Staff was more interested in talking and their phones then customers. This was observed more then once Went to bar was told bottles on display were for show that’s not what they really have, they then opened a cabinet and we had to choice from that. They gave about a 1/2 shot per drink and we “said we pd got a shot not a 1/2” Breakfast was really good

Our king bed room with pull out bed couch was perfect for two adults and a child. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. The bathroom was small, with the sink separate from the shower. Their outdoor pool is on the back of the hotel property, which backs up to a tree line, so it was quiet and private. The free breakfast was standard for hotels, with scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and various breads and cereals. No complaints.

From the moment we walked into the lobby we appreciated how wonderfully fragrant it was! The room was clean. It was nice that there’s a bar on property but there wasn’t really bartender it seemed the receptionist doubled as one so keep the drink orders simple. The parking was really nice and convenient and the little gym space has enough to get a workout in. The one thing we probably didn’t enjoy as much was that there is only one laundry room, which is located on the third floor and it only had ONE WASHER and ONE DRYER. Other than that we had a pleasant experience.

The staff was great. Very nice, professional, and helpful. I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of optional dining. Family friendly. I disliked that coming into our room we were greeted with 2 huge water bugs/cockroaches. One that even climbed in bed with me and even after being told they would look into moving us no one ever vaccumed the room during the stay because the bug we caught and killed was there the entire trip. Mold in the Orange juice. Dishes were dirty. Peanuts and trash left under the couch in our room. Elevator does not work properly you can easily get stuck. Also, they advertise a bar and food but they don’t always have some one of age to serve the alcohol and they don’t serve food other then complimentary breakfast and the snacks in the front.

Elevator was slow and sounded like a major squeaky wheel. Scared my wife. Ice machine didn’t work on five or four. Check in took forever due to couple checking in before me(not hotels fault). Breakfast needed to be refreshed with fresher food. Needed a place to dispose of used insulin needle. Air worked great.

The Property was dilapidated outside. We arrived in town early in the day and drove by the property (too early to check in). We called to cancel our reservation based on condition and location. They could not cancel until we received approval from Hotels.com. We were forced to stay there since we had prepaid. We arrived at approx. 1 a.m. (called to share the late arrival). The desk clerk was rude. Our room was filthy and had severe water damage above the beds, huge paint hanging down. My wife is very allergic to molds so we asked for another room. The rude desk clear made zero apology and replied, "you can come and get your keys". The second room was not much better. By this time, it was about 2 a.m. The smoke alarm then started to chirp loudly about every 35 seconds until approx. 4:40-5 a.m. when the batter finally died. They refused to provide a refund, hotels.com said they were "unable to help" (more like unwilling). We refused to stay any longer and left on the 3rd versus the 5th, taking our chances that between Hyatt and H.com that a refund would be given. This was the most terrible experience we have had in traveling for over 35 years. Beware when making reservations with Hotels.com that they will NOT represent you when there is a challenge, even when THEY take your full payment. The hotel will blame it on Hotels.com and vice a versa. Terrible customer service. Shame on both parties (H .com and Hyatt)

As a mother who experienced a mental breakdown on New Year’s Eve, I sought a quick getaway to clear my mind, rejuvenate myself, and regain a sense of tranquility. The front desk representative was friendly and efficient. The hotel lobby and entrance exuded a refreshing and clean ambiance, featuring an open space with multiple seating areas, a TV, and a shop selling bottled drinks and cupcakes. They also provided curlers, toothpaste, and other necessities that guests could borrow, purchase, or even get for free. The room was spotless and spacious, and I particularly appreciated the swivel mount on the TV. However, I did have a minor complaint about the shower, which was not as clean as I had hoped, as there was hair in it.

This hotel met our expectations albeit for one thing. We dropped a pin under the sofa and it was disgusting under it. The room was perfect for celebrating our grandsons graduation from Fort Moore with the separate seating area, desk, bar sink, etc.

The staff was friendly. The room was not properly cleaned and had a musty moldy smell. I asked the cleaning crew to clean the room and was surprised at the level of cleaning. The floor is mopped with a swiffer mop and the linen isn’t pulled daily. I specifically requested that my room receive a detailed cleaning to disinfect.

The propery is near the airport so I understand the noise from the planes. I had been giving a room and noticed that the toilet was constantly running around 5am. I had tried to see if the toilet needed resetting inside but the inside was disgusting so I put up with the toilet noise. After leaving for my work day, I came back to see that the issue stopped. Not sure what caused the problem in the first place. Otherwise place is fine.

My wife and I were there for a funeral for three days, and they didn't clean our room up one day. Also the wifi was down thru out our stay. The breakfast was not too good. Lastly, You made it sound like it was a restaurant on the premises and it wasn't. Good thing it was restaurants nearby.

Room itself was clean, but the heater would not turn off, or switch to cool air, and had my room like a sauna the entire night. Extremely infuriating as I got no sleep because I was sweating the whole night and had to cut my stay short.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 5 of us. When we checked in, they only had a room with a king bed and a twin sofa bed. The twin sofa ended up not being a bed so they brought us 2 rollaway beds that were more like kinder mats on wheels. There were food crumbs in them and they didn’t lay flat. We tried to call the front desk to get sheets for the rollaways but the phone didn’t work so my husband had to walk downstairs. There weren’t outlets next to the bed so we had to unplug the lamp to plug in my husband’s cpap. The breakfast was just ok. The strawberries and butter were frozen solid, the plates were dirty, and the coffee weak. The hotel itself was nice and the room was big but for almost $200 we should have gotten the room we booked including appropriate bedding for 5 people. We asked for a discount but we were told the person to address that wouldn’t be in until the next day. A little more initiative from the front desk staff would have been nice.

When I checked in, the initial clerk (Desmond) was non-verbal, non-welcoming and seemed bothered I was taking up his time; he was just plain rude and shouldn’t be at the front desk at all. I was relieved when another front desk clerk relieved him and took over…this clerk was welcoming and polite.

The majority of staff never greeted or acknowledged me when entering or exiting. Most of staff are not friendly with exception of 1 and I believe she was the manager. What I am mostly upset about is I informed the rep and manager around 1pm and 2pm on 1/15 that the toilet was not functioning, they said they would get someone to service it while I was out. I returned 5 hrs later and it was never serviced. Very poor customer service and leadership.

Everything was good it just smelled like something was dead around the pool. The night stay was good. No interruptions. Although, when we tried to check out they told us that we had a smoking bill of 250. They basically accused us of smoking in the room. It could’ve been anything but she was adamant on accusing us of smoking. I don’t know why but you don’t just accuse guests of smoking in a room just because you can.

It took half an hour sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to call back the front desk from wherever he was off site to tell the person how to unlock the screen to accept a 15 dollar depost. Very unusual for a Hilton but it happened none the less.

Clean property and everyone was very nice, very helpful. Shops within driving distance as well as restaurants within walking. Very safe area. The breakfest left a little to be desired but there’s an IHOP within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if needed.
