Room had a bit of an odor to it, smelled like it may have been a smoking room at one time. It wasn't strong, but it was enough to be noticable when you first walk in. Otherwise, everything was great with the room. In regards to the gym, it really needs a fan to help keep it cool in there! Otherwise, it was clean and the equipment appeared to be well-maintained. Breakfast was decent. Coffee ran out quickly after breakfast opened, but otherwise, it was decent food and options available. Service was great! No complaints there! It was nice having a couple restaurants (Chili's & Applebee's) in easy walking distance too.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and my husband liked the coffee. Parking was mostly full all the time, we had to circle the building a couple of times to find space. The elevator was out on the second day of our stay, but it looked like the manager had already called the repairmen. the property is convenient to I-35 which was good for us.

Friendly staff. Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Be aware that it caters to a mostly male clientele working in the oil business. Wouldn’t recommend for female travelers staying alone. Difficult to park bc large trucks and machinery take up most of parking lot.

The property was very clean. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a minor issue (refrigerator was out) in the first room and they were nice enough to move me to another room. The pool is indoors. The hot breakfast in the morning was great!

My kids loved the indoor pool. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel in the last year and the last time we stayed there a few months ago the hot tub was not working. It still isn't working which was a disappointment. The hotel itself was very quiet but our room was facing the freeway and the freeway traffic is quite loud all night long.

I was a little disappointed with the gym, I let three employees know about one of the machines not working and they told me they were going to mention it to the manager. Well I was there for seven days and never got fix or at least post a sign telling everyone that the machine was out of service.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites this past weekend! The staff were very friendly and provided awesome customer service throughout my visit. The entire hotel was spotless, including the fitness facility and pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options each morning. The location is also fantastic, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Parking in the front was easy, check-in was quick. The hotel is close to restaurants. Room was a comfortable size. There were stains on the curtains and we had a situation where the bathroom sink faucet sputtered when we turned it on and dark grey water flowed out. We just used bottled water to brush our teeth. It may have been an isolated event but it was nasty. Overnight sleep was fine. Breakfast was standard, the other guests in the breakfast area were loud and made things uncomfortable. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out, so I was not able to pass on the information that made our stay not great.

Our stay was great, the staff were cheerful and polite and the room was large and clean...PERFECT... We picked this place because of easy access to Georgetown and the interstate, but we should have booked a room on the opposite side of the interstate highway, it's a busy noisy highway. haha Highly recommended!

I liked the beds and cleanliness and AC. I wished the TVs connected to Netflix. The only negatives are that the walls seem a little thin and I could here people in the hall a little too much. There was a also a slight but perisitent smell inside of our room that I did not like. The hallways smelled nice.

We spent one night as we were passing thru. Front desk person very nice. The bed was super comfortable. Cleaning lady DID NOT knock on our door early like some places do. (Thankfully) The only thing I didn't like was the freeway noise. It was pretty bad. But once I figured out how to keep the a/c fan running all night, it helped drown out the noise.

I wouldn’t stay here again. If you have a room facing the highway, you’ll hear all the noise. Also, the pillows are so big it’s hard to be comfortable.

The room that I got was very clean and very, very comfortable. I could not have asked for better but what made my stay so incredible was the staff but particular Dawn, the desk clerk. She was friendly, professional and hospitable. Just chatting and joking with her made my stay a pleasant experience.

I didn’t even check in and they charged me for the entire reservation. I tried calling for days and had no luck getting ahold of a manager to request my reservation be cancelled. When I realized I could try messaging them to explain I had a last minute family emergency and military orders preventing me from going; their response was they would only refund me a portion of the reservation. Still can’t get ahold of someone and I’m so frustrated. Even though the site says a “no show” would only be charged the first night. Technically, that’s what this would have been. Definitely will think twice before using Expedia for travel again!

Our room was recently remodeled, the bath was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable.The breakfast buffet had everything you would want, even Texas shaped waffles. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I was taking my 96 year old mom with a walker to a reunion. I studied each motel to find the best accessible room with shower. I decided yours was the best. Ck in.. ask.. do we have handicap shower… yes… When we get in I see it’s a bathtub shower, but does have bars. She could not use it… so wash rag baths. She got trapped in bathroom due to it being too narrow for the walker. After I got it out she backed in every time. We managed.. so weren’t going to complain. Upon leaving I noticed the room across the hall had wheelchair logo, ours didn’t The lady at checkout asked if all was ok, so I told her we were disappointed in the accessible. She stated they only had one room and if it was already taken we couldn’t get it. I asked her why they took the reservation and that I asked when we checked in. She kept stating he was new and didn’t know what he was doing. I said we did it online… she looked at it and insisted I didn’t. I told her I had researched very hard before booking it. She kept stating we had hearing accessible. I absolutely did not appreciate her lack of customer service at all she was quite short. My itinerary does not show accessible But I know that is what I booked..

The hotel was clean. Well maintained. The front desk staff was fabulous. However the housekeeping staff was very loud. There were at least three of them in the hallway shouting back and forth to each other all afternoon, making it impossible to take a nap before a wedding or get the baby to sleep. And it continued despite asking them to be quiet. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good.

We had great trip. The hotel was great. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The location was really good. The hotel is very close to Chili’s and Applebees. It’s also close to the town square. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Georgetown.

I like that everything was well-maintained and clean. I like parking my car out in front because I felt that it was safer if I came too late then there were no spots open so I had to park in the back which made me a little uncomfortable. One morning I went to my car which was parked in the back, and somebody had left a plastic clear drinking cup half filled with orange juice on the roof of my car. I would have felt more comfortable if there was a security guard Occasionally driving around the parameter. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which was much nicer than just a continental breakfast.It was scary pulling off the main street when everyone was going 70 miles an hour. There should be a turn off lane going off the main street

Was really dissapointed that the breakfast is offered an hour later on the weekends than during the week. We came in for a softball tournament and had to leave the hotel by 6:30 am. Usually breakfast is served at 6, but we were not able to enjoy as they pushed it back to 7 for weekends. Please keep in mind, not everyone gets to sleep in while on vacation.
