We enjoyed the pool and the room very clean and friendly staff

Sufficient and safe for a short stay. Our only discomforts were with other guests, not the staff or property. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, parking was safe and close, the room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for a dance competition weekend. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Asked for ice and they gave me a bag. My DD enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the waffles and coffee.

The only thing I didn’t like is that my room wasn’t cleaned while I was out during the second day of my stay. The breakfast was great, the pool was great and so was the customer service.

No over head canopy to unload your luggage in the rain AC unit in bedroom and it was noisy when sleeping

Stayed there for family wedding. Great staff. Transportation to and from event was convenient. Facility was beautifully maintained.

Stayed for a dance competition in the area and was perfect for that. Pool was great and room was perfect. We had to leave before the continental breakfast started but that was a nice touch!

This property is under renovation right now. I asked for a first floor room because of my dog, and they were able to do this for me. All was good until my morning shower would not get hot. They changed my room and the next two days were fine. Day four, limited hot water again. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work but staff gave me a bag of ice. The TV only had 5 channels..no ESPN or other cable news channels. I would have been fine with that except I wanted to watch the NCAA womens' final four and couldn't. The dog walk area is well-lit and free from waste. There was a bunch of broken glass though that I had to avoid when I took my dog out. I have stayed here several times and always have been happy. This time, I think the renovation was a huge factor in the issues I encountered.

Room was clean but hadnt been vacuumed in a while. Dust mites and carpets causing a lot of itchyness. The day i left they basically tidied up but didnt vacuum as i didnt leave a mess.

I was in town for a soccer tournament for my kids and we specifically paid for the room with the pull out bed that sleeps 4 in total. The pull out bed was infested with mold and stains. It appeared to be blood or red juice all over the mattress and tons of black mold. The hotel Could not give us a new room that night as they said they were fully booked. They also had no additional roll out beds as per confirmation from front desk. They offered additional blankets and sheets to cover the disgusting pull out mattress. My husband was forced to sleep on couch and 3 people slept in one double bed. We would like full refund and will not be back!

Our 2 bedroom suite appeared to be recently updated. It was clean, roomy and well appointed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean and staff was very nice… we arrived late and asked for an extended check out… all good! The BED WAS AWFUL!!! The pullout couch was more comfy than the bed… sorry… that is a deal breaker!

Having a kitchenette is nice and it is spacious. Su[er clean. The pull out couch mattress was pretty thin and not in great shape, but not horrible. The ice maker in our freezer did not work which is a problem because, being a residence type hotel, there are no ice makers in the hallway. That being said, the hotel staff were quick to supply bags of ice and a repair man came very quickly to assess the situation.

The Studio Suite we rented was spacious and very comfortable. It's a great option if you plan to stay for several days.

Our repeat stay here was again, very pleasant. Everything to the Marriott standard of excellence. Our check in was quick and Becky at the reception was very nice and helpful like the last time we were here. It really adds up to our positive experience that Becky was ready to help to make our stay a good one. Thank you!

We were there for my grand nieces baptism. Everything was fine until a fire broke out on Monday. We had to evacuate and thankfully nobody was hurt. We had to leave all of our things inside until clearance was given for us to enter again. My issue is I specifically left my phone number with the head of the housekeeping department and she wrote it down on a sheet of paper. I asked her to please let us know when we can enter again so that we can get our things And go somewhere else or end our vacation early. We never got a phone call. I couldn’t reach the hotel because electricity was down. So I called Holiday Inn. They were very helpful. I really wish that they just called to let us know that we can come back. By the time that we returned, it was evening. The staff did not offer a lantern for us to get our belongings. They had plenty downstairs. But they expected us to enter the room with just a flashlight on our phones. They didn’t offer any help at all. The way that they “reimbursed” us for the remaining of our stay was to not charge our card. The issue is I wasn’t there anyway so they couldn’t have charged it for a stay that did not happen. It was just too much for all of us to pack while it’s dark, then head to the Holiday Inn to unpack. So we left our vacation early, which was not good at all.

The hotel was okay. Clean and safe. It's not in a great, convenient location, there's not much around it. Limited amenities and the staff was a little standoffish.

The food was good, clean and neat. close to the main road. I will recommend this place to everyone. my kids loved it too, especially the convertible bed.

Historic Waterloo village was close by and a nice walk.

Stay here often while in the area for dog training. It’s quiet and I feel safe.

Amazing! The best experience for a business or leisure travel. Very good localization and easy to access the main roads to reach out all over the place.

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times for dog training workshops. I’ve always been pleased with the property. If I have a problem, the management fixes it it’s quiet it feel safe and it’s convenient to my activity. It’s close to stores and restaurants.

Very clean convient hotel. The only issues we had were the pillows and "no sugar" products at breakfast. Sugar free syrup and creamer would have been great.
