Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. The service was friendly and efficient. Location excellent. We would stay here again. A few items to note: 1. The gym is tiny. There is a treadmill, a bike (?) and one set of adjustable dumbbells. It is an uncomfortably small space for two people. If working out is important to you, don’t choose this hotel on that basis. 2. If you are going to ask the hotel to call you a taxi, find out how much it will cost. We ordered a taxi at the front desk on a Sunday morning and it cost 35 euro to go to the train station which is only a 5 minute drive. We were in a rush so maybe they ordered us the high end limo service. Anyway, it was a good stay overall.

This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites.

Zeer mooi en comfortabel verblijf gehad. Midden in het centrum en leuke restaurantjes. De suites zitten niet in hetzelfde gebouw maar middels een kleine steeg te bereiken. Parkeren vonden we aan de prijs en daarom parkeergarage iets verderop gekozen (nog geen 10 min lopen ). Ontbijt uitgebreid genoeg en kamers fijn met airco.

What an absolutely charming little hotel in the perfect location - just slightly away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was just perfectly charming and, to our Canadian eyes, so representative of Alsace. If you come by car, do reserve a parking space with the hotel - there are just a few. The parking garage is quite snug and requires a bit of jenga. The smaller your car, the better. Car charging ports aee available.

Lovely hotel in excellent location. Staff were very attentive and courteous and the room was lovely, we had a comfort room on the top floor which was very quiet. We didn’t have breakfast as it was 24€ each and there’s plenty of places nearby if you want to grab a quick bite . Parking at the hotel is limited and it’s 30€ a day but you must book. There’s parking in street outside the hotel it’s 1.90€ an hour and free from 7pm til 9am. Colmar is a beautiful place and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival — a wonderful start to our stay. Overall, everything was great; the only downside was a small dirty spot on the toilet seat, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The staff is wonderful - very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are also several nice areas to gather with friends for drinks and/or breakfast. One note - there is not air conditioning and the old stone buildings and streets echo the noises from this very popular location so if you go in warmer months, be prepared to be warm at night or have some noise from the open window until late.

Really warmly welcomed and showed to a very small room - that's ok it's only an overnight stay. Returning later on it seems the heating in the bathroom cannot be turned down or indeed off! EXTREMELY uncomfortable nights sleep as only way to cool down room is to open the window to street in front of hotel. This causes restless night sleep due to road noises right through the night. Hotel unable to move to us to another room as they are full but completely unwilling to offer any help. Surely a hotels basic facility is to offer a comfortable night's sleep - great big FAIL here!!!? Shame as the town is lovely but our stay rather ruined by the obstructic nature of the hotel management.

2nd time we've stayed here and we love it - first year our room was in the older property across the little alleyway and that was amazing, this year we were in the main hotel, the room was a little small but still very clean and comfortable - the staff are lovely and you can't beat the location!

We were very warmly greeted at checkin and walked across the street to the building where our room was located. A spacious and clean room with a separate toilet room from the shower. The bed was a bit too firm but that’s a personal preference. I’d like to suggest a few updates such as the pillows and towels are worn. The shower pressure was great, but the drain was slow and water pooled very quickly - had to turn off the water mid shower so it didn’t flow into the room. Other than that it was a lovely place to spend a couple days.

The room was strange. We could not open the curtains because right next to us was as the Terrasse. The bathroom was big, but not well designed. And starting at 8:00am we could hear music from the hallway/breakfast area and the staff’s closet was directly across the hall from the room.

As Americans taking a very short trip to Europe, we decided on Colmar because we did not want to keep moving hotels. We picked the very best hotel in Colmar! Hotel Columbier was fantastic! Clean, updated, perfectly located with an incredibly attentive staff that treated us so well. (Thanks Theo for the great service!). Great hôtel in a great location. Staff were very helpful, polite and patient when we were attestons to speak French, encouraging our efforts to speak their language. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while we spent a few hours exploring. Would recommend this hôtel.

Fantastic service - employees were incredibly helpful and prompt to answer any questions / provide items for the stay (ie requested body lotion for the room, was delivered 5 minutes later!). Room was cozy and comfortable - great location as well (less than 15 minute walk to train station)

We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival. The room was fabulous- clean, modern yet sophisticated and appropriate to the local surroundings. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the bed and room were very comfortable. On top of excellent staff and excellent accommodations, the location could not be beat. I am thrilled that we picked this for a vacation destination. Many thanks!
