very wrinkled. The pool was dirty, hot tub was out of service, a vending machines an ice machines on our a the floor beneath us was out of service. Hence the fact wen I visited the front desk late night to complain an ask for a new room no one was ther I waited about 15 mins bfir headed back to room #425 disgusting.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Everything vaccumed and floors mopped, stair wells clean, and I had no issue with the cleanliness of my room. However, I noticed that the upholstery throughout needs a good steam cleaning or re-apholstery. Lots of stains in the dining hall as well as in my room footstool and sofa. This is not housekeeping's fault. I think it's probably due for a refresh.

The patio area had alcohol cans and debris that was never cleaned up by staff left from others. The room can light was falling off the ceiling and the upholstery on all furniture in the room, lobby and patio was disgusting food stains and lack of attention to hygiene. Great staff but i dont believe ill be staying there again especially for the price.

The room was a nice size and looked as pictured. However, neither my husband or i could take a shower because there was no water pressure. When we broguht it to the staffs attention they said they were aware of the issue (apparently the higher the floor the lower the pressure). It would have been nice if they made their customers aware before booking.

I was able to check in early which was a huge plus. Evidently the original room I booked was over booked. The manager upgraded my room to a Suite. The Suite was very nice. The only complaints were the shades over the windows did not block the light very good. Allowing way too much light into the room. The couch in the room that Aldo was a hide a bed wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. Other than that, it was a very nice room, very clean, felt very safe and the staff up front was very friendly.

we would probably rate this place a little higher if the bed and pillows were better my skinny wife and me who is an average build guy 180 pounds. I had the worst night sleep on that hard mattress we won’t run again there because of the beds and waking up sore and stiff, plus I could barely sleep

Water pressure wasn’t strong enough in room to make shower useable. Internet out and I booked a room with a study to work. Entire building was vibrating, I assume from the air/hear units that probably need to be replaced. Staff was incredible and none of my issues with my stay fall on them.

The woman working check-in around 8:30 PM on Saturday March 30th was simply fantastic at her job. Helped us to park our boat and trailer in a suitable place and suggested food nearby. Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you so much!

I was quite upset about having a conversation with the front desk at check in, about taking the kids swimming when he got back, he didn’t tell us the pool was closed, just that the hot tub should be working around 330. We got back to the hotel to find out that neither were open, he didn’t even stay, we left and went to the hotel next door. Have some common courtesy, I wouldn’t have been mad, if he would have told me when we check in, we could have figured something else out!! Kinda ruined our staycation, won’t be staying there again.

Room was dirty , I asked for room service during the day , nothing happened , asked the front desk why and he rudely told me it is not a 5 star hotel!!!! at night there was a truck outside that was on and noisy and laud. asked the same guy ,he told me that is a normal situation and you should try to sleep with that stupid roaring noise all the night!!!! finally they changed my room but this should have never happened ; attitude of the front desk is terrible.

Upon check in the staff was very rude. Had to pay more a night for our dog than the room charge. Had requested king bed received two queens. Did not want to tell the staff we had the wrong room as the front desk staff was so rude. Would not stay there again

We stayed here last night and all in all we had a comfortable stay. The lady working the front desk at check-in was very friendly and informative. Our room is a good size and had the amenities we needed, but it is dated and could use a good deep cleaning, especially the carpets. There is lots of free parking available and shopping and restaurants are close by.

We were only passing through but we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was quite enjoyable. There were scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, french toast, maple pork sausage, toast waffles and several other items. The scrambled eggs were particularly good. Not runny and gross like some other places. We would certainly stay here again.

My experience was terrible! The hot water was not working, so only cold water for the shower. The air conditioner sounded like a bearing on the fan motor was going bad. It was squealing the whole night. For some reason, the WIFI didn't seem to be working. The options at the breakfast were unsatisfactory. The only protein choice was a western omelet which I couldn't eat due to the peppers and the coffee was like brown water.

My son and I had to switch hotels last minute due to the pool being out at our original hotel, while in town for a football game. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, pool was clean….coffee was complimentary but pretty awful tasting. The hotel could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t “dirty”, but the furniture and walls could use some upholstery cleaning and scrubbing. They weren’t dirty as much as stained. Staff was nice and helpful. It wasn’t perfect but for barely $100, it was a great option to bring my son to his first Lions game. I’d book again should the need arise.

Breakfast was amazing! We wish we could live here. Waking up every morning to fresh cooked breakfast. There were options for everyone even my vegetarian kids! The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I like having full size toiletries so we don’t have to worry about packing our own. It was a nice little getaway for a change.

Overall hotel was in very good condition. Carpeted areas could use some cleaning but are in good shape. Hot breakfast was very good and had a decent variety. Fitness center was sufficient though temperature could not be regulated as thermostat seemed inoperative and no fans available in room. Peloton bike was inoperative and not internet connection. Room temperature was also not easily regulated by the thermostat

The hot tub was broken. And this was the only reason why I rented this room. Breakfast was really packed. They only had one waffle maker very cluttered. Everybody was on top of each other as we were with a big group. It took us over 40 minutes to make enough waffles to feed our crew.
