The hotel is great very closed by the train station, but you can hear the train and clock tower at night but very limited, maybe once every hour!!Staffs are very friendly and they provided us free transportation . Breakfast is 20 per person, recommended

This hotel is in the center of Bern about a 5 minute walk to the train station. We flew into Zurich and took a train to Bern and walked to the hotel. Very easy and convenient. Bern is a very walkable city and also has excellent public transportation so I do not recommend renting a car. Parking is difficult and it is hard to figure out which parking spaces are legal at all times or if you need a parking permit which is region specific. The hotel is nice and offers a great breakfast (especially the beautiful breads). Fresh coffee is available 24 hours a day. In the afternoons they had a self serve bar with a wide variety of wines, beers, cocktail makings and nonalcoholic beverages and with bar snacks which looked nice although we didn't make use of their offerings.

Wahnsinnig freundliches Personal. Zimmer klein, aber modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Super zentrale Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist etwas schwierig bzw. teuer ( Parkhaus in der Nähe), aber das ist uns vorher bekannt gewesen. Außerdem war schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich, da die Straße doch recht laut ist. Aber die bereits bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel haben wir nicht gebraucht, da die Fenster total schalldicht sind. Gerne wieder!

Hotel located close to the heritage listed old town of Berne- great location for a walking discovery of the town. Friendly and helpfull staff. Complimentary machine coffe available 24 hours and a happy time each evening with a complimentary drink( good range) and nibbles.

Convenient and a short walk from Bern train station. The Saturday we were check in, there was a Saturday market with many stalls. Free coffee and beverage counter on ground floor. From 3pm, guests were treated to a free first drink. Reception were very helpful and chatty. Room was basic and clean.

We loved the location, the hotel itself was wonderful and very clean and the staff was friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. It would have been perfect but the beds…twins put in king frame were HORRIBLE! 2/3 of the bed on both sides sloped outward, obviously from folks sitting on the sides of the beds that we were in a hole and could not sleep on1/3 of the bed. When we slept on our side our knees hit the bed frame and then surpassed it as the mattress was so compressed. My wife ended up with hip and back pain and slept just a few hours each night.

Nice room, really clean. Near the end of the corridor so the room was pretty quiet. The air conditioning worked fine. All the staff we interacted with at check-in and subsequently were super polite and helpful.

Centrally located hotel in old Bern with great access to all tourist highlights. We loved the ease of access from the train station and we found the hotel convenient and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is definitely worth the price.Great choice of foods and well prepared. Excellent coffee. Only complaint was the bed. One side was saggy and uncomfortable. Other side was ok.

die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Bett super komfortabel, die Dusche heiss :) obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse hatten, sehr leise. Frühstück hat gutes Brot, Rührei und Speck haben wir ausgelassen, aber Lachs, gekochter Schinken, Aufschnitt und Käse ist reichlich vorhanden, wird auch sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Kaffee schmeckte uns sehr gut und der Joghurt mit Chia und Himbeeren war äusserst lecker. Die Tipps für Restaurants an der Rezeption fanden wir super (Nooch Asian). Sehr empfehlenswert!
