My spouse and I arrived on Saturday 8/19 and stayed for one night. The front desk clerk was friendly and easy to deal with. However, it was after 3 attempts that we were able to get a room that we considered to be safe for our stay. The first room located on the bottom floor was clean and smelled fresh but upon approaching the window to close the curtains for the evening we noticed that the window was partially opened. After several attempts to try and shut the window and lock it to no avail we returned to the front desk and requested another room. We were given another room on the same floor and once again the same problem existed there as well. On the 3rd attempt they were out of first floor level rooms and so we had to accept a room on the 2nd floor. This hotel does not have an elevator, for which the associate apologized for, which is not a problem if you are physically able to traverse the stairs comfortably. But for us it was a challenge but we made it work. The room we ended up with was ok but dated. The bathroom sink offered very little water pressure. The king size bed kind of tilted when you tried to get in. The TV location could be adjusted to a higher place to make viewing more pleasurable and there are no USB ports for charging your devices unless you bring a block with you. Plus there is a chance that you could be awoken in the middle of the night by the Firehouse siren like we were.

The room and bathroom is clean. The front desk agent was excellent, check in was very quick. The parking area however is not quite secure in my opinion. Overall though the property is not bad at all. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I just checked in. Will comment in the morning when I see it.

I would absolutely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with close by places to eat and shopping for emergencies as well. Gym was advertised, but I couldn't find it.

Staff was great other than that. Not so good. When checking in they had to give us another room because the first one has cigarette holes in the comforter lots of dust everywhere and mowed in the AC unit. As soon as you walk out of your car you would get a contact buzz from weed. Walking in the lobby smelt with weed. Staff was great but that about it. The side door should have been locked only getting in with a key but it would not latch so anyone could walk in. I have been Traveling a lot lately and this was the worst!!!!

The hotel is in a good area but off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Check in was easy. The lobby and hallways smell of stale smoke but the hotel room itself did not and was clean. The hotel is two floors and there is no elevator, I would suggest requesting a 1st floor room. The pool is closed in September. The bed was comfy and staff was friendly. The breakfast was waffles, mini muffins, bread, two cereal choices, eggs, sausage links, biscuits, yogurt, and oatmeal. The coffee never seems to be hot enough for whatever reason. I would recommend it for a short stay if you're not going to be at the hotel much.

The front desk staff was nice except for the man on Friday night. Even though we were paying 3 times the normal rate he was unwilling to discuss late check out options. Turns out it didn’t matter. Pool is broken and the air conditioning in our room only worked half the time. Breakfast was ok and the beds were nice. When will hotels stop using the Covid as an excuse to not clean ur room everyday?

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY! I paid for a non smoking room but the entire hallway smelt like smoke, both cigarettes and cannabis. I walked the hallway and every room was labeled nonsmoking. I complained to hotel staff and they seemed complacent and said they couldn’t enforce nonsmoking.

Room was nice and front desk lady was lovely. Only complaint was, as others have mentioned, the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes and weed in the hallway. It punches you in the face as you walk in, and permeates into the room. It is still in my nostrils six hours after leaving. Luckily, the lobby and breakfast area were not affected, and we enjoyed our coffee, eggs and waffles.

Room was filthy. There was feces on the bathroom floor. It didn't look like the floor had been cleaned in days. Mold in the closet. Then they wouldn't refund my money. I was there 10 minutes, Will never stay at a Quality Inn

Front staff and foyer were great and clean. Huge contrast to the halls and room! The hallways were damp and smelled of mildew and smoke. The room was dingy and bathroom a bit grimy. Random mystery stains and dirt in dresser and on walls. Even with the ac running, the humidity made everything damp.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all, the sink was dirty from toothpaste and hair was in the bath/shower. The beds looked as if someone had sat on them and I’m not certain the sheets were cleaned.

Checked in after 12:00am (late checkin) and after turning back a bed cover, discoverer bed had dirty sheets with stains, dog hair and a lose pillowcase rolled up in the middle of bed. Shared with front desk but they said they could not help as had reserved the room through a third party (Expedia). Very disappointing.

Everything was ok, not bad. Area was safe, quiet, plenty of parking. The refrigerator was not working in the room, the bathroom door knob was broken and loose and also one of the storage cabinet was broken and the nails were out. TV remote was not working properly. Over all it was ok.

It was a nice overnight stay. The HVAC system was pretty loud all night long is the only complaint. Room was decent, lobby was extra clean and the girl at checkin was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. A lot of restaurants nearby.

A nightmare. Would not honor my reservation. Expedia’s reservation was active, the hotel’s was not. They had rooms and would not reinstate the reservation but WERE willing to give me a new room for $250 more. Unpleasant, unwilling, and cooperative. No mgmt on staff EVER, so you are dealing with the front desk. NEVER will stay with them.

Issue with check-in when booking thru Expedia according to them. Not sure why the hotel didn’t have my reservations but I believe the hotel never confirmed reservations on email with Expedia. They claimed to been having a glitch for months now. The dates didn’t align as I had booked it a month ago, and the glitch was as from 2-3 months ago, regardless it was corrected but after 30-45 min check in length and 2 days after my 3 day reservation, hotel was telling me I had to pay the third day again or leave. Expedia corrected it yet again after about 1 hour of time, and stress. They made it sound like I had to pay or my stuff will be removed from the room (as I was 30 mins away at my daughters college). The caller from the hotel was not polite. It upset me but I got over it. The hotel was overall nice and clean and good on value.

Clean, convenient, check in was Pleasant. Breakfast is good.Bed was comfy. Traveling alone I preferred to use the main lobby to access my room, smokers tend to hang out at side entrances and the entrances smell accordingly. Not sure if this property bills itself as non smoking but it needs to or find a way to cleanse the air. Room and hallways need air fresheners but are otherwise clean. A little party out in the parking lot but blissfully quiet after 10:30pm. Enjoyed dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door. There is also an Italian restaurant you can walk to. I’d stay again. Hope this helps!
