When we pulled up to the property, the building and grounds were in disrepair. The desk clerk informed me that the TVs were out and the pool was broken. We booked a different room, losing the discount from the package.

The property was very unkept and not that clean.Supposed to had a Continental breakfast.....it was a waffle machine and a metal dispenser....lol.....that was unbelievable.The rooms were not eye appealing at all....dirty carpet....no soap in the bath room and had to keep requesting towels.The pool was a hot mess!All we got was a bed to sleep in.....that house keeping never showed up to clean or bring fresh towels to..The staff was pretty descent at the front desk,but overall.....I wouldn't recommend this Days Inn....hate to say that,but it is what it is.

The a/c unit was very loud - we couldn’t hear the TV over the noise. Wires were exposed in room. Toilet was running the entire time we were there. Towels were rust stained. Only 1 pillow on bed. Lamp was not working. Almost no lights in parking lot. Very disappointed. Trash outside room.

People was having so much trouble with getting key cards to work. They was just walking up to the desk and saying what room they needed into and the staff would not make sure they was twlling them the right room and to me that was very unsafe. I actually canceled my stay and went to another hotel.

Hotel was really sketchy, not welll maintained. Walk ways werent lit for safety. Got there and only car in the parking lot was desk clerk. Lobby was clean an maintained. Clerk was friendly. After check in we were point where to park. Found out a big part of the rooms we emptied out pof all furniture and doors unloicked. This is a safety concern. There was no lights on the walk ways. The roonmn we checked into was realy ran down and and lacked cleaning. Bed was very old and could feel the springs. Pillows were size of small throw pillows and flat. One of fisrt things i do is check mattress for bed bugs. Well it was filthy with i cant even tell what it was, stains and body hair. At this point we decided to leave. Door was locked to office so we didnt even get chance to try to get a refund. Dont belive the reviews. This place was in worst shape than so of the rooms in third world countries i have visited

A lawn care person broke a water line and water was everywhere for several hours. There was nobody available to know or call with the hotel that could assist to shut it off to repair. Later that evening all water was shut off with no notice to all the hotel and was still out in the morning. Horrible.

Our stay was awful from beginning to end. The desk clerk was rude when we checked in. Our room was filthy. There was black mold halfway up the shower curtain and there was no hot water. At checkout we tolda different front desk clerk and she smiled and said tere was nothing she could do. The continental breakfast was non existent. They didn't even have sugar for the coffee.

This was the nastiest room I’ve ever seen in my life. It reeked of bug spray, there was zero toilet paper and the shower had a constant leak with the shower curtain having black mold halfway up. I asked for another room and I’m assuming there wasn’t anything better available and then requested a cancellation and a refund. There is no way this place is or can be part of the Marriott chain. I will never book another room there. Luckily I was able to secure another room across the street that was clean. Days Inn you need to do better-this is unacceptable.

The entire place is filled with stains hair and grease. We were moved rooms and the room was no better than the last. Completely disgusting. Asked for new sheets towels and blankets and it took over 6 hours and still only got two fitted sheets and two towels and a rag. We slept with a fitted sheet as a blanket due to lack of resources at the hotel. The stains and lack of cleanliness was beyond anything I'd ever seen and you didn't have to look too hard to find the problems. Broken towel racks etc. not worth paying to stay at. Do better.

I drove up and it appeared to be an abandoned building waiting to be torn down. Had to wait for desk person 20 minutes. Room had peeling walls and marks on the walls. Bed sheets were dirty. No glasses to drink water in room.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting, filthy, dirty, balls of human hair all over, everything was just plain nasty. The place is falling apart, the screws fell out the lock on the front door as soon as we closed the door, the dirty shower knob just fell right off when we turned the water on, the whole place is in terrible shape and unkept. The so called breakfast was just some old rotten waffle mix that will probably give someone food poisoning. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Check-in experience was so off-putting I almost left. Had I not been temporar stranded due to car breakdown, I would have. The staff member was eating when I came in and was clearly very annoyed I interrupted her, even though I apologized (unnecessarily). She was incredibly slow and VERY unfriendly. The paperwork printed completely illegibly, too, so I really have no idea what I signed. The worst part though, was her judgmental look and accusatory asking, “Do you actually need the handicapped room?” And when I answered, “Yes,” she then demanded to know if I had a handicap tag or something. THIS IS PATENTLY ILLEGAL TO ASK UNDER ADA. I again said, “Yes, I do.” And she continued to have an attitude about it. Even though I do not have to, and she cannot legally ask, I offered that sometimes I walk independently, sometimes I use forearm crutches, and sometimes I use a wheelchair. She simply huffed and ignored me while finishing her job that she CLEARLY hates. It is none of her business what my disability is and it is illegal for her to ask and repugnant to imply I do not have one. This facility and Days Inn corporate will be reported for ADA violations today and further action will be pursued. Full reviews will also be left on all travel sites and distributed to online disability advocates/influencers. This is absolutely shameful. Room has tons of damage. No blanket or comforter. No cable channels. Not clean. Horrible facility!!

0/5 stars. Woke up to see cockroach crawling on the floor. Got into the room to find no towels or toilet paper. I walked down to the front desk to get some and I’m told that they’ll bring them up. Took 20 minutes and the towels were super small. Took a shower and it was almost all cold water, one of the workers came out and told us he’d come and take a look at it and never came back. He also lied and said the front desk phone was broken when I heard the line ringing. The comforter was stained and I didn’t even bother trying to get a new one from the front. Used the spare wool comforter instead. Mirrors looked like they got wiped down with toilet water. Motel 6 would’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was awful, only terrible waffles that I spit out immediately and one cereal, the coffee was already cold by 7am. Tried to check out but couldn’t cuz the front desk lady was smoking and never came back in. I just told her my room number but who knows when she did it

The bed was old and wore out it sunk down in the middle we kept rolling towards the middle. It squeaked horribly anytime you move in the bed, there was no light in the bathroom over the mirror just all around a bad stay.

Could not enter room because lock was broken. Assigned a room on second floor that was "not comparable." No TV, microwave didn't work, no trash can, no toilet paper, holes in sheets. A dump, but beds were comfortable. Desk clerks often absent, fixing other customers' problems.

The stay was quiet and peaceful but it is in definite need of upgrades and maintenance. I never leave a bad review so this is a first. The floor was disgusting, the tv, ohone, microwave, and some lights didn't work. The inside of the door was busted, no padlock, exposed battery system inside the card slot. The shower was too gross to shower in, and only given one hand towel. Considering it was super cheap, however, it was expected. So if you're just looking to lay your head, then it would be good.

The worst part though, was her judgmental look and accusatory asking, “Do you actually need the handicapped room?” And when I answered, “Yes,” she then demanded to know if I had a handicap tag or something. THIS IS PATENTLY ILLEGAL TO ASK UNDER ADA. I again said, “Yes, I do.” And she continued to have an attitude about it. Even though I do not have to, and she cannot legally ask, I offered that sometimes I walk independently, sometimes I use forearm crutches, and sometimes I use a wheelchair. She simply huffed and ignored me while finishing her job that she CLEARLY hates. It is none of her business what my disability is and it is illegal for her to ask and repugnant to imply I do not have one. This facility and Days Inn corporate will be reported for ADA violations today and further action will be pursued. Full reviews will also be left on all travel sites and distributed to online disability advocates/influencers. This is absolutely shameful. Room has tons of damage. No blanket or comforter. No cable channels. Not clean. Horrible facility!!

Please avoid being stolen from because I lost out on $70. I did not get my room. I cannot get a refund and no one is answering for me to talk to a supervisor. Just do not attempt to stay here.

Nobody is ever at the front desk, when i arrived i had to wait 4 hours until someone showed up, when i checked out i had to check out on my phone and leave the card on the computer with a sticky note i called the number on their little sign and noone answered, stayed 5 days and noone ever came to clean my room or at least change towels

Booked online and paid , when got there they said they didn't have any rooms available so they cancelled and issued a refund. It's been a week and haven't gotten anything , so called up there and apparently one of the workers we're canceling the rooms and keeping the money ! AWFUL !!

The only thing that was pleasant about this stay was the front desk clerk. This sweet, but overworked girl was actually sweet. The room had no soap or towels. I requested towels in the morning, but got none. I had to go to Walmart to buy towels in order to take a shower. There were holes in the ceiling, the bathroom needed cleaning before it could be used and the carpet was sticky. The television didn’t work until my partner fixed a loose hdmi cable, only to find out that there were only 10 channels available. For each complaint, on each shift there was one girl working and I felt sorry for her, but that doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is the worst!

The place was dirty, falling apart and there was open food in the tables in the lobby, no cars or guests in the parking lot and a hand written sign in the counter that said be back in 10 min or for assistance call XXX. I immediately called Expedia and expressed my concerns but only received a partial refund even though I did not stay on that property.

The staff was great and the location was excellent. I was in a nonsmoking room the blankets had cigarette burns, the towels were old and stained badly. I didn't bathe at this location. Neither washed my face because of the towelswas so nasty. The curtians was broken so i had no true privacy. At all.

I drove up and it appeared to be an abandoned building waiting to be torn down. Had to wait for desk person 20 minutes. Room had peeling walls and marks on the walls. Bed sheets were dirty. No glasses to drink water in room.

Run by crack heads. Random drug addicts knocking on your door asking for money. Front desk will tell you that you have to pay more a couple hours after checking in even though you paid in full on Expedia. Hookers in the back lot propositioning people as they exit rooms. Hotel was really sketchy, not welll maintained. Walk ways werent lit for safety. Got there and only car in the parking lot was desk clerk. Lobby was clean an maintained. Clerk was friendly. After check in we were point where to park. Found out a big part of the rooms we emptied out pof all furniture and doors unloicked. This is a safety concern. There was no lights on the walk ways. The roonmn we checked into was realy ran down and and lacked cleaning. Bed was very old and could feel the springs. Pillows were size of small throw pillows and flat. One of fisrt things i do is check mattress for bed bugs. Well it was filthy with i cant even tell what it was, stains and body hair. At this point we decided to leave. Door was locked to office so we didnt even get chance to try to get a refund. Dont belive the reviews. This place was in worst shape than so of the rooms in third world countries i have visited

Dingy bed linens, no toiletries, no toilet paper, no bath mats, no ice bucket or plastic glasses 2 water bottles in fridge from previous guests, then in the morning...breakfast was unacceptable... they only had waffle mix, maybe 4 Styrofoam cups, no coffee, no syrup, two forks, 3 spoons, a handfull of plates. I had to call customer service so that i coukd check out and so that the could get me syrup and coffee.

Horrible experience, the room was nowhere near what was pictured online. Staff were less than accommadating. There was a deposit nowhere mentioned upon booking. The room was outdated, dirty,and smelled. The mini fridge ancmicrowave had no where to plug in therefore we had to move furniture in order to be able to plug in and use them. The towels were like handtowels the water was yellow. The air conditioning was either off or full blast no in between and it continuously made a high pitched chucking train noise while running. There was no free breakfast as mentioned.staff was difficult to find especially at check out time when it was time to give deposits back. Most people were just writing their names on papers attached to the room keys and leaving them at the front desk. Not recommending to anyone.

This motel was horrible they have bugs in their rooms they don't have working TVs and all their rooms they have drug addicts that steal from you outside of the motel rooms they have crappy service crappy food for the breakfast they say they have and their coffee sucks their toilets don't work their beds fall apart they have stained sheets no ice machine flashing lights and the entryway so if you have seizures I would suggest you not go I would suggest not going at all to this motel

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting, filthy, dirty, balls of human hair all over, everything was just plain nasty. The place is falling apart, the screws fell out the lock on the front door as soon as we closed the door, the dirty shower knob just fell right off when we turned the water on, the whole place is in terrible shape and unkept. The so called breakfast was just some old rotten waffle mix that will probably give someone food poisoning. This place needs to be shut down!!!

I live in hotels full time for the past 2 years. I've stays in hundreds of them. This is by far the worst. Bugs everywhere. I had to buy bug strips because of how many flys. Also the ceiling drips. It wasn't raining either. Who knows what liquid it was. But it will drip on your bed. Blood on the walls. Bed sheets dont get changed ever. You will have to sleep in dirty sheets.
