The hotel was so cute!! Very small hotel, very quiet and it was amazing that the windows in the rooms opened for fresh air. The backyard area, pool and hot tub were extremely clean. Very cute sitting area with games and books and a fireplace in the winter. Will absolutely be booking again in the future!

We will DEFINITELY be back! My favorite features are the back yard seating area with Adirondack chairs, the 24-HOUR coffee nook, and common lounge with fireplace. Friendly staff, quiet location, reasonable price. We couldn't ask for more.

I loved staying at this thoughtfully designed and maintained hotel. The pool was perfect on a hot July afternoon (it’s away from the road and surrounded by trees, so it feels very private). I appreciated the little details like a comfortable lodge with coffee bar and some treats waiting for me in my room when I checked in. The gentleman in the office was very helpful with restaurant recommendations too. I ate at the Copper Grouse which was excellent. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Manchester!

Extremely well maintained property. Everything was clean and well kept. It was like going back in time- the care and attention is far beyond what you see in chain hotels. I loved the real key, too! The grounds are stunning.

Everything was good. Being September the pool was closed. Hot tub was nice! Convenient location could walk across the street to a diner for breakfast. Thoughtful decor and nice little things like chocolate and popcorn in the room. I would stay there again.

Our room was attractive, spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Extra blankets and pillows, thick towels, a comfortable seating area where we ate our take-out dinner, the heat worked perfectly, and the view out the window of the backyard and creek was lovely. The owner was very helpful, and the diner literally across the street made breakfast easy and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very outdated; the antique chairs in our room were filthy. The internet was not great. No food to speak of, except a stale chocolate bar. Hope to not stay here again. Actual key for the room.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms & bathroom are SPOTLESS! If you care about cleanliness, this is the best I've ever seen. Also, the bedroom is HUGE with great privacy, and is quiet. The beds are the MOST COMFORTABLE we've slept in, and the pillows are perfect. Not too hard, tall or soft. Big closet for clothes, portable luggage rack, and an area by the door for ski bags, and jackets. There is a large full bathroom with a 6' long tub - had restorative soaks after days on the slopes - and there is an extra sink outside the bathroom which is super helpful. The spacious fridge in the room was PERFECT for breakfast stuff and take-out leftovers, and the microwave in atrium was perfect to heat stuff up. the atrium has a VERY COOL 360 degree fireplace, and 24 hour coffee/hot chocolate bar - perfect for when we got back from skiing. Ice machine in lobby easily accessible, and the little goodies the owners leave in the room upon arrival are so THOUGHTFUL & YUMMY. And the hot tub is HEAVEN! Pool looks GREAT for summer fun. The owners are SUPER friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. Right across from Bob's Diner, & easy drive to Bromley Mountain, Magic Mountain & other slopes. In the opposite direction, it's close to cute villages of Manchester & Arlington for fun shopping and lots of cool restaurants. Can't RAVE enough about this gem of a hotel. We are already planning our next trip.

My sister and I met 'in the middle' for a short retreat in the Manchester area. We had never stayed at the Toll Road Inn before and we were certainly not disappointed. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The lounge turned out to be a great place for us to sit to visit while we doodled in our art journals. The inn is located in a perfectly central location from Manchester to the Bromley Mtn area. We were so pleased by our stay, we're already planning to go back next year at this time.

The room decor was retro and done beautifully, lots of room and a beautiful view of the creek from the window. The Recreation room was comfy and a was a good place to sit by the fire with a drink and relax.

Loved the place, the throw back ambiance to retro was much appreciated. Snacks when you arrive are a cool welcome. The hang out room was the cherry on top. Coffee and tea, loved it. As you would expect, the throw back motels come with some natural noises from the people walking in their room upstairs or down the halls. Not an issue for me, my wife who is a lite sleep struggled but we managed. Overall, 9.5/10

The Toll Road Inn is a well located property just on the outskirts of Manchester Center and around a 25 minute journey from Stratton Mountain. The property itself is clean, and the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable and the staff are helpful. However, the walls are paper thin - you can hear the conversations from all the rooms around you. Unfortunately for us, resulted in 2 restless nights sleep as we were woken at all hours by our neighbours conversations.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tollroad Inn and would go back again. They were one of the few hotels in the area that accepted my Hotels.com gift card which helped me a lot financially. I think the hotel is expensive for what it offers but the Hotels.com gift card made it possible for me to stay there. The man who checked me in was helpful and polite. My room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. If you're a big TV watcher, this might not be for you as the TV was a smaller one. I liked the character of the hotel and the rooms and so appreciated how quiet it was. My room was away from the road and had a nice view of a stream and back yard area. Room temperature was good and I could adjust it on a manual thermostat. A nice place to stay and not too far from Stratton Mtn where my son was skiing! Two frustrations - it took some work to get the door key to work and Internet service in that area is spotty.

Nice property, good location and large clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Charged me for extra person when on the app extra people doesn't change the price of the room. Wasn't to happy about that issue.

Fantastic! We plan to return in the next two months! My fiance and I stayed here for snow and ski at Stratton. We LOVED the 1960’s-1970’s style of the rooms but everything was so clean well kept we felt right at home and comfortable (unlike staying at larger chain hotels where you feel you need to check for bed bugs no matter what -not here!) Owner/Manager was extremely warm and friendly and you can tell he cares about his little hotel. Kept the fireplace going, coffee station stocked, and had fresh towels ready and waiting for every time you wanted to use the hot tub! He even permitted us an allotted time to use said tub when all the time slots for the night were filled for the night. Beautiful views of a brook behind the building from our room. We can’t wait to come stay again when we return skiing!

Check in was great. The process was smooth. I had been driving all afternoon on a Sunday and just wanted to feed my nine year old and get rest. Front desk gave me an awesome recommendation for food and we got a great nights rest. Spent the next day on the mountain.

The motel is a retro 60's style which is what we love about the property. The rooms were very clean and neat upon check-in. The property has a nice sun room with a large fire place and a coffee bar that is self served and is well stocked. If there is one complaint I must say its with the owners lack of accommodating guest a couple from NJ and our friends asked the owner to light the fireplace so we could enjoy the space at night and he refused by saying that "I light the fire place in December" We were there on October 18th and the temperature was got down to the high 30's at night. They kept the temperature in the room to cold so that you could not enjoy the space. We had brought cards and games to play and some wine that we never got to enjoy or socialize together with our friends or the couple we met on site. As a business owner I never turn down a customers reasonable request especially if its from several customers. If its a matter of buying wood just soy so and we would be happy to cover the cost of the wood.

My sister and I met 'in the middle' for a short retreat in the Manchester area. We had never stayed at the Toll Road Inn before and we were certainly not disappointed. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The lounge turned out to be a great place for us to sit to visit while we doodled in our art journals. The inn is located in a perfectly central location from Manchester to the Bromley Mtn area. We were so pleased by our stay, we're already planning to go back next year at this time.

We booked on a whim and were not disappointed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It even had snacks and water. Lots of restaurants in the area. We walked to breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a bit of a no frills property in that the decor is older, but or room was very roomy, the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The best part was the beautiful view and the creek that runs through the property. It is located on the outskirts of Manchester and we loved the Roundhouse Bar and Grill right next door. Great food and friendly staff with a great bar and big screen TV'S.

Our room was attractive, spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Extra blankets and pillows, thick towels, a comfortable seating area where we ate our take-out dinner, the heat worked perfectly, and the view out the window of the backyard and creek was lovely. The owner was very helpful, and the diner literally across the street made breakfast easy and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very outdated; the antique chairs in our room were filthy. The internet was not great. No food to speak of, except a stale chocolate bar. Hope to not stay here again. Actual key for the room.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Lovely communal sitting area with tea/coffee as well as an atari machine! Lovely gardens in the hotel and beautuful viwes of the stars when its a clear night. We also received a lovely welcome pack, with some lovely goodies & watee. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and even more 5 minutes drive away. Bibs dinner for brrakfast is just accross the street and its fabulous 👌

I loved staying at this thoughtfully designed and maintained hotel. The pool was perfect on a hot July afternoon (it’s away from the road and surrounded by trees, so it feels very private). I appreciated the little details like a comfortable lodge with coffee bar and some treats waiting for me in my room when I checked in. The gentleman in the office was very helpful with restaurant recommendations too. I ate at the Copper Grouse which was excellent. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Manchester!

A great place to stay! The Toll Road Inn is modern, super clean and super cute. It is very small with only 16 rooms, 8 on top and 8 on bottom that look out to a beautiful grassy area with a river you can see from your windows. The big glass lodge area is beautiful and cozy with kitschy decor and fireplace at night. There is also an outdoor hot tub that you can use if you sign up for a time slot between 4pm-9pm. There is no free breakfast but a small microwave and coffee maker in the common area. I wish they also had a toaster so we could make our own breakfast since we did have a mini fridge in the room. The room itself was very clean, smelled great and the beds were comfy. The entre place seems to be owned and operated by a nice young couple with kids so it kind of had a B&B feel to it. Price was great, location was great only 3\\25 mins to Stratton, and a few minutes drive to Manchester. Bobs Diner is across the street and a bar and grill next door. Overall a great weekend experience!

Everything was good. Being September the pool was closed. Hot tub was nice! Convenient location could walk across the street to a diner for breakfast. Thoughtful decor and nice little things like chocolate and popcorn in the room. I would stay there again.

We loved it! This is a small, 16 room hotel which maintains all of its 70’s vibe. Everything was vintage and immaculate. The room was spacious and well-lit, the bathroom was tiled (!) and gorgeous. We especially loved the coffee bar area, the cozy den space with fireplace and vintage board games, and the pristine swimming pool. We will definitely come back!
