Nice place, in a very convenient location to the city, except it is directly on the flight path for planes landing at Adelaide airport! Planes fly low and roar overhead continually - you can read the undersides of the planes - which is very audible in the rooms. The motel even provides free earplugs!! It is very close to many O'Connell Street restaurants, but parking is limited and tight.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very quaint atmosphere and nice clean and comfortable room. I loved the vending machine offering frozen meals from local restaurants, a bonus when you don’t want to leave the property. Parking was a little tight, otherwise a wonderful little gem of a place to stay.

It says free parking, however parking space is not big enough to accommodate all the guests. We have to park along the street as inside parking gets full every single day. It’s a first in best dressed.

Stayed in the spa bath room. Beautiful modern finish. Tv in the bathroom. Dimmable lights throughout the room. It does get a bit noisey due to it being on the landing flight path for the airport but thats nothing against the property itself. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was great the only negative is the car parking debacle. There are more units than car parking spaces and the surrounding streets are residents permit parking only, so if you go out in the evening in your vehicle there is a high chance there will be no car parking spaces left and you have to park a block away.

I love how clean the rooms and bathroom are. The size of the towel is excellent, a nice big bath sheet, and the water pressure in the shower is also very good. The overall convenience of the location is great for work travel, with dining nearby and easy parking. Speaking of work, it has good wifi and a great desk working area.

We are regular visitors to NABS.It is convenient and well appointed. It is quiet. However, I am disappointed that when we stay for several days that the room is not well cleaned, just restocked. As we pay the same money for each day, I believe that it should be fully serviced.

We have stayed at this property before and have chosen to return because it is immaculately clean, beautifully landscaped, and the rooms have everything we need including very comfy beds. There is even a vending machine for meals, etc if we don’t want to eat at the wide range of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There are not quite enough secure car spaces for every room, but we have only had to park on the road once. We regard Boutique Stays as one of Adelaide’s hidden gems.

Accomodation was very clean, modern, comfortable bed and property was exceptionally and neatly presented in a quiet and beautifully maintaned residential street. Parking is limited inside the grounds of the property and is a tighter squeeze but overflow parking is available on the street between 6pm and 8am. Studio room equipped with microwave, small kettle, coffee machine, (no toaster), sink, bar fridge, small ironing board, iron and minimal cutlery and crockery (2 of each) Blockout black blinds were lovely. Air conditioner worked perfectly on a 36* day. Highly recommended. Easy after hours check~in process.

We have stayed here before and found the location to be excellent for our needs, my only criticism is the shower cubicle is very very small, I've never had a shower before in such a small space, I was also a bit concerned that there was no safe to put our valuables in, The room was very neat and tidy and only a short stroll to the restaurant strip.

Extremely comfortable and modern suite. We stayed in the 2brm executive suite. 2 Queen beds which were so comfy. Full amenities in this room and a large balcony with BBQ. Check in was super fast and Lucy was amazing. Highly recommend staying here as its in a quiet street off the main street but close to everything.

Rooms are comfortable with a good bed and pillows. Good coffee machine and easy kitchen space. What i didn't like was the shower rose height being over 6ft high, impossible to adjust as kept twisting up. Also located on flight path with planes coming in from 6am to 11pm extremely noisy

Stayed in a 1 bed studio apartment for work. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The room i was in had adjoining doors (locked) to the adjacent rooms and i could hear everything going on in my neighbors room. Could hear the TV clearly, coughing, moving around, talking on the phone. Was much noisier than i am used to staying in other hotels/motels and meant that i was very conscious of how much noise i made. Unfortunately because of this i dont think i would choose this accom again which is a shame as everything else about it was great.

Don’t get caught out by the short opening hours to pick up your key - reception closes at 5pm and there is no after hours number. I was unable to get there and so had to find last minute accommodation at another place, which was very frustrating end to a long day

This property is the ideal place to stay for a trip to Adelaide if you don't want to be situated in the heart of the City. Located in a quiet tree lined street, the property is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Adelaide Oval, and with public transport at the end of the street it is easy to get around and there are plenty of eating options in nearby OÇonnell St. i would stay here again without hesitation.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Vending machine with frozen food was a great idea. The only complaints are that the room had a bit of a smell, could do with airing out, and the planes flying overhead are quite noisy, especially early in the morning (but that is not the fault of management of course).
