There was mold around the hot tub and mold around the windows and mold in the gym upstairs on the third floor no TV in the gym no water in the gym no wipes in the gym and no water in the foyer at the hotel

This uniquely designed steamboat-themed hotel is gorgeous, especially at night when it's all lit up. The pool area is wonderful, complete with visiting wild ducks, beautiful gardens, two fire pits, and a children's playground. With a farm next door and a fantastic nearby Fourth of July fireworks show, our stay was a memorable highlight of our trip.

Ahoy matey! (Or something like that) . Haha. One night stay. The steamboat theme : love it or hate it. Personally, I thought it was silly when I walked in but got used to it by the time I left the next day. The rooms are super clean. Good water pressure in the shower. The towels and sheets are above average , in fact the bath towels are exceptionally plush. Rarely seen these days. The TV gives you hundreds of choices and the WiFi works well. Fitness room is a couple treadmills and exercise bikes but that is the standard. The pool is small but appears to be very well maintained. They have a hot tub too that looked inviting. Also feature an adult 10p-midnight swim. Ate breakfast in the huckleberry restaurant, they do breakfast very, very well. I say that because so many places are borderline passable. This place churned out some quality eggs and omelettes cooked perfectly. Fresh veggies. Crisp bacon. Prices not crazy either. Service was very good. I would stay here again.

The property is stunning and very well apointed and decoratef. The decor is simply outstanding. The only drawback was the beds were very hard and not comfortable. Could use better insulation too. Can hwar hall way and outsife sounds. Still it is a magnificent property. Nice pool, hot tub, play area for kuds and real fire pits

Such a quaint and peaceful stay. Everything was clean and did not feel used or dingy. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I love the adult only hours between 10pm and midnight. On site restaurant and tavern that are excellent. 45 minutes from Hershey, 1:15 from Philadelphia. Staying in the heart of amish country is something I cannot wait to do again.

This was one of the most unique and welcoming places I have ever stayed at and I would recommend this hotel to anybody. With the two restaurants, gift shop, indoor pool and jacuzzi, game room and exercise room there is so much do do - even in inclement weather. And when the sun is out exploring the walkway and the sitting areas surrounding the duck pond are are fun activities. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and every staff member was especially friendly. I also want to mention that the hotel is close to most of the major attractions of Lancaster County, like the outlets, the Sight and Sound Theatre, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park and many others.

The pool was very nice…open til midnight! Rooms had nice decor, microwave, and mini fridge. There was a restaurant and bar area, and a gift shop where you can purchase s'more kits for the fire pits.

Overall we loved the hotel. Love that it was themed and the outdoors were adorable!!!!! Unfortunately by morning we had tons of ants crawling in our belongings in the room and nothing was even left on the floor. It really put a big damper on our experience and honestly left feeling really grossed out. Not sure if I’d recommend this hotel sadly because of that.

It's a really cute hotel with many nice touches. Staff was great. 2 things - the smell in the room overtook us and was so strong it made me feel sick. The smell was like mold mixed with strong air freshener that seemed to be coming from the vents. We opened the window and helped minimally. And we could hear the neighboring room like they were in our room. But we did read that the front desk had noise machines or earplugs lol. The staff was great.

My wife and I were awoken @ 1:26 am when my granddauther notice bed bugs and snap a few pictures on the bed sheets! In room 138. We reported to Jash an emplyoee at the Fulton Steamboat Hotel. We were moved to a room on the 3rd floor room 307. We could not sleep for the rest of the night. We were very concern! Manager was notified. We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 year. It is now our last stay!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. Decorated with class and taste and extremely clean (they sanitize the floors between guests and definitely change ALL linen including bed spread. The food in the pub was well priced and delicious. The staff was friendly. It was restful and we felt classy but comfortable. The pool area was nice. The hotel was convenient to all the activities we went to. The background player piano music was a nice touch. I would stay there again in a NY minute!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fulton Steamboat Inn. The only thing that I would fix, or update is the carpet in the hallways. There is a slight moldy smell noted when we were walking back to our room on the first floor. Our room was clean and didn't smell at all. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we were provided with plenty of towels. Check in and check out was easy. We had a delicious lunch at the bar and had a hardy, breakfast at the restaurant. It was very convenient.

A unique property, but we had major problems with the TV. Despite 2 visits by maintenance, the volume of the TV could not be turned up to an audible level, and the TV could not be turned off except by unplugging it. Also, the pocket door separating the two sections of the bathroom was extremely difficult to close and open. Note: there is no included breakfast. You must pay for it.

This hotel was a real find. I wasn't sure what it would be like inside. Well, it's like a 5-star hotel. Beautiful lobby, little shop inside, beautiful restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch and a lovely little "pub" for dinner with full course menu. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub is great. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. 10 minutes from Sight and Sound and the American Music Theater is across the street. This is our go-to hotel.

Be sure not to take a room on the first floor! Our room was on the first floor, the pub was on one side and the parking lot was on the other. We were visiting on Easter weekend and the hallway outside our door and the parking lot were super loud until about 1 am. I didn’t complain because I knew that the hotel was sold out. I’ve learned my lesson!

We've been wanting to stay here for years and finally remembered to book. This place is so cute! Very well themed. The rooms themselves are very nice and pretty up to date. Beds are a little worn, but still comfy. The lobby had coffee, water and sometimes treats which was a little added bonus for us. The only annoying things are the doors. Our neighbor was constantly going in and out which sometimes sounded like they were trying to enter our room. They also let the door slam every time which shook the wall in our room. Maybe better doors would help. Otherwise, the place was really cute for a few nights stay.

Everything was very good except for one thing. The remote for the tv was difficult to use. The front desk even passed out a sheet on how to work it and if we had trouble, call the desk. I did have a problem; called the desk three times in a span of 40 minutes and help of a call never came.

The hotel is very pretty. The room was a nice size, ventilated, beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were very nice. We enjoyed the attractions nearby. Also, great dining options and near outlets. The only thing I didn’t like was we tipped one of the housekeepers $5.00 to bring us towels. We never got them. It wasn’t a complete deal breaker. We will definitely go back and this is our new go to place.

I was truly shocked at the behavior of the hotel staff member who greeted me at the Inn yesterday. I arrived at 2:35 PM. She explained that I could not go up until my room until 3 PM. It's unusual for a hotel to stick so closely to their Check-In time, but sure. However, she also refused to even check me in -- to take my credit card information and issue me a key -- until 3 PM promptly. I found this both rude and unaccommodating. I returned to my car in the parking lot to wait 20 minutes. During that time, i watched as another couple arrived, entered the hotel and then emerged -- still before 3 PM -- with their registration papers and key cards. It was clear to me that some people get to check in early and others cannot be accommodated. If you're to stick to a ridiculous protocol, at least apply it to everyone staying at the Inn. It's a lovely room and the location is great, but there are other hotels in the area that cost less and don't make me feel like a second-class passenger.

I liked the look and feel of the property. I give it 4 stars for its unique flare. The onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast and reasonable priced, but maybe a tad slow when its really busy. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, was a funny odor upon entering the room, and the pillows are too soft and I found them uncomfortable and had a hard time getting settled, but thats a personal preference. The check-in person did not greet us and wasn't overly efficient or friendly in providing information. I felt i was the one asking everything instead of him informing me of amenities.

This hotel was a real find. I wasn't sure what it would be like inside. Well, it's like a 5-star hotel. The food was not good , I had fish and chips and the fish was greasy and soggy.My wife had collie flower bites that were burnt and the chicken Marsala it was dry and Burt the gravy was not good . Very disappointed!

Stayed at this location on vacation, because we thought it would be a fun place to stay with kids. The restaurant downstairs was closed, it wasnt open during the week we were told. The only other place to eat inside was the Tavern, which is basically a bar and we had kids with us. We used the laundry services there and those were great. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. The 3rd floor is basically adults only. We really liked it, my kids loved it- just wish they had something to eat ON SITE open every day during the week so guests don't have to leave. We checked out the playground area as well, and my kids gave a 10/10
