Almost everything was amazing. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool was unbearable to go swimming. You would think it would be climate controlled being that it’s indoors. Kiddos was a little upset because they couldn’t swim in there due to it being so hot and stuffy.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows could be improved. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!! (Good variety, new choices each day). Loved the cookies in the afternoon after sight seeing all day! Enjoyed the pool and gym too.

I waited 2 hours for someone to finish laundry, only 1 washer available. I transferred and paid for dryer for them, they waited for me and tried to assault me, spit in my face and lunged at me. I called the police and they did nothing and neither did the front desk clerk.

We were in a room on the 3rd floor and the ice machine wasnt working on the 3rd or 2nd floor. We had to go all the way down to the first floor and then all the way to the end of the hall to get ice.

The furnishing in the room was scratched and damaged. The walls had spills and stains and wallpaper in some areas was peeling up. The room needs a refresh.

Lovely, competent service representative managing front desk. We did have to switch rooms because the tv wouldn’t work This was a hassle, and second room was not comparable. We did appreciate the swift change, the second room was fine, just not what we wanted. But all personnel were proficient and pleasant.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn. Nice Breakfast. Welcoming staff. Very clean and updated. I would like to see the beds upgraded to a better mattress. They are hard and my husband and I always bring extra blankets to pad the bed more.

Our service and staff were exceptional. Breakfast service very nice with a wide variety of food options (missed my bacon!!). For this elderly lady it would have been nice to have a more convent/accessible make-up mirror. Thank you

There was a Fire alarm at 1 a.m. on 5/10/25. We were outside for an hour waiting to get the all clear to re-enter. The desk staff did not have the correct key for the fire chief to reset the alarm. The fire chief sternly told the desk staff they were not in compliance and he was going to have to come back later to do that. There was no offer for any discount for this inconvenience. Also, the outlet in the bathroom in room 316 did not work. We advised the front desk before we left for the day and were told that it would be fixed and when we returned after being out nearly 12 hours, it was not fixed.

I did miss a place to hang up some clothes for the four days we stayed there-- it wasn't essential but some sort of rack would have been nice, since there wasn't a closet. The other thing that boggled my mind was the big bowls of fully black-ripe bananas at breakfast for two days! It surprised me that there wasn't a more optimal arrangement for delivery of fruit regularly-- we actually gave my SIL a half dozen to make banana bread! My assessment was correct- they were all gone the next morn. And all the apples were wrapped in plastic- no one was taking them either. :/ The lack of recycling in the US is also a very sad thing. Our accommodation was excellent otherwise.

Property was very clean and rooms updated. Breakfas was very good, plenty if variety. Coffee was mediocre staff were all very helpful and friendly. The county road into and out of the hotel is terrible with terrible, enormous pot holes that could damage your vehicle. Realize this is not property's fault. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and will use it again.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Everything looked new and well cared for. The breakfast had many items to choose from- cold/hot cereal to biscuits and gravy and waffles. Much more besides that. And the coffee was good! The staff was friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Most of the usual good features were present - cleanliness, comfort, etc.. However, the one thing that was not usual was the breakfast. It was excellent, not just good. The variety and selection was as good as you will ever see in a continental breakfast, as well as excellent service.
