The pool was dirty although I called before booking and checked about the pool and they said it was cleaned today but it wasn’t. totally disappointing and the pool towels are terrible and the staff service is very poor. Never again

Hotel was nice and renovated. Pool was very nice! Outdoor and not too cold. Only negative was that it seems like no one was really keeping up with the cleanliness during breakfast. There was food everywhere, and not much left. Other than that, the blonde lady who checked us in was extremely nice and pleasant. Will come back again when in the area!

Amazing place! Nice sized room. However the pool is smaller than we thought and it goes only up to 5 feet. There is a breakfast in the am. And my suggestion is get there before everyone else. The gym is pretty good and has dumbbells up to 50 pounds and treadmills and kettlebells Overall decent spot a bit pricey though.

The card reader was broken during check in so the manager had to take down our card number by hand. The toilet in the room was clogged when we checked in and maintenance was not available until the next day. They changed out room to another one because of the toilet, and there were spider webs in the window of the new room, a candy wrapper on the floor, a used bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the shower, a stain on the mattress, and an empty tissue box in the bathroom. Probably the dirtiest rooms we've ever stayed in with Hampton Inn. Expedia should refund the price of the room as we used our points for the stay.

The hotel is dirty. There is molding in the vent in the sitting area. In our room when opening curtain so much dust and dirt in the corners. The carpet are filthy my little one walked on it for a few minutes and so her feet was dirty.

We didn’t realize this was a pet-friendly hotel, but the strong wet dog smell throughout made it very clear. The pool was cloudy and smelled terrible, so we didn’t use it. Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our 3-night stay, and we had to leave our trash outside to avoid ants (which we still had). Had to call multiple times for towels, and they often never came. The only upside was the breakfast — good selection and clean area. Overall, very disappointing stay.

The room had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was my concern. Aside from the stain on the wall, the mirror was streaky and had a long hair on it. Then I pulled open the sliding table between the beds, dried coffee and crumbs. The Shampoo was empty, and the Conditioner pump was broken. The outside pool was nice!

The rooms need to be updated. The tub was very old with mold. I don’t mind pet friendly hotels but this is the first one that had a little wet dog smell. Plus the dog next door cried all night.The breakfast was pretty good anything you need is10 minutes away for the hotel including a Walmart and Ross. Legoland is 11 minutes away.

Nice room, good workoutnfacility, decent breakfast, and kind workers; thus, a good stay. However, they seem to be cutting costs in ways that are obvious. For instance, the wifi is ultimately free, but the connection interface attempts to collect data on the customer by having you build an account. Also, the breakfast runs out of coffee just about as often as it has it available during the breakfast hours.

The room can use some updating. Mattress can use replacement. The room is clean and a good amount of space. The lobby is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was sad. With an hour left, food ran out and was not being refilled.

The room was small, the furniture old, The fridge was tiny and needed major defrosting. The tea and coffee machine was on a bottom shelf near the floor. Coffee and tea only made available at breakfast, not all day like other places I have stayed. On a positive note the location was convenient and felt safe.

It was great on all accounts except one, the pillows were the worst. Very lumpy without a support. Also the room we chose showed a sofa/loveseat. We chose this room for the additional seating because I often have to get up from bed & set to sleep due to a bad back. There was no additional seating. I had to set at the desk chair to try to get some sleep. OI don’t know if the misleading pictures were Expedias problem or the hotels fault, but it made for an uncomfortable stay for me.

Average. Staff sub par. Especially the female staff member on the front desk. Small girl, lots of attitude. Not good for your hotel. Breakfast sub par, choices limited, but always running out of options, and it took long periods of time to have those options refilled. Staff just did not seem to really care less about anything.

Not enough towels and bathroom tissue. Didn’t like that I had to be asking for towels. A room for 4 and we only got 2 towels! Had 2 rooms and had to ask for other room too and only got 2 for each room. Never staying there again.

When I arrived at the hotel and employee was cursing upset because she was being “written up “. After, in the very next room, it sounded like the manager was canceling her and telling her to “”Shut up and don’t say a word! “. Also, the valance in the room was separated from the ceiling and looked very unsightly. I called the hotel to speak to the manager, who was not present at the time and was told that the manager would call me back. I never received a phone call. Other than that, everything else is OK.

Out of 5 days they went to clean the room once. Not enough staff to clean up after guests who leave food on the table or floor after eating breakfast. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper and they were never delivered to the room. Easy to find parking. Breakfast was ok.

morning shift receptionist at front desk not good. on our three days stay, my six years son asked for minifigure of lego and she denied. for $5 lego toy, she broke his heart and he walked out with sad face. all money i spent on this trip, i felt wasted on last day. i would not go back again and this is not only option to stay near legoland, there other options nearby n would consider those.

Hotel was available at the last minute as my other reservation was abruptly canceled by the other hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff were friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended nice places to go to for kid activities dinner etc. Ample parking and location was close to places and about 10 minutes from legoland. Hotel otherwise as described.

Property is a 3 star hotel and this is reflected throughout the facility and personnel. Corridors smell musty and AC system in the room is not very good. The place needs a renovation. A bit over-priced for what it offers. Middletown has nothing interesting to visit.

The breakfast was a mess. There was no oatmeal, no fruit and no eggs and about 4 soggy French toast sticks when I went down at 7am. Also there were no towels in the weight room and nothing to wash the machine down with after I finished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower head didn’t have very much pressure but it worked.

Clean, nice size room for 2. The continental BREAKFAST was the BEST my husband & have ever had in all our 47 years of travel. Will stay here again.
