We always look forward to spending some time at the pool with and spa tub. The spa was barely warm. Not what we expected. It has happened before at this hotel. Will look for a new location next time in the area.

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. We have been at the WI state fair and was looking forward to using it to relax and feel better from all that walking. The hot tub and pool was the main reason we had booked this hotel plus the price. It was Me, hubby and my daughter and granddaughters. We wish someone would of notified us that the hot tub was out of order or discounted the price. Other then that we like everything else

Breakfast was good, beds were great A/C made a loud noise intermittently through the night Hot tub heater didn't work the second time we used it and staff did not know how to remedy it. Other guests told me they had the same problem in the past

The stay overall was great. We chose this hotel for having hot breakfast and a swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious each day of our stay. We didn't get as chance to swim as our stay coincided with Spring Break, so there were families with children in the hotel. The pool area was quite busy most of our stay. We thought we would be able to swim when the families checked out, but the pool needed sanitizing, so the pool area closed at 11am on Sunday and did not reopen before our departure. Other than this, the stay was great.

Nice hotel for price point, updated rooms, good breakfast. Unfortunately the pool closes at 9pm and was very cold & the hot tub not very hot. This could be easily remedied.

Unfortunately the hot tub was down for " maintenence ".. pool water was kind of murky.. stairwell was dirty with dried mud.. breakfast had hockey puck hard sausages..eggs..waffle maker.. and a 3rd empty hot tray.. overall was pretty ho hum... not terrible.. not great

Had a really good time there but was told upon arrival that the pool was cloudy and not reccomended to be swam in and upon entering the room there was an overwhelming smell of Marijuana

They do not provide any meat with breakfast on the weekends. We noticed ants on the last day of our spray and got some ant spray to handle it. We mentioned it to the front desk. Other than that the stay was good!

We were there last year, had issues. Manager promised next time would be better, so we have it another shot. Finding blood and pubic hair in bathroom, and sheets were not fresh. I had to run to Walmart to get sheets. Pool was filled with partiers, with GLASS bottles. 2 people cut their feet due to broken glass. Hot tub was not hot. Noisey, no security, breakfast was lousy, Just a crap show again....... not doing a third time..... just AWFUL.

Very clean room. Bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was good. Cheese omelets, waffles, biscuits and gravy just to name the hot items. Staff very professional and friendly. Would stay there again.

Convenient location. Within walking distance of not only a gas station but several fast food restaurants. Also other restaurants and stores within a short driving distance. Room was good sized and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had roomy walk-in shower. Front desk staff was amazing. Was a younger gentleman I only wish I would have gotten his name. He was very friendly and recommend food places in the area. My one and only complaint was the lighting was extremely poor in the parking lot. While I didn’t feel unsafe, it was so poorly lit many had difficulty parking in between the painted lines and anyone who doesn’t see well in the dark may have had some difficulty carrying their luggage to and from the entrance. They did have hot and cold options for breakfast. I wasn’t a fan of the sausage patties that were offered but they did have a decent selection including waffles and eggs.

Very nice place. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had a walk in shower and plenty of counter space. The bed was comfortable the room I had was facing a grassy lot on the back side of the property and was very quiet. There was a Kurig, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was ok. Pre made cheese omelets and sausage patties requisite waffles etc. Several fast food places within walking distance, including a Starbucks (if you’re into that) there is a gas station adjacent to the property and the interstate is very convenient. The only complaint I have is that they don’t make up the room everyday unless you request it. There is no service on Tuesdays or Fridays. We stayed 6 days and we were not informed of this policy until I went to the counter to find out why the room had not been made up after our 3rd day there. (There is a small sign on the mirror in the room that explains the policy but I didn’t see it at first). Definitely would stay here again

I wanted to write about this disappointing experience. My son had a photoshoot at Kohl's so I wanted just something simple for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was just fine. Issue number one was the room and hotel itself. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. Our room had an unpleasant smell, everything was extremely aged outside of what was shown in the pictures. I was sitting on the bed and the mattress cover popped open and the mattress looked really bad. On top of that, that night at about midnight, the toilet stopped working and you couldn't flush. I have two small toddlers and did not want to wake them by asking someone to come. The options for the continental breakfast were very limited. Upon checkout we assumed a microwave was available to warm our food before our road trip. I asked the representative and he said no. I asked if I could quickly go back to our room, nastily. A woman that also worked there offered to let us use the staff. He said no and went back upstairs. He was very rude, unpleasant and not accommodating. How could you be that malicious to a mom wanting to feed her children as a PAYING customer. From the service to the false advertisement of the rooms and hotels pictured I will NOT be staying here again. And if you were thinking about it, I suggest you rethink a better option.

The original room we had was sprayed with so much cleaning/air freshening solution that the bedding was still damp. When we asked to move, the next room didn’t smell like cleaner, but smelled wet and had a loud and broken box spring. The next room had more perfume smell than the first, and when we went back to the front desk, he was completely apathetic, saying he didn’t smell anything, that smells “clean”. We tried one more room then and the last one just smelled wet. At that point we just took the room. The second night we discover our floor lamp cord was stripped and bare against the carpet presenting a fire hazard. We spent more to get a facility with a pool, but will never return to this facility, they use a lot of chemicals to hide the moist/mildew smell that I would expect from a 1* property.

Nice hotel in convenient area. There is construction in the area. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Ice water available in the lobby. What I liked best, was the clock in the room. So many hotels have done away with them!

Modern very clean room. The suite was quite spacious with two tvs. The queen size bed mattresses were very comfortable as were the pillows. Very nice, and hotel close but not on the freeway so it was quiet. Plenty of restaurants around and stores. Nice area to explore by walking too, and clise to Milwaukee activities. Price very reasonable.

The room was clean, had fridge and microwave. The front desk manager, George went out of his way to be accommodating to us. Thanks again George! The free breakfast included eggs and either sausage or bacon, along with cereal, yogurt, waffles, breads and muffins etc. There are plenty of fast food restaurants and Cracker Barrel all within walking distance. It is a 20-22 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.

This was a lovely, clean place to stay. It’s a bit of a drive from the city but it’s in a nice suburban area. The pool and breakfast were nothing special but we had absolutely no complaints. A clean, simple place to stay with helpful staff and lots of food options nearby.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice staff. Watch the dates on the drinks on the breakfast buffet. Milk was expired. No meat on the buffet on biscuits and gravy. And different type of eggs everyday. Rooms are nice but the breakfast is subpar.

We were impressed when we arrived and actually very satisfied until breakfast. Typical lower quality hotel breakfast with biscuits and gravity, waffles, etc. no sausage or bacon or donuts/sweet rolls, no scrambled eggs, and so on. Expected better for the price we paid. Consequently just an ok rating.

The lady making breakfast was extremely nice & apologized to me for not having omelets without cheese. I told her it was no big deal. Ive been lactose intolerant all my life. They had lots of other breakfast options for me. The young male night clerk thats going to college, was very informative and did a great job.
