They have done a recent renovation that is awesome. The rooms feel like a premium hotel once you enter. Comfortable beds and good work areas in the room. Quiet. Only downside is that both times I've stayed, their Wifi is not really good and often not usable.

the driveway into the Sure Stay is between the taco bell and quality inn; turn into the taco bell and then sharp right then sharp left towards the Sure Stay sign and you’re there. this off-brand motel is the best inexpensive motel i’ve ever stayed in (worth the slightly higher price.) it’s clean, quiet, everything works, good hot water pressure, good bed and good television and wifi. like i said the best place so far. nighty night…

Our room smelled very bad of a musty mildew smell . It was clean , the staff were very nice , the pool and facilities very decent but the smell was bad . The ‘rv and truck parking ‘ is very bad . The lot you need to park in has a massive hole in the parent and the turnaround areas just like a maze . I recommend 50 dollars in crushed rock for that creator in the truck parking entrance and find out why the mildew smell is happening in the room so bad . Besides that the stay could have been 5 stars

We had a big box truck - lots of parking. Easy on and off the highway. Several options for eating near by. Warm breakfast includes waffles and eggs/sausage. Staff pleasant. Updated rooms with comfortable bedding.

This property is in an amazing location, right at the Exit at I-12 and across the road from a huge shopping complex with a Movie Theatre and every imaginable food option. The hotel is very old and looks dated on the outside. There is an outdoor pool and the hotel is part motel on one side with drive-up rooms and no interior hallways. It is an old pinkish/beige color with no modernized rooms. The beds are comfy enough and there is a suitable breakfast. It's just old and economical for people needing a cheap room as opposed to a quality room.

You had it rated very good and that was wrong. It was a very shabby hotel. The dead bolt didn’t work, the remote didn’t work and I had to wait to get my cash deposit back. There was also no elevator. It was much in need of painting and repairs. I was very disappointed.

Perfectly fine place to stay. Access from the street is a bit challenging due to three roundabouts in a row and a poorly designed street entrance, but this is not the hotel’s fault. All lights and power went out for about an hour late in the evening - not sure if it was only the hotel or the whole area as I didn’t venture far from the room to find out. I forgot to ask the next morning what the power outage was about. Lots of restaurants and quickie marts around, so this is a convenient place to stay. I would stay there again.

The room was large and well heated. Unusual layout, but functional. Price was quite reasonable. Pet friendly for our little dog, with first floor access to green areas. Biggest gripe is finding the place. Went around the circle at least three times before figuring that you must turn down what looks like an alley to get to the facility,

It started at check in and she said my confirmation wasn't there. Show her my credit account showing paid, the email showing confirmation, text showing the details. She wants to help everyone but me now. Worst service ever. Room had cockroachs all over. Very disgusting! To much noise to sleep and to too it off the breakfast was horrible. Wish i could take it all back and startover again and stay some where else. This is what happens when you been driving for 16 hrs, i let my guard down.

We stayed one night on our way to Florida. We booked late and didn’t have a lot of choices so was a little skeptical. This is an older hotel but it has been cleaned and updated. The room was extremely clean and beds were conforrable. Shower was great!

Ok place for overnight except the train can shake the room (literally) but wasn't an issue after falling asleep. there is no central hall so rooms open to outside. Area well lit and clean. Would I stay there again, maybe but not my first choice.

The rooms have outside access, which is slightly less appealing, but not that big of a deal. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds and pillows. They are not insulated very well, though, because you can hear all the noise from outside and from your neighbors. Overall, not too shabby.

Good options for food and gas and right next door. Staff was mediocre. Front desk should know about amenities and if any aren't working getting maintenance on it. Room was nice and spacious although hair dryer didn’t work. Overall a good place for a good price.

The property was easy to navigate and park in. However, the front desk attendants were not confident in the services they had to offer and couldn’t help find a rollaway bed even though it was on the booking. It just felt like they could care less about the inconvenience it would be creating.

I booked online. Called hotel to tell them we would be arriving around 9:30pm and we had a dog (pet friendly hotel). She said we are all set. We arrived at 9:30 and she gave our room to someone else! Someone came in and used my reservation and she let them!! It was under my name! She called them and knocked on their door and they didn’t answer! Luckily we got another room but not cool that more safety or even a simple asking for ID was taken.

I liked that they serviced the room everyday, where a lot of big chains don’t when you’re staying five or six days. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is so much to eat so close by. The only negative thing I can say is the paint needs some touch up in places and adding some lights to the palm trees around the pool and in the large bushes would make a huge impact.

For the price everything was very good. Property could use some sprucing up but room was very good. I feel safe there and when in town choose this hotel. It's close ti interstate and right across street to mall. Lots of restaurants in walking distances.

The reviews said very good but i can only give it a good. All the rooms face the interstate a 1/2 block away and there is a freight train/ amtrak rail at the far end of the building. The staff are terrific and keep up the older hotel very well. Stingy on the breakast bar, run out of food after an hour even the coffee....i need my coffee.

I just needed an inexpensive place to sleep for a few hours. This fit the bill. Very friendly and hassle free check in. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. This is an older hotel that has been renovated. They offer a free breakfast, but I checked out before it started. There are many places to eat in close proximity and it’s right off of the interstate. It’s not a five star hotel, but I knew that going in. I would definitely stay there again.
