Multiple facilities were under renovation, otherwise it was a good experience

First I must say that I was happy that we allowed to checkin in early. However, the first room that was given hadn’t been cleaned and looked like a party had happened the night before. Then the second room was ok just expected a little more due to it being a Ramada conference center. The pool and hot tub were not at all in service or filled correctly as the pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t have enough water. The sauna was broken down as well. When my guest went to the front for a towel, since none could be found in the swimming area, the attendant had been watching porn at the front desk. In which my guest saw the whole graphic nature of the phone as it was just left on pause. The price for their in house restaurant buffet was overpriced for what was available. Not too sure but I believe they do have long term guest as there was bags of trash outside certain rooms and linens on the front of other doors. But it was a room and it served its purpose.

Booked specifically to take my son swimming. Was not told that the pool was under maintenance until check in. Restaurant was no longer in business also. The continental breakfast was nothing more than some mini muffins, rice krispy treats and some slices of bread and bagels. The room was so loud I swear I could hear every single time another room flushed their toilet. On top of all of that, the only thing clean about the rooms was the fresh linen. Will not be back

The beds were very comfortable! The Tv worked great ! Hot tub not clean and jets were not working , pool was beautiful no chemicals or filtering ! The breakfast was not, coffee sucked . We made the best of it for the price front desk was friendly other person couldn’t speak English found a marijuana bile in bed drawer! Such a beautiful building dining is closed. Bar is closed. The Ritz is closed. This is not a Ramada Inn.

The indoor pool is not functioning.The restaurant is not open to the public, only available for functions. Our room had towel service for one person, a horrible odor, and there were blood droplets on the comforter and sheets. We were moved to a different room which had a door for an adjoining room that we couldn’t lock so we needed to get the manager to come lock it for us. This room only had one towel also and no coffee for the coffee maker. The smoke alarm went off during the night and then flashed a white light every 10 minutes all night long. In the morning when we brought our bags to the car, the exit door had been propped open to let anybody in from outside. The trash barrels outside the building were overflowing, and there was trash all over the ground. The inside is outdated and very rundown. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, with the big exception of pool and hot tub being closed for “maintenance” which was a big disappointment as it’s the reason I booked here.

I booked this hotel for the pool. When my kids and I found the pool, we were told by people who were swimming in it that it was closed. The hotel seemed like it was an abandoned building with few other guests and dark and dingy halls. The room itself was reasonable, but overall felt the room and all facilities seemed much better in the pictures than they were in reality.

I will never stay at another Ramada inn. So disappointed , dirty , smelled like chemicals, pool area was a joke. Peeling and rusty tub. YUCK!!!

Not only did I leave with what appeared to be bug bites but the aroma in the room was less than desirable. The door lock on the door was broken and replaced with a door stop. What was the red wire? It came out of the broken ceiling in the bathroom and down the hall, it ended in a whole different room. The man did change our room but the second room had stained sheets and curtains. The water ran cold in the middle of the shower. The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. The whole place should be closed.

This room at Ramada in Lewiston was disgusting. The sheets looked like someone urinated on them. The comforter had blood on it, the toilet was clogged. My wife and I spent the first hour and a half cleaning it, changing sheets and comforter. We used alcohol spray to clean everything. The wallpaper was peeling and bubbling, the rug was stained and sticky, yes the rug was sticky. The only bright part was one cleaning lady that made several trips to replace dirty linens, even she thought is was gross. The only reason we stayed was a power outage and our home was about 40 degrees. I will sleep in the closet next time rather than go to this place ever again.

Do not go there. Be aware that this is a scam. They lure you in but the reality is totally different. We arrived to the hotel which from the outside looked like it was abandoned. As we were crossing the entrance I was wondering if the next season of American Horror Story was going to be filmed there. Waiting for Norman Bates to give us the keys and show us the room we found the room's door with signs that was forced open (Door frame was crushed) We enter the room and the smell was horrible so me and my wife jumped into survival mode and started to check the entire room and found mold in the wall next to the window, the sheets were dirty and stained, we walked around and the swimming pool had this very strong smell like chlorine which was so strong that brought tears to my eyes and by the way there were like 10 small kids swimming without supervision. After we found all of this we decided to avoid getting murdered during the night and left the hotel and in our way out to the parking lot though the back yard we found some syringes next to the trash can that I hope were for some diabetic person. We went to a different place so our stay in this horrible place place only lasted about 10 minutes. We contacted Expedia who basically tildes that we were on our own and we were not going to get a refund. so we lost the Money as well. Expedia should have shown more support to us but instead they decided to be on the hotel side. In conclusion. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO GO THERE.

Felt very uncomfortable about from how many signs say “ keep track of your stuff” “ management is not responsible for your belongings”. That many signs made the whole experience sketchy and the fact that there was hair all over our shower/Tub, the dressers and night stands had food smudges and other peoples grease stains, plus blood on the curtains and a big yellow stain on the comforter.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I have never been so disgusted with a place. Dirty towels in closet, Cheeto by the bed condom wrapper behind night stand. And raisins and trail mix squashed under the chair cushion. We left after we realized how dirty the room was.

Floors were filthy. More hair in the bathtub than on the floor. I didn't even sleep in the bed. Slept on top and did a good check for bedbugs??? I chose the pay later option and was unable to pay at the property due to absolute lack of training of desk personnel. Now I'm trying to figure out how Expedia can help me pay - I'm not a deadbeat but I am completely dissatisfied...

Dirty, molded, pool dirty with rocks in it. No towels, zero soap or shampoo in the room. Asked twice for pool towels and room towels. Never received it. Tub water was coming out a yellow/orange color. Hole in the wall, stained carpets. Molded in light fixture bathroom. Everything deteriorated. Parking lot had black ice, no salt/sand.

This was a terrible unclean hotel. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold. The paint was chipping everywhere. It had a musty smell throughout. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room.

The parking lot was dark, to get to our room we had to park in the back with limited lighting. When we got to our room, it wasn't vacuumed, bed was dirty- hair on pillows and crumbs, bathroom had mold and what looked like poop on the door and dirty TP in door jam, sink was backed up with mirky water, all amenities were out of order or broken. When we asked to speak to someone about it they gave us a number that was not in service. The number online was also not in service.

The check in process was very easy but the front desk employee was very rude. When we went to inform him that our tv was not working, he stated he could cancel our reservation or we could contact housekeeping the next day and maybe they will get around to it in a few days; which wasn’t feasible with 2 children under 3. Unfortunately due to circumstances, we were unable to find another place to stay at. There were no pillow cases on our pillows, burn holes in our beds in smoke free rooms, dirt on the walls in the bathroom and on our last day we had NO hot water. The good part of the hotel was that the pool was nice!

Upon entering the lobby I found very dated decor & minimalist furniture. First thing I noticed was the gentleman at the front desk didn't look like hotel staff. He was wearing a camo shirt and a white ball cap with no name tag. When I stepped up to the desk I noticed two signs that made me worry. The first was a sign warning guests that the "showers are tricky", followed by a serious of steps one should take to get them working right. The second was a list of "Management's Rules", of which there were three. The first two were reasonable: 1.No parties 2. No overnight guests. The third, however read: 3. Mangers can enter your room at any time if they suspect suspicious activity. No further explanation of what constituted "suspicious activity", & no names or phone # for whoever "management" is. The room itself was clean and organized, albeit a faint odor of a very herby incense that I experienced at random other parts of the hotel, too. The toilet, however, was laughably small and just a little challenging to comfortably use. There was also no soap in the shower or on the sink. The TV & remote were very tricky to work. The remote buttons were unresponsive half the time and I couldn't get the channel guide to pop up. I eventually called the front desk for a new remote, but the one they brought me roughly 2 hours later didn't work at all. I was eventually able to make do with the original. Overall, not my worst hotel stay, but I likely won't return.

The king size bed was comfortable. The bedding on the bed was clean. Other than that it was outdated, carpet needs to be replaced because it had wrinkle up spots in it, they didn’t clean the room, never changed out the dirty towels because my husband had to go ask for clean towels for our shower the next morning, and whatever that awful strong air freshener smell is in the room gave me a bad headache being in the room, and mildew on the caulking of the tub. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Despite having a non-smoking room, the room wreaked of tobacco. Permeated throughout the room.

Nothing was unique, the room and property are extremely outdated. A quarter size bar of soap was provided for bathing, a 2 oz shampoo bottle was provided, the bathroom definitely looks like it had water damage, and the stucko on the ceiling was also concerning

When i arrived the hotel smelled musty and was dirty. No elevator and when i got to one of the rooms i booked a 2x4 or peice of wood was hanging from the wall where it looked like they tried to put the curtain back up. Room smelled too and doery on floor. I went to 2nd rolm also smelled, not xlean and looked like dead bug when i picked up matress to look as i alwahs do before staying anywhere. I immediately bookes a different hotel, went downstairs to say i wasnt staying and no ome ar desk. Mind you, i waited anout 10 mins when i first arrived as well. Person at desk looked like he didnt care like he should be on break or something. Needless to say no one at deak i tried calling 3 times still no answer. I disnt want to leave keys so anyone could take so when the other guests arrived from a 14 hr drice they brought them over id say hr and half later. Asked for refund as we clewrly didnt stay in rooms. They said i need to ask hotels.com. i know they have to contact property which they did and perspn had audacity to say it was after the 20 mins and wouldnt relaase refund. It was one of the worst grimy hotels ive seen and horrible service. I still havnt been refunded.

When we arrived at the property we entered to find no employees at the front desk. Rang the bell to no answer. Tried calling the hotel room and received no answer. Waited at front desk for a total of forty minutes before an employee arrived. Upon entering room we discovered the first light switches working intermittently. Multiple holes the size of a penny in the walls. A floor with multiple burns and stains across the carpet. The shower head was broken and dangling straight down. Multiple stains on the walls. Dried blood in one corner of bathroom. Cobwebs across walls and ceiling. Completely disappointing and disgusting. Would never stay there again.

The staff were great, but, the room and beds were dirty. We pulled back the covers to find hair and crumbs in one of the two beds. There was one washcloth for 4 people. The sauna was locked up the hot tub was broken etc. there was a drunk man in the restaurant cat calling my daughters. I believe he was over-served. I paid 170 for two double beds only to find it cheaper at the hotel.

The front desk person was immediately rude and unpleasant. I gave my name and he just snapped, "I don't have any first floor rooms". I hadn't asked for a first floor room so I didn't understand why he was telling me that. He gave us a room, 208, and said it's up the stairs. I said, "Oh, there's no elevator" and he said, "no", which must be why he barked that there were no first floor rooms available. I asked him if my friend who was checking in later could be near us. He sighed and asked her name. Then he just said- "No". And that was that. No explanation- just, no. There was a sign on the front desk that the pool was closed for maintenance. So, if we had wanted to use the pool, it was unavailable. We went up to our room and as soon as we opened the door, we smelled old smoke and mildew.There was urine on the toilet seat and something else like dirt on the lid. there is something that looks like pubic hair mixed with our cat's throw-up on the shower curtain. There were stains on the carpet by the sink. The towel holder on the cabinet under the sink was broken and jagged. When I got into bed, I noticed that some kind of liquid spilled down the side of the night table. The description of the hotel said that each room has complimentary coffee. Lie. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. They also had coffee accoutrements in the lobby, but no actual coffee in them. There's a "charging station" area in the lobby, but no outlets. My nightstand lamp had a broken mercury bulb

The good stuff were the bed and mattress were clean and comfortable, toiletries were available in the room. The bad stuff had to do with staffing issues. Around 11pm, one of the staff members entered our room with a master card. When this was presented to the front desk, all we received was “internet was down” and the staff seemed to show no concern about our safety. I had an additional $100 security charge that was charged when I checked in. This is not mentioned in their add on your site. I was told it would be refunded in 2-3 business days, so I am watching my statement. Asked about an ice machine and the staff had no idea what we were asking about. There was no check out invoice provided due to “internet being down”. I was never offered to have an invoice mailed or even emailed to me. There was no continental breakfast served. All that provided for gusts was toast and coffee, I believe, and it was never offered to us at checkout or mentioned at check in, even though it is advertised on your site.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! The pictures are misleading. This is a dated, run-down, dirty and disgusting hotel. The man at the reception desk was rude, uncooperative and unconcerned for guest safety and comfort. I will NEVER again book online with any service because of the misleading information posted here. Now I have to file a dispute to get my money back because the front desk REFUSED to check me out when I was at the hotel less than an hour. And the fire alarm went off while I was there and NO explanation given as to why. Fire Department came and left as if they're there all the time.

I booked this hotel for my aunt and uncle who are traveling to visit relatives. When they arrived the front desk staff were very disrespectful and rude to my aunt. My aunt said to the front desk clerk that in the notes her nephew said that they were going to bring their dog but they decided to leave that back at home with her sister so they did not have the dog. The clerk responded "that's fine but if I find out that you have a dog in your room I will charge you double." The hotel restaurant was closed because apparently they didn't have a bartender and continue to be closed and did not offer or serve breakfast the next morning. Carpets in the room were damp and wet in spots. The hotel lacked cleanliness and much of it was outdated and need of repair. My aunt and uncle said the hotel was very noisy not only from the outside but people on the inside as well you could hear from room to room. When my aunt asked the front desk person about Wyndham reward points they said they don't participate in that program. This is the first vacation that my an uncle had been on in a very long time and they said they would never stay at that hotel ever again.

To start checkin area unattended had to wait. Rooms very outdated. Paid more for executive suite and it seemed like a regular room. Went to take a shower next morning shower would not turn on. When we informed front desk on check out the staff person was very argumentative. We asked him to show us how it worked and after pulling on the knob forcefully he got it on but very rude. Not acceptable behavior for how a customer should be treated.

Cancelled my reservation without any communication, only told me when I got there at 8 PM. They did not help me find a new hotel and I ended up stranded, as due to the holiday weekend everything was booked by the late hour. I was able to stay with a family friend- over 2 hours away. Massively messed up my travel plans as I needed to be in the area the next morning. Late night, early morning, and over 4 hours of driving. Worst hotel experience I have ever had, and worst customer service in any sector. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never be doing business with the Ramada again.

It wasn’t bad until we got there and found out that it was condemned by the local government. If we had known that prior to booking we would have chosen a different hotel. When we booked it said the restaurant was open and it’s closed for repairs and the fire alarm was not working either. We really didn’t have a choice to go anywhere else at the time. Other than that it was ok great location for what we were doing but next time we’ll check everything out a little more. I can say that this is the first time this has happened to us. I definitely will be booking another stay in the next few weeks.

Location easy access of 95. Pool and hot tub room Was clean lobby and back access door areas need upgrade.

Didn’t like walking up to the main entrance and see condemned signs.

Tired hotel, located in a sketchy part of town not close to restaurants. Found another guest's clothes left behind in a drawer that could have been there for quite some time

Each of the two nights were very loud. We were woken up around 10pm to yelling, banging doors, little kids crying and screaming and what sounded like parents yelling at the children. This continued till well after midnight.

The outside looks like the place is about to collapse. Weeds everywhere. It’s difficult to locate. There isn’t anything available to eat or drink onsite. Don't believe the website, there is no breakfast, no kitchen and no bar. The bright side is that they were kind enough to refund my payment. And the staff were friendly.

It was difficult to get room cleaned and clean towels. However, the restaurant food was very very good and the cost was on the low side. The staff was friendly but the building is dated.

Breakfeast was horrible. Nothing covered. Nobody around to help. A $ 100 deposit. What was that about?

Do not rely on breakfast, it was out of coffee cups, milk or half-and-half, butter. There were bread, donats, tea.

The best part was the service of the staff at the Fusion restaurant. The food was good and affordable. The room was smaller than it led us to believe, half the stuff didn’t work, the window leaked and got some of our stuff wet, the steps into the pool are unreasonably spaced so it is hard for getting in and out of the pool and the HOT tub was luke warm at best. Plus the key cards had to be reset like 3 times because they would stop working.

The property didn't seem well-run. The desk clerk told me the restaurant was closed because "the bartender called out" which I thought was strange. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
