Stayed 6 nights

If you want helpful staff, clean rooms, decent shower pressure, or a quiet night’s sleep, do not stay here. Our family stayed 6 nights, and a quick cosmetic facelift couldn't hide the rock-hard beds, lumpy pillows, and relentless noise from nearby bars. Two incidents proved that management completely lacks accountability: We returned one evening to find the kitchen areas of both our rooms flooded. The front desk clerk handed me a squeegee and one towel, expecting us to clean it up. When I pushed back and asked for bathroom towels, he refused, saying "that’s not what they’re for." He was entirely indifferent to the water destroying their own floors. Unbelievable. Two nights later, we were kept awake at 12:15 AM by blasting polka music from the conference area. The clerk, Sebastian, told us there was nothing they could do because it was a private party. When I asked how we were supposed to sleep in a hotel hosting the noise, he just repeated that his hands were tied. This place has an excellent location, but the shocking lack of hospitality makes it a hard pass. Avoid at all costs.

Stayed 6 nights

Do not stay here if you want helpful staff, a clean room, screens on your windows, decent shower pressure, dry floors, or a quiet night's sleep. I stayed with my family for 6 nights. Every night, noise from nearby bars kept us. The hotel is dated - fresh paint and a new countertop don't make up for hard beds, lumpy pillows, and loud laminate flooring. Two incidents stood out: We returned one evening to find flooding in the kitchen area of both rooms. The front desk clerk handed me a squeegee and one towel and expected us to clean it up ourselves. When I pushed back, he shrugged. I asked for bathroom towels - he said that's not what they're for. I reminded him the floor damage would cost far more than laundering two towels. He said he couldn't help. Unbelievable. Two nights later we came back to polka music blasting from a conference area at 12:15 AM. The clerk, Sebastian, told us there was nothing they could do — - it was a private party. I said, it's a private party in your hotel - how are we supposed to sleep? Same answer: nothing we can do. This place has one thing going for it - its location. Avoid at all costs.

Stayed 4 nights

Would not recommend. There was a group of 8 of us, 2 brothers and my nephew along with there wife's. We rented at same time and same price. Myself and my wife got an old, ugly, run down room with no safe or fridge. They got new remodeled rooms. After complaining they gave us another room. Yet it was smaller than the ones the others got. I would be very careful renting here. Maybe once they remodel and fix all the rooms it will be better. But for us, never going back. It was not worth it.

Okay stay which suited our needs. Not impeccably clean, but clean enough. Bit of sewerage smell in bathroom coming from the drains/toilet. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly enough staff.
