Best Western Germantown Inn

Stayed for 2 nights. The furniture in the room was very old and worn out. If you leaned back in the room\'s office chair, you were going to end up backwards on the floor. The room\'s lighting was horribly poor. The only light available was from the 3 small dim tabletop lamps. Good luck if you want to see how you look in the room\'s full length mirror before you go out into the world. There is no lighting even near it. The staff came to "kind of" clean the room after the first night. Took the used towels, but didn\'t replace them. Didn\'t remake the bed, just flopped the covers back into place. House keeping turned our heat that we set at 65* back to air conditioning. That was a fun find in the middle of the next night when it became super cold in the room. Their pool was warm but on the cloudy side. Their hot tub became so cloudy that you couldn\'t see your own feet. The first night the staff decided that vacuuming at after 10pm was a good choice. The continental breakfast was not worth it; soggy, old tater tots and scrambled eggs with ham bits one morning, and really odd tasting sausage links and scrambled eggs the next. When you sit in their breakfast room you can see all of the filth on the glass doors, and hotel\'s main entrance doors. Overall experience, definitely NOT worth the $350 paid for 2 nights. For that kind of money I shouldn\'t have to crawl on my hands and knees under the desk to plug in the coffee maker to use it. Won\'t be back.

Very nice…clean and the kids loved the pool

Room carpet looked kinda dirty. Pulled out sofa bed and sheets were dirty, but they were wuick to apologize and replace. Bed was comfy and free internet with a solid speed for browsing. Breakfast lacked variety but was pretty good. Vending machine wasnt filled and had some old looking food. Lighting in hallways was dark. Pool area had poor lighting. Lobby had a nice comfortable layout. Staff were really nice.

I booked a place close to family so they could come visit and the 2 kids could swim. I was informed by owner i could not have unregistered guests swim for liability reasons. This was a first for me. I offered to pay a fee and he said it was against the rules but he would allow it for one hour. I asked if there was a sitting room we could order pizza and visit and he said no. But there is clearly a breakfast room. The place was almost empty. I have done this at several other hotels and everyone else has been very accommodating. The kids swam for an hour and we went out to dinner. They were gone by 8. The night clerk was very nice to us. I could understand if the place was busy and there were a bunch of us and we were unruly. There were 2 registered guests and 5 family visitors and 2 wanted to swim. Other than that, the place was quiet (almost empty on a Saturday) , the bed was ok to sleep in. The room was nice size with microwave and fridge. Basically clean except for a couple lady bugs in the room. The furnishings are dated but in ok condition. Breakfast was fine except for dry pastry. The lobby looks very nice and well kept.

Good hotel with easy access off the highway. Beds were comfortable. Good cable tv and pretty big refrigerator in the room. Free breakfast was the best! Fresh fruit, yogurt, Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs with ham! And it was FREE! Even the coffee was tasty! Didn’t go in the pool but it looked ok. My only complaint was air conditioning in the room was noisy. I would definitely stay again!

Place was clean, pool area was nice for the kids. Only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast. Could be a little better. It was still ok and nice to have...just a few more options would be nice.

The property was quiet and clean. Staff was always available and helpful. Pool was very dark and water was kind of cloudy. Not enough dining space at breakfast but the food was great and several options. Would stay here again, traveled with teenagers.

We stayed there once before. The owners are very nice, and the room and all around the hotel, everything was impressively clean. There was a bad smell in the elevator, we deduced it might be from the pool. The breakfast was good.

BED BUGS

Our stay yesterday was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff so nice. It was quiet with zero noise from the road outside. The water pressure in the shower was great, again everything was very clean and well kept. Their continental breakfast was also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good. Except it was so dark in room and hallway. Plus our lamp between the beds one bulb was totally taken out. Why?

Rooms are clean. Beds are super-comfortable. The AC acted up on the last night, but they're on it. The wifi was powerful enough to stream. The staff are really personable (especially the young woman on overnights). It was a relaxing stay.

The hotel is on the edge of town visible from the main road, but accessed from several side roads. This contributed to the quiet environment inside and out. My single queen room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast offered hot and cold options. I checked in and out during no peak hours, and summoned a desk clerk by using the phone at the desk, per instructions. I would stay here again when passing through.

Great staff

The service was excellent. The front desk attendant was always attentive when I was there. The place was clean, comfortable and on a quiet street. There was a KwikTrip just a 3-minute walk away. There were a few issues, but they were resolved quickly. Highly recommended!

I paid for the room thru this app. They still ended up charging my gf the full price. They gave her the money back after I said something but then charged her again. Will not be going back to a best western

Just an average place. When I checked in I asked the front desk for dinner recommendations, she had none. I asked her what was served for their free breakfast, she wasn't sure. friendly, but not knowledgeable on the basics.

I asked to be able to check into my room early, it was no problem. Whwn I got there a hour and a half early, my room was ready. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definately recommend staying there.

Tv didn’t work. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage links were cold, hard, and undercooked. Eggs were eggs. Runny, but they were eggs. And the toaster was junk. Get off your wallet and buy one already!

Stayed for a quick overnight to attend my son’s volleyball tournament. Nice hotel. Clean. Decent breakfast.
