Hallway carpets were rippled, dirty, & worn. Bathroom had grout missing from floor. No ADA bars in bathtub. Staff were indifferent when asking for first level rooms because no elevator. Driveway difficult because of large unavoidable potholes. Difficult for an elderly or a handicapped person to stay here. Shocking for a Windham property.

Check in guy charged card twice and took over 20 minutes to check in with an empty lobby. No elevator and the hotel needs a deep clean, new carpet and repairs. Doors did not open on the main entrance. Cheap, but there is a reason why.

The hotel and room was clean. It isn’t too updated such as carpet, furniture and so forth. It’s dated with 70’s or 80 furnishings. But it was clean and comfortable. It is also a little less expensive then other hotels.

The property is awful. Unsafe. Parking lot looked like Beirut. Carpets in the hotel were ripped, shredded, filth and smelly. Room was dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Tv worked! No signage. The building looked like it was crumbling down. Will never stay at a super 8 again.

I have never stayed in such a dirty, sneaky and unkept hotel. The whole city was booked. I’d I could leave I would have. It smelled so bad, like musty and moldy. It was the most overpowering smell. We would open the windows but the heat from outside was unbearable. The blankets looked like they were 20yrs old. The shower was backed up every time we took one. My husband had to borrow a plunger because they didn’t have a handyman. Also the shower lever was so hard to pull to take a shower. We also found black mold under the toilet and shower. It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. And I’ve been to a lot!!

I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great.

Our room was clean and comfortable however we were constantly having problems with our tv not working. When contacting the front desk a young gentleman came in and exchanged remotes and that seemed to fix the problem but the next day there were still problems.

The exterior areas of the hotel were rather unkept. The room was relatively clean with a few mystery stains on the furniture. Overall, it was ok for a night. The one thing I really needed to do was to log in to work for a few hours and the wifi was terribly unreliable making that really difficult. Don't try to do any work while you're here.

This is a college town and there are lots of food choices close by. The hotel was right off the exit to highway. Front desk person at check in seemed distracted. At checkout the desk person was very nice. I stayed midweek so it was quiet. There is security overnight. The reason for just ok review was the bed not so comfortable. Sheets were too stiff for my liking. The pillows also not comfortable and I used my own.

Was directed to the room down a hallway that smelled horribly like cigarette smoke, in a non-smoking hotel. Asked to change rooms due to smell inside room. New hallway was slightly better, room at least was clean. At 11pm, was woken by call from front desk to move my car that was parked in front of the hotel, supposedly in a no parking zone. No "no parking' sign was present and I was told the next morning that the sign had been knocked down by a truck" a while ago, and we really need to replace it."(especially before waking up a guest). In the morning, the continental breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets, packaged blueberry muffins, and snack size fruit coctail cups, and four ounce juice boxes. ..looked like the making of a childs school lunch. Lastly, the heater in the room cycled on and off all night even though it was on the low setting, very noisy, but nothing compared to the trains whistling at 12am and 6am...So no, i would not stay in the Super 8 in Oneonta again.

My son and I stayed here on our way to The Baseball HOF. We had a problem with our puppy and the AMAZING manager watched her for us for over 3 hours. Above and beyond the call, customer service defined !

I showed up for check in and brought my bags into the room and could immediately hear the people in the room next door yelling and swearing at each other. I went right back to the front desk and told the girl what was going on and asked if there was another room available. she offered me a room change without a problem and that one was much quieter. the room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extra comfortable. only had to stay for one night, but it was a great place

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel was close to chain stores and restaurants but also close enough to Main Street Oneonta which had nice restaurants and shops as well. The hotel is also located near the highway so traveling to Cooperstown is also easy.

Very convenient if you’re here for baseball. It is definitely a motel looks and smells like it but in comparison to other places in price in baseball season it’s manageable.

The accommodations and friendly Staff were very Good. The Hotel exterior needs to be freshly painted for better appearance and the driveway and parking lot is FULL of very LARGE Potholes needing to be repaved. Our Room was very clean and the beds were Very comfortable I slept very well each night. Room rates were competitive. The Location is very convenient to state highway access and to Oneonta Downtown Restaurants which we really enjoyed as well as Cooperstown All Star Village which we visited during our 5 night stay. Again, we LOVED the Room decor and the Friendly Staff.
