I travel for work and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stepped in. Front desk was friendly and helpful though.

Black mold growing in the room. Room smelled musty and gross. Overall cleanliness was poor.

Room was absolutely horrible. The room literally smelled like rotten fish even with the ac on 64. It smelled so bad even opening the window half way didn’t help. the freezer part worked, but the refrigerator part wasn’t. The only reason I didn’t ask for another room was I had two toddlers with me that were dead tired and ready to lay down. So we just roughed it out. Then not to mention none of the outlets in the room worked.

Change to new pillows!!! The pillows provided smell musty, with a foul rotten odor. Very thin like they are worn out. Thanks!
