Would stay here again. There is a pool, but the hot tub is gone. Housekeeping could use improvement- even when asked, they did not fully clean the room during a 4 night stay. They only replaced towels. The breakfast was average. In spite of these things, the property and rooms were clean, the bathrooms functional, the showers good, the rooms large, the beds comfortable, thd heater worked.

Decent hotel if you have a car or are looking to Uber everywhere. Lots of good restaurants about 10 mins away by car, with only a couple of walkable options. Property has had some updates, room was clean, staff were friendly. Some updates (elevators) were skipped and the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Breakfast should have been included for what we paid. Staff was great though.

We were told there was a hot tub but when we checked in, no hottub. Also walls are very thin. Can hear every noise. No continental breakfast, but thats my fault for not checking. Room was mostly clean except for a dirty spot on the one bed cover. Lady at check in was not very friendly either.

As someone who struggles with environmental sensitivities, finding a hotel that doesn’t leave me feeling sick is difficult. The air fresheners in the lobby and halls were overwhelmingly strong and unnecessary. However, my room was clean and no sign of mold. I slept on the pull out couch and even that was comfortable. The pool was VERY small and basic but the temperature made up for it- I walked right in without flinching. Everything in the room worked and it was quiet. Continental breakfast would’ve been nice but the added cost wasn’t worth it.

The hallway smells the carpet is really, really dirty. The first room they put, us in smelled really bad Come to find out It was a waterleak coming from the air conditioner the floor was really wet, so they moved us to the next room on the same floor which wasn't bad, but it's still kind of smelled because of the dirty stinky. carpet and the furniture in the room was really nasty too just ridiculous for the money you pay for these rooms. So my stay wasn't comfortable at all!! And they gave us free breakfast tickets, which was nasty, too also. The breakfast is not worth $10.

The property needs updated. Lobby furniture is worn and dated. Guest room bathroom were dirty (bathroom floor needed cleaned as well as the shower) and need to be updated (floor and shower). The bedrooms seemed ok. Probably won’t be returning. Pool are floor needed cleaned. Pool bathroom was dirty.

Took off one star for water issues. The hotel is upgrading their water heaters and had to run the shower a full 15 minutes for it to warm up. Took off another star for staff not informing us of this upon check in. Had to find out the hard way!

This hotel was such a nice place to stay. It was clean and quiet and the staff were always so helpful. The only down side to this hotel was the hot water. I did have two cold showers here as the water just never heated up. But I would stay here again all the same.

The check in was a little backed up but the girl at the counter was so kind and so apologetic for the delay. We didn’t care that we waited. The people in front of us were difficult. Your employee was sooooo patient with them.

O boy, where do I start? I got to the hotel at 3:30pm and I do the contactless check-in. I proceed to bring my stuff to the room and lo behold, there is someone still in the room! I went to the front desk and they got us a different room which was not what I paid for. I paid for the King Suite which is supposed to be the bigger room and then they didn't even make it right and put us a cheaper room then what I paid for! I went back to the front desk and told them that I would like a refund on the room because it wasn't what I paid for and the lady said they would make it right. We left and went to the horse races and we got back to the room about 10:30 and they decided to give us some cheap ass vouchers for their small bar and lame breakfast. The bar closed at 11 and we are going to the State Fair in the morning so I don't want their breakfast. In my opinion, they should've refunded the whole room because of their screw up but because of their terrible customer service I would not recommend staying here if you are worried about the type of room you are getting or the condition/cleanliness of it. It has been a very disappointing experience with Hilton and it makes me question if the brand is starting to decline and I might not use Hilton in the future. Also, they have a small pool and no hot tub.

Booked and paid for room through orbits. Front desk manager said we did not have a room booked. When I showed my confirmation receipt for the booked and paid for room he still did not believe it. Orbits customer service called the front desk to validate and he still did not believe it. This was all at midnight after we’ve been traveling for 31 hours.

Chose this place for the reviews, and wow, that was a mistake! Construction obstructed the view and woke you up in the morning. There was no prior notice to customers of this reality. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat (about 1-2 inches thick). The Spa was non-existent (should update their listings). And to start it off, the lady at the front desk the first night was rude and never said, "hello" - not a great welcome to say the least. Sad thing was the other staff were delightful.

Remodel project was not a problem. Great bartender. Front desk attendant was very helpful in switching our room when we reported a smoky smell. So quiet and comfortable I slept for over 9 hours. Slushy day outside, but they were keeping the floor clean inside. Great staff all around.

My room felt very cozy. I loved all the lamps and reading lights near the bed. The lobby offers seating and a bar/restaurant but, it's all very open do if you're wanting privacy...maybe not this place. I enjoyed my stay and it was about 6 minutes from Fairview Southdale Hospital so, I could stay close to my husband.

Very nice, convenient last minute family stay in Edina/Bloomington. Front desk & bartender were all very nice & helpful. Clean spacious rooms. Would have given excellent but the parking area is a little cramped and a little hard to find at first. Otherwise great place.

The heat did not work in our first room and we had to switch roooms. The 2nd room was comfy and large. Easy parking. Personal use items are in large bottles and high quality without unhealthy additives. Sustainable. But the food in the restaurant is mediocre. The "special" came without any vegetables and with a plastic glass of water. Not sustainable. I don't like to drink microplastics. They need to use real glasses.
