They have so many events that parking is a disaster on the weekends. However, that's because it's one of the nicer places in the area. Trendy and clean. Great food and bar, although bar staff is a little overwhelmed (again, too popular!).

This hotel took me surprise. I was visiting a friend in the Villages and need a place to stay for 3 nights. Reasonably priced, the facilities were resort quality. Beautiful pool with towels provided, and adjacent bar for drinks and snacks, and Wolfgang Pucks within the hotel for fine dining. The rooms were top notch and you have to appreciate the solid wood doors and trim. Fantastic experience.

Wow. This place was amazing. Perfectly clean. Very friendly staff. Pool and pool area were very clean and the water was kept warm (even on cool nights). Bar was comfy and cool drinks for holidays. Decorations were beautiful in all areas. Shops and villages restaurants close by. I really can't say enough about this stay. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in during travel. I didn't get the chance to eat there or use the spa but will try this next time. Thank you for your attention to detail and guest service. Add a Pickleball Court and I may never leave. :)

Stayed at hotel previously and was impressed with cost, decor and pool/restaurant. This time we pulled back sheets and they were dirty. Even found a monster fake eye lash on pillow. It was gross. After complaining they switched our room. They didn’t have staff on at late night. It was odd the security guard came in and was helping my boyfriend make the bed. We are guests. Why were we making the bed -and why was the odd security man doing it. Yuck

We like this hotel however this particular time the outside front entrance was unkept with garbage overflowing out of both bins. The pool needs a deep cleaning. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

Everything at the hotel was beyond five star clean. The place was totally immaculate and spacious. Just a heads up, The decor is very unique and what I would consider is Texas them with pictures of cows on the wall and cow print fabric . Not my style, but it works.

No microwave in the room, very small coffee maker and only one cup provided. Hotel tried charging my room a second time which was caught by my bank. They had no excuse for it and made us believe someone at the hotel was trying to scam us. Not happy at all about that. This stay was not as good as previous stays.

The Brownwood was unlike any hotel we have been in. It was very nice and clean, the staff was all friendly and spoke when we went in or out, and the property was very nice with a pool, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, a spa, and a happy hour. It was fun to stay in a cowpoke-themed hotel, and it was very well done with attractive lighting, flooring, wallpaper, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a mini-fridge in the room. My only complaint is that there was no microwave so it took a while to heat enough water for my tea in the little coffee maker (the first round came out like weak coffee), and no popcorn, etc. Housekeeping does not come every day, which was no problem for us as we'd rather not have them in the room anyway. I would stay here again.

Lovely comfortable room and super convenient to Brownwood Paddock Square. Spacious room with king sized bed. Only downside were noisy doors closing in hallway of other rooms at random times of night. We had a 3 night stay and heard the doors every night which became a bit annoying

Property is beautiful. Only complaint is our room literally has a wall outside our window. Not a 3ft, 4ft, like a 12 foot wall, we felt like we were in a basement. Decorated very nice, but dark basement. :(

White grout throughout bathroom not kept white on bathroom floor. Other guests screaming, banging & running hall at 1:34AM. Rude bartender in restaurant ignores people when ordering a single item, close to closing. Wrote upper management about all of this and they did not care much.

Had the most amazing time only things that turned me off was when i went to extend my check out to 2 pm the receptionist had a bit of an attitude and getting a sense of urgency by rudely saying let me check the room for available when the hotel had like 90% occupancy so that was a joke, why leave a paper in the room with all the amenities listed just to get an attitude from a staff member otherwise great breakfast great facilities clean and decorated gorgeously

Everything was top notch here except the housekeeping did not service my room as was expected. I did not put up the do not disturb sign to prevent them from coming in and cleaning the room. I informed the lady at the checkout desk upon my departure and asked for the general manager to contact me and I would give him my personal comments as I told her it was disappointing That housekeeping skipped my room and didn’t clean it as I had expected them to do

We stayed at Brownwood for one night and were impressed. The location was clean and quite. The staff were very friendly. We walked to the town square which was a fair walk especially in the heat. If I had one recommendation it would be to provide some type of golf cart or van shuttle to the town square. Other than that, it was top notch and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Every single employee we encountered was so friendly, so helpful & so pleasant. The hotel is beautiful & the rooms spacious & clean. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The breakfast was delicious. Customized eggs dishes and an abundant continental breakfast to accompany. Everything was fresh. And there was an enormous variety of breakfast foods. And the ladies that were there were also so helpful, friendly & pleasant.

I enjoy chatting with Gabriella and Laura. (Bartenders) Front desk Maya was helpful and sweet. I ordered room service. One slice of flourless chocolate cake. It was $20 with the service fee and tip. I think that is over priced.

Well, I would’ve given them five stars, but they refused to honor the free breakfast that was included with my Expedia booking. Otherwise, the facility is really fantastic. The rooms are nice, big, and honestly a little quirky in their design. I have no complaints other than the fact that, they did not honor the breakfast I was promised.

We enjoyed the live entertainment on Thursday evening and loved Wolfgang Pucks restaurant. We loved the convenience to Brownwood Paddock Square. We will definitely recommend and this fabulous property ad stay there again in our travels to the Villages!

Everything about our stay was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Wolfgang Puck restaurant which had excellent food and service! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service was wonderful. My only complaint is that the main rooms don’t have enough lighting. Hard to read in bed with a small bulb located only on one side table and a table lamp across the room.
