Muy bonito Hotels, muy céntrico, de fácil acceso. Nos asignaron habitación con una salita, fue grandioso contar con más espacio. Aunque esa habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, el cual ya es necesario, la recámara cuenta con ventilador de techo, pero la salita no cuenta con ventilación, así que solicitamos un ventilador, con el cual fue suficiente. Incluía desayuno completo (fruta, café, jugo, huevo, chilaquiles, frijoles y pan) el cual se agradece para salir temprano a visitar la ciudad. No hay frigobar como lo dice en la descripción.

Las fotos muestran un lugar más agradable de lo que es, no dormirnos ya que hay que aguantar mucho ruido de bares al exterior hasta las 3 am y luego el de una maquina. Ventana sin mosquitero, nos picaron los moscos horrible, muchp calor, solo un ventilador de pated, fatal, no vuelvo jamás.

This hotel's location is very good. Close to many attractions and restaurants and in a very safe area. It needs to have air conditioning, so be aware of that. I opened the windows but it brought mosquitoes in. Staff speaks minimal to no English.

A minha experiência no Soy Local CDMX foi boa. O quarto era muito bom, confortável, iluminado e limpo. No segundodia houve problemas com a internet, mas os funcionários foram prestativos e resolveram a conectividade. Localização do hotel excelente. Estilo colonial/mexicano, bonito. No geral, os funcionários amáveis. Tenho só dois comentários: 1) que geralmente as toalhas eram muito velhas, 2) quecontratei o quarto pelo hotéis.com e ali constava que haveria mini-bar e não havia. Também, quando solicitei uma colher para comer um iogurte no quarto ao funcionário encarregado do café da manhã, se negou alegando que não seria devolvida, de forma rude. Acabou emprestando, mas com incômodo e desconfiança. Acredito que inclusive seria bom que o hotel providencie alguns elementos básicos para que os hóspedes possam fazer uso, já que não há frigobar. da correção no tratamento dos hóspedes por parte desse funcionário especificamente. Eles providenciam todos os dias uma garrafinha de água, o que é muito bom. Também há disponibilidade de café e água no lobby. De resto, tudo foi ótimo, desde o tratamento por parte dos outros funcionários, até o conforto do quarto.

Hôtel très bien situé et à proximité de plusieurs sites touristiques, magasins et restaurants. Décor typique et personnel très accommodant. Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain privée. Hôtel en général très propre. Cependant il y avait dans notre chambre une infestation de punaises de lit dès notre première nuit (plusieurs piqûres) et avons dû changer de chambre. Faites une inspection dès votre arrivée et prenez des précautions pour éviter de les retrouver dans vos valises.

The Hotel is old and kinda noisy... the bathroom door never closed... and there was loud music in the building in front of all the weekend until like 2:00am making it hard to sleep. also the interent was very poor and keep disconnecting every 5 minutes

Great value hotel, location worked great for me. My room was the first one by the stairs and elevator and window above entrance. It was noisy at times, as people wait for tour buses as early as 630am the noise travels up. Besides that I’m sure other rooms are better. I would stay again.

The pictures online do not match up to what the property looks like. The rooms are very uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a bed so hard. The cement floor would have been the same firmness. There’s no a/c, which is fine because the room is cool enough but if you want to open the window, be prepared for dust and bugs because there are no screens. The hot water is iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, guess it depends on how many other people are taking showers at the same time. Noisy is an understatement. The walls are paper thin so I heard an entire conversation my neighbor was having at almost midnight. He even took his conversation to hallway and I had to go ask him to please be quiet because I was trying to sleep. People talking, horns honking, dogs barking it was loud. There is no phone in the room so if you even wanted to complain, you have to go to the front desk, which is super inconvenient at midnight when you’re already in bed. Very disappointed in my stay here. I wanted a place to be comfortable when I came back from exploring the city, but instead, I couldn’t even rest or relax. I don’t recommend this hotel

I stayed at the hotel for a week and would recommend it to digital nomads - great wifi in the room and plenty of cool cafes and bars nearby. I really like the small cafe opposite the hotel with a green roof - amazing coffee, pastries etc! The room itself was big and the bathroom as well. I asked for a balcony and got a room on the top floor with a massive terrace which was awesome esp when working remotely to have an outdoor option in the room! The decor was what initially attracted me to the hotel and it didn’t disappoint:-)

I had a reservation for two rooms but lady at the front desk only had one, after I realized the second one was under my Dad’s name everything was sorted out, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to be very happy that in fact I had two rooms booked, she just gave my registration to a gentleman, it was a little awkward, staff the following morning were more pleasant to be there.

We asked for an upper floor. They gave us 1st floor over a very loud club. Manager said no other rooms available, even though place seemed empty. He said we shouldn’t expect much! Rude!! The noise was worse on night 2. The night manager was nice and immediately moved us to the top floor. Room was fine for the next 5 nights.

This is my third visit to this hotel. The first since they became part of the dot local hotel group. The hotel got a makeover and new paint and it’s a nice off the beaten path hotel. The staff is always helpful and happy and the location is great for this price. The room is clean and comfortable and the cleaning ladies are seeethearts. Don’t forget to tip them. I’ll be back in September.

This is my third visit to this hotel. The first since they became part of the dot local hotel group. The hotel got a makeover and new paint and it’s a nice off the beaten path hotel. The staff is always helpful and happy and the location is great for this price. The room is clean and comfortable and the cleaning ladies are seeethearts. Don’t forget to tip them. I’ll be back in September.

Hotel con lo necesario, sin lujos. Estilo rustico tradicinal, muy bonito. El cuarto amplio, con ventilador de techo. La atención y servicio fue muy amable. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Muy cerca de la colonia Roma y de la estación Cuauhtemoc del metro. Si te gusta caminar, te recomienfo ir caminando a la Alameda y al Centro Histórico, en 35-45 minutos llegas y así vas admirando los edificios antiguos y modernos, ademas de descubrir muchos cafés, restaurantes, fonditas, puestitos de artesanías, etc. El centro comercial Reforma 222 está a 10-15 min. caminando, ahí hay parada de Turibus y ahí mismo esta una caseta en puedes comprar tus boletos.

Todo muy bien... Esta bien ubicado de puntos de interés... caminando claro... pero promedio unos 20 minutos.... Agradable que tenga desayuno para salir directo a actividades ya con panza nutrida... el desayuno es basico pero pues lo necesario. Se agradece tambien tener agua y cafe disponible... En general todo muy bien...

La habitación doble para cuatro personas que me tocaba según las fotos no es la misma que recibí, es grande pero esta en el 4 piso y la vista no es la misma, es un poco oscura, el desayuno viene incluido solo es huevos revueltos, un vaso de jugo, café o te y pan tostado, no hay más opciones bueno si las hay pero al parecer no se puede consumir otra cosa solo lo que viene a la hora de reservar, en cuanto al servicio fue bueno siempre apoyando y está en buena colonia cerca de zona rosa y caminando se puede ir al museo de cera, está céntrica y hay muchísimos extranjeros, lo que da un ambiente más nice. Es buen hotel solo que no es la habitación que se muestra.

Muy bonito Hotels, muy céntrico, de fácil acceso. Nos asignaron habitación con una salita, fue grandioso contar con más espacio. Aunque esa habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, el cual ya es necesario, la recámara cuenta con ventilador de techo, pero la salita no cuenta con ventilación, así que solicitamos un ventilador, con el cual fue suficiente. Incluía desayuno completo (fruta, café, jugo, huevo, chilaquiles, frijoles y pan) el cual se agradece para salir temprano a visitar la ciudad. No hay frigobar como lo dice en la descripción.

Noisy at night and early morning. Staff were very professional and nice. Bed is hard. No heater, cold at night. Ordered breakfast from the menu wanting exactly as described - crepes with all fruits and Nutella but was totally given one with cheese, ham and spinach. Would not recommend. There was a group of 8 of us, 2 brothers and my nephew along with there wife's. We rented at same time and same price. Myself and my wife got an old, ugly, run down room with no safe or fridge. They got new remodeled rooms. After complaining they gave us another room. Yet it was smaller than the ones the others got. I would be very careful renting here. Maybe once they remodel and fix all the rooms it will be better. But for us, never going back. It was not worth it.

Okay stay which suited our needs. Not impeccably clean, but clean enough. Bit of sewerage smell in bathroom coming from the drains/toilet. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly enough staff.
