We had a beautiful one bedroom apartment right by the water. For such a good price! We only stayed one night, but I can’t wait to book our next stay for longer! And they were wonderful to my service dog too! It was a little confusing at the beginning, as we did not know we had to go through a gate to get in, and weren’t sure what to tell the gate attendant, but when I told him we were checking in he let us through.

Westgate Branson is a beautiful property. The pool area is so unique and fun for all ages. It would be a 5☆ for me if not for a couple issues. Our washer in our unit broke the first night as well as the water in the complex was off due to a line break. So we couldn't shower after the pool or use the restroom for 12 hours. All in all we'll be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had to book last second due to an unexpected change in our other hotel, but the staff and property here were great! We loved all the pools and other activities, there is basketball and beach volleyball, among many other things. Great place the stay. The units themselves feel like someone with an RV design background designed them? This was our only complaint, certain areas were very cramped and oddly designed, specifically the hallway lights that shine into the bedrooms without much luck getting the shades to close out all the light. It’s odd. Need blackout shades in all the units immediately. Whole family was up in the middle of the night and due to all the light entering the bedroom I was wide awake at 4am. If that was fixed this would easily be 5 stars, really wonderful and scenic property with a great staff.

This is a nice place to stay if you want to relax. I gave a 4 star because in the unit we was originally assigned to the ac was broken. They tried to fix it but couldn't and we had to move to another unit. We sat in the unit for over 4 hours and temp was 76 degress. We was not offered another unit until we called and told them we couldn't stay in there any longer. There are daily activities but not alot for the kiddos to do in the evenings. No playground and game room consists of pool table and a ping pong table. They do have board games snd puzzles. We had a 5 year old and she bored quickly with that. Everyone was friendly and the units was clean. Enjoyed the stay and got lots of great photots.

A short getaway for my husband and myself. We booked last minute. Not disappointed at all! Great front desk staff, comfortable bed and nice view of Table Rock Lake. Outdoor Pool was awesome. Will stay again!

We had a great time here, stopped for a last minute stay just for the night. The pools were great very clean. Our 1 bedroom unit was also very clean and had everything we could have needed (pots, pans, towels, kitchen/cleaning supplies). I did have to make a run for seasonings and some paper plates (the plates provided are very small considering the fully equipped kitchen). The other reviews mentioned walls being paper thin, they are correct you are going to be hearing your neighbors and vice versa. We had no issue with that though it wasn't bad we were actually probably the noisy ones with our little kiddo. Overall great experience and will be back soon! Future travelers I would suggest getting essentials beforehand; water, food, etc. Closest stores/restaurants are about 15-20 minutes out from resort.

This is my second time staying here both times you know immediately the floor is dirty when you can’t even walk on the floor for without having dirty socks or dirty feet even wiping the floor with a damp washcloth is a better job. They also didn’t do a good job on the toilet. There was 2 per stains. On toilet. There were also crumbs on the floor next to baseboard the updated design is nice, but they could definitely do better on cleaning as well as the cobwebs outside. It’s not like this is dead summer.

Our stay was pleasant, except for the fact that the place was not really clean. There were cobwebs between the bed and the dresser. And most frustrating was the ceiling vent in the bathroom was covered in black mold. My sister and I couldn't breathe well and couldn't figure out why, until we saw the ceiling vent. We will not be returning to Westgate for that reason.

Great views from screened in patio, though patio and screens were very dirty. Room was recently updated, though floors and baseboards were dirty. Comparing Branson Westgate Lakes with Branson Westgate Woods I would definitely recommend Branson Westgate Woods. There is much more to do, see, and staff are more involved with Guest activities.

Overall we had a good stay and staff were very nice and helpful but the room wasn’t super clean - we had a live scorpion and a cockroach crawling around at one point. There were also dead flies by the window when we checked in.

This was such a beautiful place with so much to do and everything was so fun! The service was amazing, everyone was wonderful. The rooms were wonderful, but unfortunately not the cleanest. Our first night there after walking around the place for the first 30 minutes of being there all of our feet were black... so we all had to wear our shoes the whole time which was a bummer. Everything else was great!

We have stayed here a number of times in the past but this time was not great. The floors in our unit were so dirty, that we had to wash our feet right after coming out of the shower because our feet were black after walking across the floor. The stair areas outside were full of mud dauber nest that had fallen. Also, there are now gates to the neighborhood and two different times we had to wait 20 minutes to get in because a person in front of us was delivering something (pizza) and they could not get someone to let them in. People were literally getting out of line and tailgating in residents. The line was so long it blocked the road where people turned off to enter the property. We likely won’t stay here again. Many other nicer and more convenient places near Branson.

Our stay was good. The people were very nice. The only negative is that the walls are so thin. We heard every conversation around us and loud walking above us. We did have some younger men partying all night but security took care of the issue due to so many people calling in on them. The pool is amazing!

Bait & Switch. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a deluxe balcony with a view and got placed on the first floor with a very minimal view of the lake. Balcony was right next to a very noisy air conditioner. That sounded like a 747 every time that it decided to kick on or off. Neither peaceful or quiet. Even worse was check-in. We we were asked to pay a $50 deposit to clean this condominium that is not serviced every day. This should've been disclosed at booking and not whenever I arrived. We were then asked to get a parking pass from the "concierge," who then proceeded to try to give us some spill about a timeshare presentation. Stated he was going to give us money to go to if we agreed to go and eat breakfast. He very quickly changed his tune whenever we told him we already had a timeshare. It's 8:00 pm, I've been working all day, just drove 4 hours and the last thing I want to do is listen to a high pressure sales pitch!about a timeshare that I haven't even seen. I complained about all of these issues to hotels.com they have said nothing even after promising that they would get back "urgently" about the issue. As for the hotel, will not return and I don't recommend that you do either The place itself is clean,well appointed, but the staff are not. The hotel desk clerk seemed equally smug about sending me to the "concierge for a parking pass."

We rented a one bedroom on the 2nd floor, but we were given the front section overlooking the parking lot. The "lock offs" were noisy and the unit was dark. It was fine for the money and we were only spending one night, but probably would not return. The check in staff was wonderful but the unit was just dark unless we wanted everyone walking by to look in on us.

Property was in excellent condition, only issue was the walls are extremely thin and you can hear anyone talking around you. Also when water or toilet flushes outside of your condo it’s extremely loud.

We had 2 rooms for us & for our daughters. They didn't have rooms on the same floor, no problem. When we entered the room there were deodorants, chargers, papers, etc. I yelled hello, no answer, we left the room. We told the front desk that there were people in our room, she had to go to the back room to talk to a manger several times & insisted that no one was in our room. We asked to have the manager come out instead of waiting for the girl to relay answers. When the manager came out she insisted it was the cleaning crew. We told her about the items & she said security was on their way to retrieve the items left by the cleaning crew, & that they give them welcome packets w/deodorant on their first day. She said everything would be gone, they didn't have any other rooms & we should go back and stay there. We expressed concern that it wasn't clean based on what we could see but since we were going to a concert in less than an hour we didn't have options. We went back to the room, there was no security, we walked all the way into the room. There were personal items, back packs, travel brochures, etc. I called the front desk & asked for security & the manager to come to the room. The man on the phone told me that if I would just stop talking, he would explain it to me. There was a computer glitch & we were in someone else's room. They never apologized, sent anyone or tried to help. They did give us a key to a new room right next to our daughters.

Check in was horrible, the email i received said check in at 3pm, the website said 4p. So to be safe we showed up at 4pm. room was not ready and no guarantee of when it would be available. Took my number and we will call you. This left us no place but your bathroom to change clothes and get ready. There was no sorry for the inconvenience. I received a text at 530 room was ready. Our condo was attached to someone else so you heard everything that was going on behind the connecting doors. They were loud late into the night. This is not ideal. Would not stay here again.

I booked 2 nights and 2 rooms with Westgate Branson Lakes resort. I booked them separately (booked one night and then a few days later added a second night). Instead of allowing us to stay in the rooms we were in the first night, the facility told us we had to move rooms. This trip was for 5 women, so you can imagine we had quite a bit of “stuff”. Once we loaded all of our belongings and got into the “new” room, it was identical. Nothing different at all. We were never given a good reason for needing to move. It just seemed useless and the staff didn’t seem to care about our inconvenience at all. Staff was very dismissive.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly young woman and she was very helpful during check in. We entered our rooms and they smelled fresh and clean. It was very nice and comforting. The rooms themselves-while not lake view-were clean, comfortable, modern, and inviting. The next morning we woke and went to one of the many activities offered-tie dye-and encountered a very friendly staff member who was a great person to visit with. Every staff interaction was friendly, thoughtful, courteous, and professional. The staff is great. The rooms are great. Amazing place to stay.

This property is so gorgeous right in Table Rock Lake. I was super worried because we were traveling with my parents who had lots of health problems . The staff was so kind made sure we had everything we needed . The made check in easy and made sure our condo were together . The condos were so beautiful, clean, updated and handicap accessible . We will for sure stay there again !

Bait & Switch. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a deluxe balcony with a view and got placed on the first floor with a very minimal view of the lake. Balcony was right next to a very noisy air conditioner. That sounded like a 747 every time that it decided to kick on or off. Neither peaceful or quiet. Even worse was check-in. We we were asked to pay a $50 deposit to clean this condominium that is not serviced every day. This should've been disclosed at booking and not whenever I arrived. We were then asked to get a parking pass from the "concierge," who then proceeded to try to give us some spill about a timeshare presentation. Stated he was going to give us money to go to if we agreed to go and eat breakfast. He very quickly changed his tune whenever we told him we already had a timeshare. It's 8:00 pm, I've been working all day, just drove 4 hours and the last thing I want to do is listen to a high pressure sales pitch!about a timeshare that I haven't even seen. I complained about all of these issues to hotels.com they have said nothing even after promising that they would get back "urgently" about the issue. As for the hotel, will not return and I don't recommend that you do either The place itself is clean,well appointed, but the staff are not. The hotel desk clerk seemed equally smug about sending me to the "concierge for a parking pass."

Pleasantly surprised! We had a great view of the lake from our room and the pool was nice. Like other reviewers stated, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. We liked how it was tucked away from Branson! We would stay here again!

Great place for a family reunion! The rooms were nice and the kitchen furnished so we could cook what we wanted. There are so many places to gather and spend time as a family. Only drawback was that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Otherwise it was all great and we will be back!

Property is very clean and noise levels were average. Pets are allowed so be prepared for barking dogs. Would highly suggest getting a room with lake view. About 15 minutes away from food. May want to stop by and get snacks before coming. No room service but can get coffee and towels from front desk. Overall, liked the property.

Very nice facility. Great views from the one bedroom suite. Have daily activities, nice comfortable bed. Kitchens had all the supplies you need…only downfall is that they do not provide housekeeping at all during your stay. You can text for them to bring towels etc and pick up trash but no one cleans the room.

We had a great time here, stopped for a last minute stay just for the night. The pools were great very clean. Our 1 bedroom unit was also very clean and had everything we could have needed (pots, pans, towels, kitchen/cleaning supplies). I did have to make a run for seasonings and some paper plates (the plates provided are very small considering the fully equipped kitchen). The other reviews mentioned walls being paper thin, they are correct you are going to be hearing your neighbors and vice versa. We had no issue with that though it wasn't bad we were actually probably the noisy ones with our little kiddo. Overall great experience and will be back soon! Future travelers I would suggest getting essentials beforehand; water, food, etc. Closest stores/restaurants are about 15-20 minutes out from resort.

Stayed here because we found it on hotels.com and was just as cheap as a regular hotel. Picked it because it had a hot tub and offered breakfast but when we arrived neither was offered. Bought the timeshare at the presentation and received a text welcoming us as a WOW member but because our membership was in pending status the desk clerk wouldn’t give us our discount when we bought some food at the store. Other than those issues it’s a nice place.

We had a very relaxing and fun trip. The room was very clean. Me and my husband both have to have a good mattress to be able to sleep, this one was pretty good, not as good at our one at home but we were able to get sleep. The only thing I would change is the hot tub was really only luck warm and I didn’t see any way to change the temperature. Overall is was well worth the stay!

The following breeds are not permitted: Great Dane, Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and Presa Canario; other dog breeds at discretion of property management. A dog must not exceed 60 pounds (27 kilograms), or in the case of 2 dogs, must not exceed 60 pounds combined; dogs must be maximum 36 inches (91 centimeters) long, and maximum 36 inches tall. Pets left unattended in guestrooms must be kept in a pet carrier or crate. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the guestroom. Dogs are not allowed in public areas, including restaurants, spa/salon, pool areas, showrooms, convention spaces, casino, and/or common retail spaces.
