My experience at this hotel was horrible. I ended up with a horrible backache. Those beds need to be changed. The funniest thing was when I entered the hotel and saw that they were working on it and remodeling it... a horrible dust storm. If you are allergic, I do not recommend it. I did not have breakfast and when I booked it they announced it and the pool was cold. Send an email with the changes so people can prepare or cancel.

The room was in excellent condition, and smelled so clean and fresh,. The breakfast was perfect for our family of four. Lots of items to choose from. The pool and hot tub were not warm the first night; however staff got maintenance on it the next morning and the temp was perfect !

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Excellent breakfast. Water pressure Saturday morning was really bad. Should have got chocolate in the lobby for Christmas. Not everybody drinks coffee.

Never had issues with Hampton Inn until now. As soon as we checked in the room there was a big dead bug on the floor but we were too tired to switch rooms. I did call the front desk and advise, but they didn’t seem concerned or accomadating at all. Shortly after there were live bugs of the same kind flying around & did my best to kill them myself. I notified the front desk at checkout in the morning, once again were not concerned and didn’t offer any apology or compensation for the stay. Vents were dirty & black moldy. Can’t believe these are the conditions at $200 a night!! Will never stay with Hampton Inn again!

My room was a water damaged room. It smelled musty and was not clean! I asked if they could give me a different room and they said no! Booked but another feomt deak person told me they are short handed on cleaning staff…. They were NOT booked , just didnt have anyone to clean a room for me BUT they could send someone to clean my room the next day!!! Made NO SENSE!!!! I will never stay there again!

Staff was very friendly. We did have an issue with the tv, the evening staff did not know how to fix it. She did say she would move us to a new room but we declined. Tv was fixed the next morning. Only issue my husband thought about was if we had been pulling our boat it would have gotten scraped up turning and going up the drive. The driveway was very steep.

this was a very good hotel choice for us for a night passing through the Marion area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent near both I-40 and downtown Marion. The only slight issue that we experienced is that, for some reason, our cell phones had a difficult time connecting to hotel Wi-Fi. Ultimately, they did connect....

We had such a wonderful time staying at this Hampton! The room was pleasantly more up to date then the pictures portrayed (it had recently been renovated), and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was decorated so nicely for Christmas, someone really spent a lot of time making the hotel feel like home, and we loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and we were able to bring our dog, which was very helpful for us. There isn’t much right around the hotel but for us, it was actually perfect because we could let our dog run around outside the hotel property. We will definitely be back!!

The room was suppose to have a whirlpool and didnt. The manager was suppose to contact me to resolve and never did!!! The bed was highly uncomfortable as well. Horrible stay!!!!

The staff at Hampton Inn was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They helped us celebrate a birthday! The physical facility needs some love. There was a moisture problem between the indoor pool and the breakfast area. Things were being addressed! Our room was very quiet. Our bed was very comfortable. We would certainly return. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Check out is 11:00. At 10:05, the cleaning ladies were in the adjoining room laughing loudly banging on the walls with something, dropping the toilet seat, vacuuming then letting the door slam shut. This went on for 25-30 mins, so there was no way for us to sleep-in. We had the sleeping tag on the door. We didn’t appreciate this treatment.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We went in the fall, and it was decorated to the max! They wrote little messages on the bananas, had snacks and water bottles ready for the groups of people participating in local events that weekend. Staff so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lobby was nice to sit in, fireplace was on, they made cookies fresh every afternoon. Will definitely be back!

Housekeepers woke us up before 9am because they "thought" we checked out and then they knocked again 30 mins later...no water...no water pressure water disappeared while showering was told to waot for it to come back on also water turned cold as well...mini fridge was broken the lady said what do.you want me to do about it?

We usually stay at Hampton Inn whenever we travel. Never disappointed. Always love a free breakfast and this one was great. Food was: if you want cereal-it was there, eggs and breakfast meat-on the hot bar, waffles-you guessed it, it was on the bar. You can make more than 1 if you wish. Bagels, french toast etc. And some of the best coffee youll ever have. Oh and the sweet Southern lady who does the breakfast bakes the BEST Chocolate Chip cookies youll ever eat. She puts them out at 10 am. Sooooo good.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a convenient area. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent dining suggestions. The only thing that we were not too pleased with is that our room was only serviced once in the four nights we stayed. Also, one of the reasons I choose Hampton Inn is for the breakfast included benefit. The coffee machine was only functioning the first morning. We love coffee and ended up going to McDonalds the other three mornings to get coffee. We could have made coffee I the room but it is not as good as freshly brewed coffee waiting for you at breakfast. Might need to have a backup plan. Other than those 2 small issues would had a delightful stay.
