Hotel was dirty. Splatter on wall, hole in bathroom door, very noisy, broken ice machine (staff said walk over to hotel next door for ice)! Yellow stuff in freezer. TV had the wrong remote! Stay if you have too but not recommended.

This property is very run down and needs a lot of updates! The room doors stick, the showers are stained, shower curtains smell moldy, half the lights don’t work in the rooms, they have permanent residence staying there that are inconsiderate to guest that are staying and trying to get a night sleep. The front office closes so if you have an issue later in the night, there’s nobody to contact. The only good things for this hotel is that is attached to an IHOP, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts right down the street, and it is right off of the interstate for convenience.

Despite ALL the "no smoking"signs everywhere, my room smelled like an ashtray. And the bedframe had ash on it, and the comforter had a burn hole. Obviously other guests are terrible, I don't really fault the management for that, but it definitely needed a more thorough cleaning, it would have helped. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and i never got hot water in the shower. I was only there fo4 about 5 hours but i couldn't have managed another minute.

room condition was deplorable, bathroom had what appeared to be feces and mucus on door and surfaces, bed and coverings were dirty and stained with suspicious splatter, carpet worn through, other (guests?) flashing at their windows and out side on the walk ways vaping and pot smoking. The original founder would be rolling over in his Grave to see how far this chain has fallen!! Never again will we stay at this Motel chain

There were roaches in the room bathtub was almost black overall the stay was terrible me and the kids were on pins and needles with the bugs and the cigarette smell was horrible at least wash the curtains and covers for the next guest

We stayed in two different rooms during our three days. The first was on the second floor, had only one lock on the door to the connecting room which wasn’t ours, the fridge was rusted all over and there was dirty splashes on the wall by the TV. The second was worse: the A/C wouldn’t stay on and if anyone smoked outside then the smell would come into the room, the entrance didn’t have a light even though there was a switch next to the door so the only light in the room was from the bathroom and bed, which was very dim, because the lamp and the TV shared an outlet which only had one working plug in, the bathroom was horrible- from the door that was disgustingly dirty and rotting towards the bottom to the water damaged ceiling and wall to the bottom of the tub that was grey. Aside from that the top of the fridge and bed frame had spiderwebs and the wall by the bed was covered in black scuff marks and the floor was dirty like it hadn’t been mopped before it was turned over to us and the towels they gave us had yellow stains.

Check in was easy and quick. When we got to the room the A/C was not working. I got it working but it was so warm it took 6-7 hours to cool down to somewhat comfortable. Walls were dirty and room needs major updating. Didn’t sleep much, was loud outside and pillows were very flat.

It was horribly noisy! From people doing laundry till 3 am and having a party while they were doing it, you could here EVERYTIME someone bought a soda and it dropped, starting at 5 am the trucks leaving. Took me 30 minutes to check out, not because they were busy, but because no one was at the front desk. Only to have him tell me that he couldn't give me a receipt that I had to get it from the online booking company.

Going in its next to a truck stop which isn't bad. I paid 138+ per night and it looked ok. Once in the room the sink area was dirty with brown and black on the dispenser and under it on the wall. In the bathroom there was smeared bown stuff on the wall, the shower was brown with nasty grime on the bottom and all of the walls. It was disgusting. There was globs of soap I assume from the previous guest. It looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Along with it being nasty the beds were aweful. Super hard and just all springs. Felt like sleeping on a boxspring with a tiny pad. Between an uncomfy bed and gross bathroom, it makes me question if anything else was skipped. I wondered if I really had clean sheets or towels, or if they just folded what was already there back up. I would not go back for that price. I rather drive 30-40 mins out of the way to find a better place. After telling the lady up front she just said, "I will make a note." I don't think it was very professional at all. I'm not one to complain ever, either. So when I do its bad.
