Room was clean and didn't have lots of little lights which was great. The AC wasn't 100%... I couldn't get my room under 17.7, but fortunately was comfortable enough.

Everything was great until we got to the room. Unfortunately and understandably, due to construction the room was not well maintained. Dust was everywhere! Besides that, everything else was A+

The room was great but the customer service from the entire hotel staff was amazing. Saul, their evening concierge, was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. My company also used the conference rooms there for a few days and the staff was great too for it and lunches catered were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico City
