Great stay as usual! Stay here frequently for fishing trips. Plenty of parking with electric plug ins for the boat, the hotel could add a few more electrical outlets but beyond that everything else about this hotel is great.

Key card didn’t work every time we went to our room. We had to keep going to the desk to get it activated. Bathroom was very dirty. No one came and cleaned our room/give us fresh towels.

We stayed one night. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 307 which smelt musty with the smell coming very strong from the ice machine drain in the main hallway. The ice machine drain was filled with black mold. The Rear stair entry to 3rd floor had door handle attached with sharp screw that sticks out 3/4”. Our bathtub drain was broken and our window sill was filled with a handful of dead flys. Our small fridge had a puddle of water on the inside and didn’t function properly. We are disappointed that this hotel was rated exceptional with a 9.4 rating on the Expedia website. Very misleading. This hotel is older that has had a facelift with paint.

Check in was quick and easy. When I got to the room it was a little chilly so I turned up the thermostat which read 68 degrees. Twenty minutes later, fan blowing the entire time, it still registered 68 degrees. So I turned it up a little more. Another 20 minutes it was still the same temperature. I figured that either the thermostat or heater was broken so I tried to call the main desk only to find that the telephone didn't work either. I had to work down to main desk to request a different room. This was quickly taken care of with a lot of apologizes offered. Other than the initial problem with the room the rest of the stay was fine.

Great hotel. The only problem we had was that our floor was EXTREMELY noisy with music, children and partying. It was a Saturday night but I would expect that the noise level would be tolerable after 10:00 p.m. Also, we could hear the very loud people in the pool from our room on the second floor. I wouldn’t stay there again on a weekend.

The room/suite was excellent, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the bed was horrible. The shower/tub was very slick and the shower head needs to be replaced. We were going to stay again next week as we come back thru until we slept in the bed. Miserable night.

Hotels.com made it difficult because they didn't notify the hotel that we would be bringing our dog. Alison at the front desk was able to place us in a dog friendly room and she made sure that we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. People, please make sure that the hotel is aware of your dog so that they can make sure you are booking a correct room!

Due the FAA-mandated flight cancellations, my flight to Green Bay was cancelled and I was not able to arrive on the day I intended. I called the hotel to notify them of this and was told by the person I spoke with that there would be no problem and that the room reservation would be held. When I arrived at the hotel after a very lengthy and challenging day of travel, I was notified that my room was given away and that I was charged as a no show. The person at the front desk (Erik I believe his name was) showed no remorse and no concern. I was left without a hotel room during a birthday trip that I had planned for boyfriend. We came to Green Bay to watch his favorite team play. All in all it was a terrible experience. I felt that we did everything we were supposed to do by calling the hotel in advance to let them know our situation and they took no responsibility whatsoever. We talked to other travelers who had similar experiences and their hotels either kept their reservations or offered to refund them a portion of the night they missed. Country Inn did neither and were extremely rude and dismissive. I understand if they have to follow their policy, but with travel being as unpredictable as it is these days I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially those that have spent a good deal of money to come watch the Packers play and planned in advance to avoid scrambling for a room at the last minute.

Property was excellent. Night staff was not around and the phone in the room didn’t work. But the ladies cleaning the rooms did a great job they took their time. THE staff I interacted with was nice. Manager was there Weekend. Overall the hotel is super clean breakfast was great!!! Lots and lots of choices. I am going back in 2 weeks and unfortunately they don’t have any availability.

The gentleman working the front desk when we arrived, who checked us in, was very nice and accommodating. The total is nice and room was comfortable. The amenities looked nice but we didn’t utilize them during our stay. The location is not “close” to Green Bay activities but only 10-15 min drive. Construction near the hotel during our stay was a bit crazy but that will be done in due time. Breakfast was not anything to rave about but their was an a wide variety of adequate items. Overall hotel was a good choice, although a bit pricey for being off the beaten path.

The hotel was neat and clean, and modern and spacious. Easy parking, walking distance to starbucks, supermarkets, and restaurants. Relaxing rocking chairs on front covered porch, and well maintained washer and dryer (coin operated). The mattress and pillows were comfortable. You could watch birds at the bird feeders if your room faced out the back windows. The pool was well maintained and the hot rub was relaxing. The treadmill in the fitness room worked well to work off those complementary chocolate chip cookies. Located a short drive to all attractions.

The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and modern and had all the necessary amenities including USB ports for charging a phone. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of cold and hot items. Will definitely stay again.

Property was clean and really well kept. The staff was friendly and professional. My family enjoyed the pool and having the hotel close to the Y for a quick workout was for me outstanding! Shout out to Julia at the front desk for hooking me up for a day pass! My only draw back from the hotel is I wished that they could have still prepared more food for the guests waking up late before the cut off time which is 9:30am especially after informing the front desk. But other than that it was a very good experience overall.
