Room was in great condition. Pool and gym were great also. No issues except for some vomit in one of the elevators. I told the front door host about it and they sent someone to clean it up but they did a pretty mediocre job. But I get it - I wouldn’t want to clean that up either. Also - we had an 11 am checkout - but the cleaner showed up at 10:15 and basically just waited outside our door - even though I told her we would be another 30 min or so.

First and foremost, the staff here is exceptional. I arrived early and they nicely accommodated me. Then the next day, I requested a room change due to loud neighbors and again they cheerfully accommodated. While I was talking to the (also very nice and helpful!) breakfast staff, they mentioned that the owners/managers are wonderful, treat the employees well, and they had been working there for years. Everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. There is a covered parking garage across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here whenever I am in town.

The carpets on the elevator floors were in very poor shape. Some of the hotel "wood" furniture was a bit sticky. Overall though it was a very enjoyable experience. The lobby was very nicely laid out and comfortable which was a very big plus.

We love this hotel despite the deterioration of its condition over the past few years. Staff are wonderful. Renovation and deep cleaning probably in order soon. Rooms, sheets, linens always clean, it’s just overall common areas that are wearing out

The room was not terribly clean. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I was already wet so couldn't remedy this... It seemed like the room needed a good vacuuming and dusting. Air conditioner was super loud. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite nice and appreciated. Free coffee in the lobby was also a nice touch. Fitness room and pool also a bonus.

I judge hotel rooms partly by how dark they get. Our room failed this test. There clearly had been automatic windows shades but they were all missing and had been replaced with pull down blinds that were too narrow, had rips in them, and didn't block all that much light. Other than that the room was spacious and clean. The facilaties were otherwise fine, except the pool which was so dirty we went back upstairs rather than risk it. We didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked fine. The staff seemed helpful and parking though initially confusing was plentiful. If you are in the area and have time, try the nearby Maine Mill Museum.

Comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, and the people were friendly and just great. I came in pretty late at night and the staff knew who I was and treated me well. The only downside to this visit was that my room was near the end of a hall and didn't have internet - maybe just too far from the source (able to connect, but no internet). Since I was working part of the day, I had to switch up some of the things I planned to do; unfortunately, this is the kind of thing that would make me think twice about staying if I was tacking on a work day to the visit. I don't think this was an issue throughout the whole property, but it didn't work in my room.

Our stay was great we were in walking distance to baxter brewery and we had a great view of the waterfall from our room. The breakfast was awesome along with the staff would highly recommend !

Hilight was the hotel staff from the front desk, to the maids and breakfast servers they all get an A+. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms facing the street a little noisy and had to move rooms to parking lot side. Downside was cost. Expensive for what it is but little option elsewhere.

We requested an early check-in on any of our 3 reserved room for us to be able to change, tidy up & deposit our luggages as we have a wedding to attend to at 3:00pm. The hotel’s check in time is at 3pm & it’s a 35 minute drive to the wedding venue. We were never accommodated. Plus other convenience fee were added to our check-in cost. We ended up checking in late at 10:30pm because the wedding reception was late. We called the property earlier to inform them of our intention as they did not approve of our request.

Staff was amazing. the young lady, Estella, checking us in was so friendly, and had great ideas on things to do with our children in the area, really made us feel comfortable. Maintenance gentleman had a great sense of humor, always busy but joked with us every time we saw him. house keeping was kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely go again.

The property has the best view of The Falls by the historic Lewiston Mills. There is a sense of something great is happening here. The Fish Bone restaurant across the way in the renovated mill end was superb,! The whole vacation right there was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Thanks Hampton Inn Lewiston!!!

Loved the hotel and the staff, all the amenities were great, but the location was a bit rough. Homeless sleeping all around this place and hanging about the parking lots, with garbage and items just scattered everywhere. There is a beautiful military memorial across the street though with nice views of the river and falls and various army vehicles on display and plaques ect…
