My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hot breakfast was a plus! The parking felt private and was safe! The pool was enjoyable and offered shaded tables/towels. There were many restaurants and stores nearby. The location was close to so many attractions such as NASA, the Kemah Boardwalk, etc. After our first night, I was surprised to come back to a clean room - floor was vacuumed, clean towels, and beds were made! They had a gym but I did not take advantage of it. The price was on point! I'd recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Quality Inn! Can't wait to come back!

Breakfast was a full breakfast and delicious. Front desk was fine. We were on the first floor and the ice machine didn’t work at all and being we were elderly had to go up to the 2nd floor and walk quite a ways to the ice machine. Otherwise, a very good place to stay. Would stay there again.

We had a nice little stay here! For a smaller hotel, the level of hospitality was a wonderful surprise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was fantastic, offering great variety and generous portions. We also appreciated the little touches, like having towels provided at the pool side. Beyond the amenities, the staff were a great resource offering local insights and discounts on things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend this safe and comfortable spot!

This facility is in very nice condition, except for a smell issue they were addressing in the hallway. It didn’t seem to affect the room. The location of the elevator is unique in that is on the outside wall at one end of the building and our room was on the other. Long walk for older people.

Very friendly staff, clean pool that was very nice, salt water pool was a plus. Breakfast was good and filling. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage,waffles etc. close to boardwalk

Check in was quick but when we got to room AC was out. Had to wait for it to get switched out. But after that was good. Our Clerk was very sweet and polite but he was doing it all by himself. So took a little longer. The elevators area was really hot. Luckily only 2 floors. Ice machine Down stairs was out and for a sold out hotel that’s not good and the yard out by pool was not maintained. He needs some help. But we will return.

Friendly helpful front desk man during check in. Gave get suggestions for dinner and activities. He also informed us of the amenities they offer. The saltwater pool was well maintained and a nice addition. They also have breakfast which we tried to sleep through but the housekeeping staff tried to clean at 9 thus disrupting our slumber. Oh well can’t be mad with the need to clean. Just make sure your guests check out first. Otherwise a great stay for the price.

This was a very comfortable stay. The room seemed very clean and in good condition. Breakfast included hot and cold choices. My only suggestion would be to skim the pool every once in a while. I had to dig a bunch of mulch out.

It's a small hotel, but the price was right!! They have plenty of parking, and they are close to everything! They have a wonderful free breakfast in the morning, and they have a saltwater pool.

The hotel smell like mold and mildew. I had a headache out of this world for whatever fumes that was there I couldn’t stay. I had to get up in and request a refund and leave because there’s no way I could’ve stayed at that hotel. It was horrible.

We have stayed at this Quality Inn several times on our way to Galveston to leave on a cruise. I was struck this time in particular with how extremely clean the facility was. The floors sparkled, food area was spotless and well-stocked, and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue staying at this Quality Inn. Great job, guys!

The side entry hallway stank like cigarettes & just smelled bad. The hotel is definitely older. The room was spacious & looked as clean as an old worn down hotel could be. The carpet just looks very old. I was expecting the hotel condition to be better for the price. Later that night I got up to use restroom & the biggest cockroach was next to the toilet. I had to beat it to death for fear it would get into our luggage. Got me paranoid all night so I had to make sure all of our luggage were closed tight. The next morning had to shake everything out to make sure no roaches. Thankfully we got there late so we didn’t have food with us otherwise I have no idea how bad the roach infestation would be.Thankfully we only stayed a night. I wouldn’t stay again cuz if the roaches, properly conditions, & price.

This hotel is very close to Kemah, so it was very convenient for dining and entertainment options. The hotel is older, and some of the decor reflects that. However, the outstanding part of the this hotel is the service. The friendliness of the check-in staff, upgrading us because their king rooms were sold out, the discounts they offered for entertainment and dining in Kemah, and the friendliness of the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were top notch. The room we stayed in was clean, roomy, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again for the value, service, and location.

Our King Suite was quite large. We asked to be not near an elevator or vending area as well as being placed on a top floor. All was accommodated. The room was quiet, dark, the A/C was cold, so we got a great night's sleep. Although we only stayed one night as we were traveling through, I would stay here again. We did partake in their free breakfast. The breakfast had several options, both cold and hot items. Bed was comfortable, but pillows are small; however, we always travel with our own pillows, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Property needs some updating but the staff (particularly David) were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average. It was pretty busy so seats were running out. You can hear the bumps and thumps of guests in the room above you. It was a safe area and convenient to Kemah. I would stay again.

Luv the hotel. Rooms are spacious. Clean. Staff is always great. Started some upgrades which is nice. Hotel is little older and elevator shows it but they seem clean furniture and rugs clean. Pool area is always best for us to hang out and enjoy with Grandbaby.

Don't let the 1,000+ reviews fool you—this place is old. The rooms are dark and gloomy, and all the electrical stuff is rusty and outdated. No vent fan in the bathroom, and the AC sounds like a freaking tractor. The staff was super nice, but the property’s a mess. No way I’m coming back

Everything about our stay equality inn was excellent. The room was very nice and we actually got upgraded to a suite. Could not find one thing to say negative about it and the staff was awesome! The manager even was walking around in the morning greeting everyone and helping wherever needed or wanted. Could not have been nicer.

Every amenity you could possibly ask for, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, coffee, pot with coffee, a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion, the beds were really comfortable, clean linens, clean towels that were changed out every day with the provided room service. Has a workout room, wonderful free breakfast options. The only thing it’s just an older hotel. Nothing fancy about it. It was worth every penny, the front desk was super awesome and we would most definitely stay there again for sure.

This hotel is very close to Kemah, so it was very convenient for dining and entertainment options. The hotel is older, and some of the decor reflects that. However, the outstanding part of the this hotel is the service. The friendliness of the check-in staff, upgrading us because their king rooms were sold out, the discounts they offered for entertainment and dining in Kemah, and the friendliness of the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were top notch. The room we stayed in was clean, roomy, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again for the value, service, and location.

The hallway in 2nd floor stink so bad. Its pretty disgusting smell. The breakfast area was tiny, there's not enough chairs and tables for everybody. The location was nice and safe, very close to Kemah. Our room was alright, beds are comfortable.

It’s an older hotel, but has been kept up fairly well. We were upgraded by the manager to a suite, which was a larger room on the 1st floor. The outdoor pool is nice, but it was too cold to use it. The only disappointment we had with this hotel is that we were there for 7 days and the breakfast never changed. The sausage patties were awful. They do have waffles.

This hotel was great and what made it great was the staff, breakfast, and the proximity to NASA, which was the purpose of our visit. First, the staff was great and super informative and very friendly. We have probably never stayed anywhere where the staff were as friendly and informative. Breakfast was also great, having eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles (2 flavors), fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee. I feel like there may have been additional options, but I don't recall them at the moment. Finally, NASA was a 5 - 10 minute drive from the hotel. When there, remember to check out Space Cow Ice Cream, where you get a 10% off discount for staying at this Quality Inn. I should note that there were other restaurants and such where staying at this Quality Inn would get you a discount, but we didn't get a chance to check out many of them given our short stay and other plans.
