The person at the desk was nice but the property was not in great shape. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door....that's to the outside :( . Bathroom was ok but the floors were pretty dirty.....we walked around in bare feet at first and got filthy. The entrance areas were all messed up....HUGE holes and dangerous. Unfortunately a BMW M3 was robbed overnight and cops had to come investigate. I was offered a refund and could look for another place to stay but there was absolutely nothing in the area because of festival. Staff was nice for the most part.

Though I know rooms cannot be guaranteed, my friend who walks with a cane at 75 years old had to walk upstairs to the room. We requested a downstairs. There are no handrails in the bathroom. There is no handicap room. It made me sad. We won't go back. I believe the new owners are trying to make it better. I believe they will do so.

Older building that some renovations have been completed but it still easily shows its age. The mattress was good and so was the hot water. The room appeared to be clean. The rate was cheaper than others in the area so the adage that you get what you pay for apples. Road noise was a little higher than desired. It was ok for a 1 night stay.

Good place for an overnight as price is right. Clean enough. Smells clean. Bed topper has a stain on it. I pulled it back to bottom of bed. Bed is comfy. Older facility. No restaurants closer than 10 min away in town. This is just off of I-40 but way out on the outskirts of town. No regrets in my stay for the overnight. Did the trick.

This property had the cleanest bathroom floors i have ever seen in a hotel. The entire room was clean. I had a washing machine problem and the owner ended up taking it and washing and drying it for me. Awesome service. Going outside was a little offputting but it was fine.

I arrived late at night. I simply picked up a phone by the door, and a nice gentleman came to check me in. I received my door key, and went to the room. This is the first hotel I have ever felt fine enough to walk around without socks on. The entire room was very clean. The area was quiet until morning around 7AM, but until then, silent. The heat worked great, the pillows were nice and comfortable, the bed was comfortable; I have no complaints regarding my stay at this hotel. I most definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much to the owners, for being so kind, friendly, and caring about the rooms the way you do.

Curtain could not be closed last foot allowing no privacy with strangers walking outside to view us inside and office gave us Scotch tape for US to fix it. Refrigerator was so loud it had to be unplugged. Air Conditioner was ridiculously loud from worn out blower fan so had to turn off. I requested king bed and got queen and was informed the motel doesn’t offer king beds!

The room I stayed in was noisy. You could hear the road outside. I stepped out of bed into a brown wet substance the first night. They came in to clean the room and took my dirty towels but didn’t leave me clean ones. I had one towel for my shower and hand towel. It’s what to expect from a cheap hotel. The only think I have to say good was the bed was soft.

One of the beds made a big noise like there was something broke underneath and the heater sounded like a lawn mower idling when it came on. Otherwise the room was very nice and it smelled clean.

I mistakenly booked a room there intending to reserve on another property. I went to the front desk within a couple of hours after booking and told the attendant that I would not need the reservation. The attendant told me she could not help me and that I would be charged for the room, regardless. Expedia was also not help and does not seem to care about the experience of their customers.

It was not good The fridge did not work. I called the office and they said they'd fix it that night but no one came up. The maid did not replace sheet even though I asked them to. I was not happy with the service.

We had a wedding in town and stayed here. The price was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Not only were we satisfied with our stay, but I accidentally left behind a sentimental necklace that Patrick made sure I got back. Thank you so much! Would recommend it.

I am a solo nurse traveling for work and I was greatly satisfied. They made check-in super easy, I was close to the building in a well lit area and felt very safe. My accommodation was extremely clean. And leaving for work again early ,they made check out very easy as well. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous ,helpful ,and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to o my coworkers.

Ms. Donna was so helpful and very friendly. Everyone we encountered that worked there was very nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and we will stay again when we go back to the area. The price was perfect for my budget and the accommodations were just right. It was a little noisy at night with the trucks going by, but that can be expected since it is right off a main road.

The rooms was very nice and clean. Beautiful autumn colors and views. The only down fal was the Continental breakfast there was nothing just coffee and yogurt. That was disappointing.

It’s an older motel. Room was clean and the folks were courteous and helpful. The room had a stale smell at first but was ok after we left the door open for a bit. Breakfast was disappointing - Hostess Ding Dongs and cinnamon cakes. We’d stay again if in the area.

We used the room like s motel... Arrived late, slept, left early. So we got what we expected...a meh property. Sheets and cover had cigarette burns in them. As did the bathtub and toilet seat. Breakfast? Doesnt exist
