Location was good. The beds and vanity area were clean, two of the three beds were comfortable. Most all other surfaces needed cleaning including the walls, floors, curtains and most importantly, around the toilet. If most of the city wasn't already sold out and we didn't just needed a place to sleep, we wouldn't have stayed. I had to clean areas myself before I was comfortable using the facilities. Didn't stay for breakfast, so can't comment on that.
