Room layout was spacious and comfortable, all necessities provided or available at the front desk, basic breakfast available, friendly helpful staff, quiet location despite located right off I-80. Walmart is right across the street if you forget anything. Several restaurants within a mile.

We've stayed at the property many times before new ownership and this time it was like a whole new hotel. Renovated, modern conveniences(plenty of outlets and a wireless charger, huge flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge). Breakfast was average but fine. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We'll make this our usual stop!

Modern, nice, well equipped room (fridge, decent size TV, microwave, extra towels) that was recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Clean, nice looking. Quiet. The room looked better than the lobby and public spaces, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice staff at the counter. The included breakfast had no hot food other than instant oatmeal and a toaster for the bagels but it did have a variety of cereals, vanilla yogurt, some fresh fruit, baked goods and oat milk available for those who don’t do dairy, which was nice. I would gladly stay here again. Recommended.

The building looks new and very clean. The room is nice, not big but it's sufficient. The bedding is comfortable. Shower gel were out but front desk has them ready when requested. I wished there would be more towels ready but it's not a problem since we requested more from the front desk. Downside would be breakfast seems to be lacking. But understandable since it doesn't look like there's in-house kitchen. Overall, it's very convenient since it's off the highway and there's a Walmart across the street with fast charging for EV. It's a great rest stop for long road trip over night.

Overall, not a bad stay. The front desk clerk, Randy was very nice. He offered us cold water at check in. Unfortunately the elevator was out. There wasn’t a fridge in the room. The hot water was very hot. Plus side, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Definitely some opportunity at location. Seemed like they were understaffed. They were doing the best that they could. For the price, it was fine, only needed a room for stop over.

Our first room was deplorably dirty. Dirty floor, dirty sofa, dirty a/c, dirty desk, but we were done when we found nasty stuff in the shower. We did go to the desk and when the staff member saw the photos, she promptly apologized and put us into another, very clean, room. She was very gracious and helpful. The second room was great. Clean, comfy and quiet. Something like this falls directly on whichever member of the cleaning staff that was responsible for cleaning room 103.

The front desk people we're great. It the cleaning people. I asked the front desk lady to have them please clean the floors in our room because they where dirty. And she said she would have them in the room to clean the floors. The front desk lady to me to let her know when we where heading out the room to go out for the day. So what happened the cleaning lady comes in our room well we where still in there. My wife was mad. This lady is spraying chemical on the floor while my kids are in the room. And she did not sweep the floor first. She just took a swifter and cleaned it. And on top of that there were the biggest spider we have ever seen in our room. Then my wife and kids where scared to stay in the room after that. The cleaning crew is horrible and it was not clean at all.

The only tv did not work on our room. When we called the front desk, they told us they know the tv doesn’t work and there was nothing g they could do. Called to speak to the banshee several times and left a message for them to call back. Have heard nothing. Also, the walls are paper thin and could hear babies crying and people walking around all night long. The heating/ac unit was either blowing freezing cold air or hot air, no in between. Not much offered for continental breakfast. Rather pay $20-$30 more to stay elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable even though the sheets were crumpled (like stored in a bag instead of folded). The room was small, there was wasn't much room to walk between the bed and the desk/TV/shelf/closet unit. There was only one chair. It would have been ok for one person, but was crowded for two. I really liked the quality and smell of the toiletries in the bathroom. Refillable attached pumps on the wall are easier to use and more ecofriendly than small bottles. Nice shower. Breakfast, unlike past reviews, consisted of bagels, spreads, instant oatmeal packets, yogurts, orange juice and coffee/tea. Definitely adequate.

The room was on the small size but all we needed it for was to rest and sleep so it worked fine for us. Had we been staying for more than one night it wouldn’t have worked out to well. The room was extremely clean looking and welcoming. We didn’t have an ice bucket in our room and we only found one ice machine which is on the ground floor next to the elevator. We had an our own cups so we just used them to get our ice. This isn’t a complaint review because we enjoyed our stay (this is just a fyi before you book)

II have never seen a Hilton like this one: the only furniture were a bed , one chair an ugly small table and a metal frame with several hangers. The only equipment was a microwave which was standing on that metal frame. No coffer maker, no tea kettle, no closet, not even a tiny refrigerator. I even had some (may be not correct!) doubts about the freshness of bed sheets. The room was rather large, but looked like empty and unlivable. The location was convenient (near I 80).

The hotel was at decent price, good location. The day staff at front counter was pleasant. That is the only staff member ever seen. The night staff member at front counter was less than friendly and use more training in customer relations. The breakfast in the morning was poorly presented. The giant milk container was empty, and I had to ask for it to be filled, there was not many guests so it was not a matter of running out in the middle of breakfast time, it was simply due to neglect. The yogurt machine barely produced any yogurt. The hot water container for hot tea was produced cold water. I am convinced that the coffee was not fresh daily. The neighboring rooms can be heard very easily through the walls. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, I noticed small modily hairs stuck to the wall in the shower.... UMMMMM GROSS!!!! The hotel definitely needs improvement.

I only stayed for a night but it was a good stay. The front desk staff and the manager were really great. They originally gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned but they quickly changed our room and apologized. The manager was really sincere and nice - she seems like a great person. The hotel was recently upgraded so that was nice. Nothing was broken or dirty

We reserved two rooms for one night on July 19. The hotel offerred continental breakfast between 6-10am. We went to the breakfast lounge at around 8:40am and found almost nothing except few muffins, milk and cereal. There were no breads, bagels, pancakes, waffles, eggs, or fruits. There was orange juice but it was diluted with water. When asked about the bread or bagel, the front desk staff said they only serve bagels but it’s all finished. They didn’t have anything in the kitchen or pantry to add. More importantly the staff was very rude and never even apologized once for not providing the service. We reserved two rooms for one night on July 19. The hotel offerred continental breakfast between 6-10am. We went to the breakfast lounge at around 8:40am and found almost nothing except few muffins, milk and cereal. There were no breads, bagels, pancakes, waffles, eggs, or fruits. There was orange juice but it was diluted with water. When asked about the bread or bagel, the front desk staff said they only serve bagels but it’s all finished. They didn’t have anything in the kitchen or pantry to add. More importantly the staff was very rude and never even apologized once for not providing the service. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in 20+ years. Extremely loud, you could hear things through the walls and neighbors arguing with TV on until 5 AM. 15 minutes to find someone to check in with, no shampoo or anything to shower with and eco friendliness from 1942. Would obviously not recommend!

The building looks new and very clean. The room is nice, not big but it's sufficient. The bedding is comfortable. Shower gel were out but front desk has them ready when requested. I wished there would be more towels ready but it's not a problem since we requested more from the front desk. Downside would be breakfast seems to be lacking. But understandable since it doesn't look like there's in-house kitchen. Overall, it's very convenient since it's off the highway and there's a Walmart across the street with fast charging for EV. It's a great rest stop for long road trip over night.

We booked this last minute. It was quick and easy. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is simple but they were out of a lot. People with children weren’t happy. We made it work but it was just my husband and me! Will definitely stay at this chain again.

The best part of this hotel is a clean, comfortable bed and a clean hot shower. We like the toiletries in large bottles on the wall, easier than having all those little bottles around. The breakfast was very good except for the watered down coffee. The room would have been better with two chairs (we both had work to do) especially since we had two queen beds so there was room for another chair. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room especially since the “ hot” water in the lobby was tepid when we arrived in the evening when a cup of tea would have been nice to have. Also, there were no cups in the room at all even in the bathroom. The bathroom could use more shelving and towel hooks or bars. I don’t know why the hooks are in the bedroom!? I also don’t appreciate having the clean towels 6 inches from the floor. Even the top shelf and towel bar necessitates bending down to dry your hands under the sink. Good thing my back wasn’t bothering me. The minimalist look is grossly inconvenient and unnecessary especially when there’s sufficient room in the bathroom to make it more accommodating. With all that, I still give this hotel 4stars and hope they make the easy changes to make it a really great place to stay.

The night staff member at front counter was less than friendly and use more training in customer relations. The breakfast in the morning was poorly presented. The giant milk container was empty, and I had to ask for it to be filled, there was not many guests so it was not a matter of running out in the middle of breakfast time, it was simply due to neglect. The yogurt machine barely produced any yogurt. The hot water container for hot tea was produced cold water. I am convinced that the coffee was not fresh daily. The neighboring rooms can be heard very easily through the walls. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, I noticed small modily hairs stuck to the wall in the shower.... UMMMMM GROSS!!!! The hotel definitely needs improvement.

The Mott’s could be “ cutting corners “ empty tissue holder in the room , shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower , no conditioner … and no little bottles at the desk … staff had 0 bleeps to give . The breakfast was just sad and the coffee was bar none the weakest coffee I’ve ever had . The shower took 10 minutes to get hot … just overall given the “ new “ look of the place . Modern, nice, well equipped room (fridge, decent size TV, microwave, extra towels) that was recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Clean, nice looking. Quiet. The room looked better than the lobby and public spaces, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice staff at the counter. The included breakfast had no hot food other than instant oatmeal and a toaster for the bagels but it did have a variety of cereals, vanilla yogurt, some fresh fruit, baked goods and oat milk available for those who don’t do dairy, which was nice. I would gladly stay here again. Recommended.

Internet password did not work. Tried on 2 computers, iPad and phone when staff insisted it was correct. Then took computer to front desk. Staff also couldn’t get it work. We stopped when we did to see the football game. No fox sports on tv so we needed to use our computer to see it. Guess we should have driven further. Reservation said we’d get free internet. Couldn’t get Hilton honors to work since I had to sign up but when I signed up it said I was already a member. Asked staff to add number but still couldn’t get it work.
