I needed some ice so I call the front desk. I was told to walk out and then then right and the ice machine was next to room 125. I get there and it does not work. I call front desk again. I was told to do the same thing but walk to room 108. Again, a broken ice machine. Beds and pillows are not comfortable either.

Room was dirty and wasnt clean properly...Worker or owner of hotel said we had to eat breakfast there at the front lobby and not take no food to room but no rules are posted and seen other people taking food in and out of the hotel front lobby. There was no pool it was all covered up with grass

The place was clean including the room, however; when we came into the room it had 8 to 10 crickets inside. They immediately gave us another that was very clean and without crickets. Evidently there was a cricket infestation in the surrounding area.

We stayed here for one night. Paid $287. It was worth $100 for the night at best for a Friday. The lobby stunk like microwaved food. In our room, the sheets had some stains. I had lost my earring in the room, so I turned over the chair cushion. I found a water bottle and plenty of grimy crumbs. I also looked behind the bed, eww, more junk. The room gave men an icky feel, so I examined the mattress and sheets for bedbugs before laying in it. Definitely wasn’t worth the price that we paid,

This place is completely redone inside it’s extremely clean & exceeded expectations! Pet friendly too which we traveled with ours & it’s always much nicer when rooms have vinyl floors vs carpet! Nice sized refrigerator that actually was cold!

We checked in and a few minutes we had bed bugs on our bed !!!!! So we checked out immediately!! I even showed them the bed bugs but they still said they didn’t have any … They were big full of blood

Some good, some bad. Friendly checkin staff however morning person was on the phone the whole time I was eating breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is terrible. Nothing works, no tea bags, old food. Pillows were 12x12 tiny - useless and uncomfortable. Internet doesn’t work, had to connect to Burger King next door. TV has terrible connection.

Its was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water didn't get very hot. Just kinda warmish. That was disappointing. It does have a fridge and microwave. I like that. It did not have an in Room coffee maker. That made me sad. coffee is available in the lobby. Not too bad if its not cold and rainy.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how nice and updated the room was when we walked into it! Driving up to the property it doesn't look like anything great... But the rooms inside have been updated and are actually REALLY REALLY nice!! The bed was comfortable, the shower water got as hot as we wanted and had great pressure! I would definitely stay here again!

It started when we first arrived, pre booked, and the gentleman behind the counter stood there on the phone and didnt say a word to me for almost 20 minutes. The fridge/microwave was IN THE BATHROOM.. i think thats gross. We were promised a bathTUB because i have a special needs son and he cant use the shower. No tub at all. Not to mention, there was a lot of construction going on, i assume at the hotel itself, and no one thought it was courteous to inform people, traveling with kids, about the drills and loud work vehicles going off at FOUR in the morning... half of the food for the breakfast was OLD. Those muffins were probably leftover from last year... it wasnt ideal and not accommodating as promised. Disappointed.

I had a family emergency the day that I was going to show up. I called the property to cancel the reservation spoke with someone the no problemwe will issue a refund. I called 2 days later and they tell me they cant issue a refund. The manager said I should of know that I was going to cancel. I told him I called he said no you didn't.. he said im the man.ger im not giving you anything

I had not expected such a poor experience. I just drove the 1.5 hrs home after seeing a show at the casino. I’d rather drive home late at night than stay that this hotel. The front desk person was incredibly rude. So much so that I actually had to tell him to stop saying “yeah yeah yeah” at me and interrupting me when I was speaking. Not only rude, but he also double charged my card and then told me that it would be refunded when the manager came in because he unable to do it. Seriously? Do better.

The room was clean as spacious. Parking was close to the door. What I didn’t like was the noise from the expressway. You could hear it. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. We didn’t get to go to the free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Difficult to access because of road construction. The exit was dilapidated road due to construction of the actual exit. The motel was great, just not easy access while the exit is being resurfaced.

Average hotel just off the highway on the outskirts of a smallish city. Was clean and quiet, served the purpose for a 1 night stay. Will say, hella cheaper than the Casino hotel rates 9 miles north. So great option for that.

The room didn’t have a little coffee pot, bag for Laundry. The breakfast was ok, but juice machine wasn’t working, toaster only worked on one side, then that side broke. Sandwich was not refrigerated.

Liked- The rooms were updated, clean, bed comfortable. Property well lit- felt safe. Didn’t like that room had no coffee machine, that the breakfast was “dine in only and not to be taken to rooms”- ridiculous as they only had a few small tables in a small space for all. Didn’t like that we had to get our room keycards updated every evening upon return to motel as they didn’t work. Also didn’t like that motel phone in room didn’t work. Staff initially pleasant but later just seemed bothered that we needed assistance.

The property was nice, but a lot construction surrounding hotel. The front desk was okay, didn't like not being able to take my breakfast back to my room to eat. Front desk help stated I can't take food to room that I would have sit in dining room.
