A lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and couldn't be better situated - only 2-3 minutes walk from rail station and very close to the city centre. Also immaculately clean and very reasonably priced and immaculately clean.

Really enjoyed our time in Norwich. The central hotel was great, staff were superb, room was so clean and comfortable. Slept so good and its been difficult to get good sleep away from home, so definitely a nig plus! Overall a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very good location, close to the train station, a walkable distance to the downtown, nice room, surprisingly the shower with very good water pressure
