Picture's on the internet doesn't look like anything once you get there. Pool water green. Mattress and sheets very old. Floor is cracked in room. People just hanging around outside. Trash cans outside full and overflowing.

The hotel was fine except for the water leak in the bathroom. Also I was hoping to be able to sit and relax by the pool which didn’t happen for my entire trip because it was never cleaned and with the exception of the rain they couldn’t put chemicals in the pool so that was a let down I’ll know next time to get a room with an indoor pool.

Room was spacious, had a refrigerator that kept drinks COLD (unlike many other hotels I've stayed at). Large bathroom, comfortable bed, no carpet on the floor (a huge plus for me). AC kept room very comfortable and cool. Downfalls: bathroom floor didn't look to have been swept and it looked like the handtowel and one of the washcloths had been used. Pool wasn't usable while we were there, but was a nice sized outdoor pool.

The pool was broken and green. The pool was one reason I chose the hotel. The tub was chipped and had black burn marks on it and the bathroom faucet was halfway unattached. The floors we broken down, and the fridge had rust on it.

Parking lot had homeless people living there, the pool was GREEN, room a/c very noisy, Free breakfast was not offered toast and coffee on the first morning. I requested another set of towels and the front clerk said none were available

This hotel is in dire need of an overhaul! The carpet in the hallway looked as if it had been vomited on multiple times. The floor in our room was ripped in multiple places and the paint on the walls was scuffed up very badly! Our view was of the green pool! Definitely not worth the price paid!

As far as the actual cleanliness of the room, it wasnt bad, but could definitely use improvement. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The staff was friendly. The smell in the room hit as soon as you enter. I thought it smelled like wet dog, grandson thought it was mint, not sure what it was. Both the sink and tub faucets dripped all night. We had bugs and ants crawling around. If you walked across the floor your socks/ feet were filthy, we had to borrow a mop from them and mop the floor ourself. The toilet handle was broken so couldn't flush until maintenence came the next day, so we had to change rooms for one night. 3 of 4 drawers were broken and would fall off if you tried to open. Garbage was left in a door that did open. Found a toenail on my bed. Bright spot light came on outside and shined thru window all night and drape wasn't as wide as window to adequately block it. Called expedia to try to get moved. Finally got thru after 4th try and they basically said no refunds, so tough luck. Also, it was advertised as pet free and when I went to the desk to ask for bug killer I turned around and there was a large pitbull standing there, alone. Worker said he's very smart and opens his door and gets out so she took him back, which really was frightening.

Rooms were disgusting!! Front desk rep was nice and tried to put me in another room but all the sheets and pillows were dirty gave photos as well. Floor add hair all over it and the sofa had trash a toy I’m assuming from a previous guest. This hotel needs to be shut down actually it’s horrible

The room was dingy and we ended up leaving immediately to find another hotel. It appeared that housekeeping did their job well, but the hotel is run down and not kept up. The obvious stains on the chair made us uncomfortable to sleep in the beds. However, the staff was great and easily helped me remedy this issue.

The main thing that made our stay here great was the staff! The people here are SO friendly and kind. The other best perk of this hotel is the free breakfast. This hotel breakfast might be one of the best I've ever had! It was fresh and kept stocked all morning long by the beautiful smiling faces of the employees there. We did not swim in the pool but it looked very nice and clean! Our room was very spacious and overall clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Savannah, Georgia is about a 50 minute drive from it so it is a good budget-friendly hotel to stay in!

I booked a King Suite and based on the photos, it looked like a very comfortable and welcoming environment. When we arrived at 10pm, it was nothing like the photos, the furnishings were old, stained and smelled. The bathroom sink had tons of burn marks, the floors were slippery and sticky with some kind of cleaner and the bed was just thrown together like nobody cared. A lamp that was barely hanging on the bedside, another lamp with a cut cord, dirty fridge and no USB ports. The USB ports were covered by a cap that you could not remove. This place was just disgusting and when I presented it to the front desk, my option was to check out - this would have been an easy task had there been other places around that had a room for the night. I have tried to get a refund from Exepdia and have been run around from person to person and I have contacted the owner of the Baymont - nobody should have to pay to stay in a place that is this disgusting.

Arrival we were assigned to room that was in complete disrepair. From ceiling missing light bulbs from fixtures to floor looking as if someone peeled off the flooring. Safety lock ( clasp) missing from door, general unclean smell visually unsettling with stains on walls and furniture. We did refuse the room and were given another room that was slightly better. The staff were apologetic and friendly, about the fix.

Savannah, Georgia is about a 50 minute drive from it so it is a good budget-friendly hotel to stay in!

Very unpleasant, from the moment I pulled in to the parking lot there were people outside smoking right by the entrance. The door was so hard to pull on to open. Once I stepped into the lobby it looked like the Bates motel. Smelled like mold and wet mop. I walked back out searching for another hotel near by risking what I already paid. Unfortunately everything was booked and I had to come back. I checked in which took forever bc the employee was on her phone. When we walked into our room it smelled of cigarette and mold. The bathroom was the worse, you would turn on the light it sounded like a plan was taking off. The toilet was broken and the smell of the water reeked. When we needed the pull out couch the cusions were so dirty the bed hurt bc the springs were poking us. No extra linens or blanket. Thank goodness I packed my own. I didn't even change my clothes we slept hoping for sunrise and we left by 8a.m. I will definitely not return or recommend
