The refrigerator would work off and on, the walls were paper thin, the shower hardly worked at all was a fight to get the hot water! The first night we arrived the pool was open but a kid got cut in it then the next night the pool was closed down because the ceiling was falling down!!! The inly good thing about this hotel was the staff was super nice and helpful.

The pool was closed, which is 1 reason why I booked there then the keycard to get in the room, the lock broke, offered another room but I already had everything unpackef. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh hot food options. I personally think the inside needs upgrading and the room wasnt very clean. Dirty tables and debris in drawers, curtains would not close all the way, had to clip them together for privacy in jacuzzi.

The room was clean but the property outside was fair. The pool water was slimy and looked like it should have been out of order and the area around the pool was dirty. The staff at the desk was nice and was easy to check in, but one of the housekeeping women was rude and using profanity. I would NOT stay here again.

Found out via email less than a week before trip that pool would be closed. Too late to rebook elsewhere. Also, 3 night stay but no housekeeping at all? I understand sheets are not changed nightly most places anymore, but trash not emptied, no fresh towels. Keys deactivated at one point and had to have desk reprogram. Brrakfast well stocked and attendants friendly.

When we arrived to the Hotel the lot was filled with pot holes, I didnt see any outside cameras for my safty, Also we was charged $10.00 a day for park. I have stayed in a few of your hotels and had never been charged for parking. The rooms where dirty with mold in the shower and dirt in the corners of the room. The curtains were drity and only had one small trash can in the room that was pretty inconvenient when staying for 3 days. Aslo was yelled out by the kitchen employee because we didnt have a breakfast ticket? Come on it complimentary breakfast.. I paid over $500 to stay there and it just wasnt a very good experience...

The bathrooms were poorly cleaned, the shower curtains were worn and yellow, the bed sheets smelled of curry and spices, and the carpets were so dirty they didn't wash them. The cleaning was terrible.

it’s a big mistake to book to this Holiday express, the couch have a hole underneath the full out bed, there is poor hot water, and worst part is my daughter woke me up @4am bc there is a bed bugs crawling in the bathroom floor. so i supposed to stay 3-nights but i told the manager i can’t stay no more and the price per night is ridiculous

I would not stay in this hotel again. Spider living in the bathroom, old dirty water in the bottom of the fridge, crumbs on the sofa and stains on the chair. It was just disgusting and I’m upset that I even stayed there. I didn’t get in until 130am so I didn’t see the dirtiness until the morning time.

The exterior was unkempt as compared to the pictures displayed when booking. The front desk staff were pleasant. However, our room was not fully cleaned once we entered it. The toilet was so unsanitary, dried pee stains and poo splashes all over the toilet seat. It was an eyesore. Our fridge wasn't clean either. On day 2 of our stay, we were out almost all day and returned expecting our room to be cleaned but only the bin had been emptied, and a few towels replaced. The beds remained undone, bathroom unclean. Why enter the room at all if you wont clean it? The carpet in the corridors need a good vacuuming. The staff for morning breakfast were very nice and accommodating, however, too many houseflies!

Do not stay here if you have standards. This hotel needs major improvements. It requires a deep cleaning throughout the rooms. There is trash under the beds and under the nightstands, the sheets smell old, the toilets are clogged, and there is water leaking around the hallways. The pool area is full of hair on the surface, it's just horrible. The cigarette smell in all common areas is unbearable. The only positive aspect is that the staff is friendly, but the management is horrible

This has always been our go to place to stay when visiting Buffalo. The hotel has not been maintained well and is starting to look rundown. Our room had dirt in the corners and under the bathroom vanity. It did not feel like a clean place to stay. Our room had to be moved since there was no cleaner and the room we were supposed to have wasn’t clean. There were signs on multiple doors indicating rooms were not clean. Does not instill much confidence in the rest of the hotels cleanliness. We had booked a larger room for 5 people and bad 2 towlels. Had to go down to the front desk 3 times before the laundry was finished at almost 10 at night to get towels. Each time we went out of the hotel, front desk staff was outside the front door smoking so had to walk through that to get to your car. Definitely won’t be staying here again!!

Saying this hotel is mediocre would be an over statement. The room had new bedding (i think) and thats about it. The air conditioning unit looked like it has never been cleaned. Some items were dusted some weren't. IF the room was vacuumed it was main traffic area's only, there was still dust bunnies and other stuff on the floor.The bathroom, a clump of hair in the corner. Honesty I could go on, but id like to forget this stay even happened.

I'll start with the positives. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. I have probably stayed at 8 different Holiday Inn Express properties and I've always had a great stay, until this one. The room had a really strong odor (guessing they were covering up smoke smell) and it was not very clean. Stain on one sheet, hair in the bathroom, and the carpet was great at turning our nice, clean, white socks black in a matter of minutes of walking on it. I used to think booking a HIE was a slam dunk, but not so sure after this one.

They have not emailed my receipt to me, I need it to be reimbursed for my business trip. The WiFi was down for a day, I had to go back to the office to submit my trip report. The bedding and towels were changed once in 5 nights. Breakfast was very good every morning, very helpful. All staff members were professional.

Staff were exceptional. 10 of 10. Friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold food. The guy running the breakfast rush does a fantastic job of keeping things as they should be. Unfortunately my room 312 gets an F. The furniture was dirty and the TV has choppy and very limited service. There was a smell in there that couldn’t be removed. Hoping it wasn’t mold since we breathe that in for 3 days. I was given a discount for it but i definitely made for an uncomfortable stay. I’m hoping they deal with that issue asap. Thank you to the staff for trying.

Found this hotel last minute after our other location had some issues. Booking less then 24 hours in advance and the pricing was pretty reasonable. Good breakfast, great welcoming staff. We needed a few extra towels for our room and had them within minutes of requesting them. Staff was so friendly and helpful with finding good local places to eat

The staff was fantastic. Bobby especially made us feel looked after. He was funny, personable and always helpful. We were disappointed with our room because we were made to wait to check in and our room was definitely not cleaned properly. Garbage still all over the floor. The walk in shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the lip to shower wasn’t angled enough to keep the water in.

The property is old, dark and feels like depressing. most of the staffs are friendly and welcoming except to the man facilitating in the breakfast area. The hotel policy said we can’t leave our pet unattended in the room, I and my partner are both starving, so we decided to have our pet come with us on the breakfast area. Our pet didn’t bark to anyone or showing any aggressive traits (he was on leash too) I was just sitting, holding my pet until my partner comes back and waiting for my turn to grab mine. Until, this guy approaches us rudely that our dog should have a red “vest” and told us that he is not safe in front of a lot of people. We felt embarrassed. At that time, all my excitement to have a breakfast is gone, we go back to our room as soon as possible. We didn’t eat the breakfast and toss it on the bin since we already loss our appetite, and just decided to pack our things and leave.

The place is great. But if you actually plan on sleeping I wouldn’t stay here. We stayed up most of the night due to kids screaming and running the halls. And when we called to ask nicely to make them stop from continuously waking our 3 year old, they found out it was us and repeatedly knocked on our door and wall for the next hour. Nothing was done about it. First and last time I’ll stay here.

Staff are very nice and quick and patient when I hit a snafu with my payment. Very polite and helpful while I sorted it out. Free breakfast was great, lots of food and choices. Beds were big and fluffy as usual for Holiday Inn!

The hotel was clean and the rooms well maintained. Some deferred maintenance in the hallways, but nothing egregious. The area around the hotel is mixed use: some commercial, some residential. Things are pretty spaced out locally, so expect to drive to meals, except breakfast which they provide.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is quite a ways from the falls and downtown , in an area that’s seen better days. Check in was fine and the front desk staff was friendly. The room turned out to be a jacuzzi king? Didn’t recall asking for that. No chair to sit on- just the edge of the jacuzzi. Bathtub was missing the drain plug. Toilet seems like it was made for toddlers. The shortest one I’ve ever seen. The refrigerator was noisy and ended up freezing our drinks. I should have checked the setting- hard to see. Carpet in the room was thread bare under the desk. The TV was difficult to figure out. The onscreen program menu was useless. Channels did not match what the guide said. MSNBC was actually NewsNation. Overnight, upstairs noise seemed excessive. Breakfast was fine with several options. Coffee was hot! Check it was smooth. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but certainly the bottom of the list of all Holiday Inn Express and Suites I’ve ever been in.

The staff was super pleasant and helpful for our late night check in (11:30!) Our room was very clean, as was every area we were in (including stairway area!) bed was comfortable and room had both microwave and refrigerator! Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water! My only suggestion would be some sort of exhaust fan in the bathroom. Really enjoyed having a Keurig right in our room as well.

The entire staff was excellent! They were very kind! My husband and I was traveling with our dog-son and every time we came through with him they gave him a treat that he loved!
