From the time I walked in it was a get what you pay for moment. Do to an event it was the only thing available. It felt like we were staying in a half way house. We had to go buy bedding and new towels to use. It did not feel clean enough to use theirs . There is no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days . The lady at the desk was not nice during the mornings. There is a small kitchenette with no dishes utensils or cookware at all. We definitely did not leave any valuables in the room when we were not there. The only grab and go breakfast was coffee and a breakfast bar. No pool no place at all outside your room to sit . Just hoping I did not bring home bed bugs . Will never stay here again even if only option! I will stay a distance and drive next time.

I didn’t realize that extended stays are different than other hotels. They don’t provide an ice machine or blow dryers and the breakfast they provide is very, very limited. The outside of the building needed repair and the carpet inside seemed dirty. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

There was only one safe exit for handicap people and even that was not kept up with salt when it was slick outside. The burners in the room didn't work properly. I highly doubt that we would stay there again, especially for any length of time.

You can definitely tell they added a fresh coat of paint to walls, and tried to make updates. Its not a bad spot for the cost, i mean i won't lie, i thought for i paid i was going find a ran down completely outdated hotel with possible bed bugs! But to my surprise, checking has be digitalis, room was clean (although after a hot shower n the steam gets out into the room it brings out the smells of whatever the previous long stay guest cooked in the room), and the bed was comfortable! I did try to check in twice and there was no clerk, also upon checking out there was no one there as well. But overall for the price, and lack of a pool/hot tub and good breakfast, it was a good stay and when my funds are low again i would definitely stay here.

The elevator smelled like weed and the rooms need an update, dressers and tables were chipping and paint. Overall, though, it wasn’t a bad stay and was affordable.

The hotel is in serious need of repairs. Our room had a light bulb missing and broken phone. There was no repair man available to fix it, so they offered to switch our room. We didn't, simply because we didn't have any need for the hotel phone, other than to call the front desk. There is also a lingering musty smell throughout the entire building. I have no idea what the source is. It was doable for a 2 night stay, but if we had been gone any more than that, we would have switched hotels.

Didn’t see the “Grab & Go” bagged breakfast, but desk staff said it was a pastry, granola bar & coffee. Adequate accommodations for a budget motel…good reminder that ‘you get what you pay for’. Met our needs for a cheap one-night stay.

They switched my fridge for a working one which I appreciated. The room was clean. The shower was hot and plentiful. The A/C unit worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant. This is a great value for the money.

Everything smelled. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet running. Only nice thing was the laminate flooring throughout the entire room made me less worried about unclean carpet.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and parking is free. The room is comfortable for two people and has a very nice kitchenette with clean counters and clean inside of the refrigerator. The Grab and Go Breakfast had coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars and was freshly stocked each morning and the area was clean. There was a nice laundry area should you need one. They take cleaning seriously.

Kathleen, at the desk, was amazing from the very beginning! I wish she there when we left! She kept us informed and gave us great food tips. The hotel is a little dated but clean. Our room had an odor but was bearable. Everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was quite limited but they let you know that upfront. Coffee was good!

The room is clean and very comfortable. They didn’t stock the kitchen with eating utensils and I had to call the front desk to have them delivered. The receptionist didn’t seem to keen on doing that. I am a disabled man and I’m sorry but I cannot run up and down hallways to get what I need.

The room was really dirty. Paper thin walls, no hot water. Curtains didn’t close all the way and very bright in the room at night.I had to be at Mayo for an illness im dealing with and got no sleep. I will not stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times. This room, carpet had obvious spill stains on carpet and fridge kept making loud noises at 2 am. I was in no mood to change rooms at 2 am so just dealt with it till I checked out. Ok for the price

The staff are incredibly polite and kind so I give 2 thumbs up for that. It was a good price and the booking and check in were seamless and non stressful. However my worst issue was that several people ran TVs all night or music very late and I was unable to sleep, which I really needed. If the room had been quieter, my review would be much better.

I arrived before midnight and found that they gave my room to someone else but he was still in the lobby. And they did gave me my room back. The hotel is smelly and the pillows are not comfortable. I don't recommend it to anyone.

At 3 in the morning a woman with a key card to our room attempted to open the door and called out "Housekeeping". The bolt and clip were on so she was unable to come in. Reported to management in morning and was told "sorry, we'll look into it".
