Old and dirty hallways , no elevator

Not enough parking

Spent two nights at this hotel. Room was fair, bathroom fair, what was called a breakfast was a bread feast. I stayed at another Microtel in Bellevue NE which had a great breakfast. Staff was OK. Person who checked me in was friendly. Condition of the hotel was old. Smoking is allowed just outside the doors and I was smelling smoke quite a bit at night which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if there are "permanent residents" here but there was one "gentleman" that was sitting out by the door near my room smoking for extended periods of time. One bright light was the Mediterranean restaurant next to the McDonalds which was great. Room for a lot of improvement at this place.

No Elevator. Rooms in second floor. All luggage had to take up stairs.

This place is one step below average. Funny smell in the lobby. Laundry is in the hallway. Housekeeping is VERY loud in the morning. Part of the lock mechanism was missing. Neighbourhood feels a bit unsafe. Bathroom door handle was held on with an elastic band. Convenient for the basketball game nearby, but I think for similar money, we could have upgraded pretty easily. The beds were fine, the room seemed clean, just the whole place is a bit odd and needs a serious overhaul.

Very dirty bed, floor, walls, bathroom.

First of all the main door was dirty. Looked like stickers were pulled off but never bothered to Clean the doors. Room was very dark and dingy, the toilet seat was way smaller than the toilet, very little water pressure in the shower, mold in the corner of the bathroom and the bathroom door was broken and would not close. I took photos of these items. Also the bathroom floor and the rugs were dirty

House keeping very rude. Room wasn't very clean. None of the outlets worked. Told the man at the front desk and he just said sorry and refused any additional help or to move our room.

Found 3 bugs, in a period of 10 minutes on the wall and on the bed. Since I couldn’t cancel, I left. Had to get another hotel for the night. Can’t deal with cockroaches

Rough looking hotel! Room “appeared” to be clean (although, worn out looking) and, worst of all, I brought home BED BUGS!!

It’s very clean and the bedroom is comfortable

This stay was great for the price. The location feels safe, check-in was easy, the beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. That checks all the important boxes for me. I think that small updates and care could make this place feel nicer.

The staff was great, but the rooms smelled bad. I guess for the price I can’t ask much, still you don’t expect your room to smell, also the room where my family stayed had the carpets kind of wet, and it smelled like cigarettes.

Tiny room. Just not comfortable in minor ways. Concrete walls. Shower has no power - couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair. Fitted sheets were too small and kept flipping off the corner of the bed. And the most irritating- the room had those awful toilet paper holders that only let you get one square at a time. Like I said, little annoyances but they add up to a bad stay.

The beds were comfortable.

The doors were very loud in our end of the hallway, the room phone did not work, we had to ask for more towels, bathtub drain stopper was broken. The room seemed clean and looked good.

Beds where amazing

It wasn't horrible. Apparently hotels don't do roll in beds anymore, I wanted to pay for one. Fixtures replaced recently and don't fit and match the ancient laminate counters. The ridiculous led lights in the recessed lighting, good lord.

The room that is shown in the Orbitz ad, is not the rooms you get. These rooms are upstairs and have not been updated. Bed and tv were nice, but the bathroom and carpet were not. You get what you pay for!

Bed was comfy. Our room was 2 doirs down from ice machine. It was very loud. We will stay here again but ask to be further down the hall.

The room was too small, too old, too noisy, too bright. Overall not good at all. Certainly not the price I paid: half the price would match the condition of the room. I will never book a room in that hotel again.

The room was listed it would sleep 5 people. It had 2 queen beds and then a sitting bench above the AC unit by the window. There were no extra pillows or sheets to use that as a bed. #2 it was only a dense pad, not comfortable. #3 All you hear and feel is the buzzing of the AC unit running. Nice room for 4 people, but not 5.

Walls are thin. I could hear the next room's TV quite clearly, especially @ 2:30 AM. First night there was a group of young people roaming the halls, screaming, slamming doors most of the night . Did not hear any staff trying to alleviate the problem. Phone in the room did not work. Breakfast was decent, but no meat. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent staff and service!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Very pleasant to speak with and check in was quick and easy.

Guys at the front desk were always there to help us, definitely need more hotels with staff like this.

I will not stay here again and I question whether I will even use Hotels.com again after this stay. I use the site and stay in Wyndham Hotels most times and never once has a deposit been sprung at the property and when I contact Hotels.com to ask whether it says this on the listing for reservation, I am told that I am supposed to go to some secondary policies page where all this information lives. If I have never once encountered this issue, why would I go search an entire website for surprises in other areas. My wife had an emergency that forced her to stay here, I had to book/pay for the room on a card from a different city then surprise, $50 deposit CASH when she gets there. Not that there's a deposit but that it must be cash and all your representative has to say is, "well, at least they are only charging $50 and not the $200 it could be." I am sorry but, go screw yourself. That is your version of customer service, be happy, it could be worse. Pathetic.

Upon check-in, we noticed that we only had 1 bath towel for our room of 5 occupants. We also noticed that the “blankets” on the beds consisted of only 2 top sheets and a very thin blanket. I asked the employee at the front desk for 4 more towels, enough for all of us, as well as a couple of extra blankets for the beds. After multiple attempts, including being told by the employee to come back later since the manager could not be reached, I was never given enough towels for my rooms occupants. I was never given any extra blankets, only a single top sheet. I was told multiple times that I already had enough towels in my room, even though I checked the entire room thoroughly a couple of times. I also asked about a roll away bed for one of my children, and was refused. I felt insulted and demeaned. I was courteous the entire time and was only asking for what my family needed for a descent stay. We shared each others wet towels, went to sleep and checked out the next morning, cutting our stay short and forfeited money at this property in order to enjoy warm and courteous customer service at a different property in town. Other Microtels may be fine, but I would never recommend this property due to their mismanagement and lack of courtesy and respect for their clients.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean. We booked online and requested a ground floor room and got it. Sometimes that doesn't happen. Will book again when we need to be in that area.

No clerk at registration desk to check out and no visible device to summon someone.

The motel is okey for a short stay in Dayton. Room spacious and clean and all amenities worked. Staff friendly. Location not far from USAF museum. Breakfast very basic and bad smell on the staircase.

Close to the highway and the air force museum

I expected at least a safe environment for the amount they wanted to charge. We pulled into the parking lot and turned around and left. Sadly I didnt do my research to figure out what type of establishment this was. My advice is to look elsewhere for a place without drug deals going on in the parking lot.

Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. close to a dollar store & 24 hours gas station. Free breakfast included at the inn till 9 a.m. cable TV, hot shower, and a clean room. that’s what I liked about my stay.

Nice spot close to UD campus

It’s not fancy, but was a clean, safe, quiet place to spend the night. Good value.

Good for a one night stay. Close to air museum. Fast food close by. Stray too far and the neighborhood gets tough.

The room was comfortable but could be cleaned better. There was major dust on the closet and inside the closet. The so called breakfast was little to be desired. Just toast , cereal, and instant oatmeal. No fresh fruit, no hot foods of any kind and coffee from machine. A zero for there breakfast.

The breakfast was not very good

The only problem I had was waking up hungry at 915 and going to the lobby to find out breakfast items were all put away at 9am sharp. If I had been told this, I would have planned and woken up accordingly, but I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in. I just thought they'd serve till 10am

Decent hotel. No obvious lack of care regarding upgrades or maintenance. The breakfast was the bare minimum- no hot foods like scrambled eggs/sausage/hashbrowna. Very friendly staff, but they start their day early and it’s not a good soundproof door, so be ready to get woke up early.

To drop my son in college. It just we are need. Hot bath shower, air condition and good bedtime. Including breakfast coffee, waffles and yogurt. It’s good for price. Service and people are good. Not fancy.

For what it is this hotel was decent. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Common areas of the hotel, stairs hallways ect. were not as clean as they should be and are in need of updating. Service was good, they let me check in early and check out was quick and smooth. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about.
