Wasn’t expecting to be in a trap motel. Nor for an employee to come out of the office with his pants undone an unzipped the pool wasn’t clean or even maintained it was closed they gave my reservation to another individual before my arrival it was just a headache I won’t be back

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They are really nice people. Booked this property last minute on the way to Gatlinburg, without seeing it first. Pictures made it look much nicer than it is. There was a man who looked like he was on heroin standing in front of his door for the entire time we checked in and unloaded the car. Pool was empty of water. Room had no air conditioning, just blew out hot air and rattled. Would not recommend this hotel for the price, maybe if they lowered the rate to about $60 or less.

The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels. The staff were very nice. The coffee was good. However. The condition of the grounds was dirty and run down and the rooms were in poor repair and not clean enough.

This is a Days Inn that is old and needs some updating. The check-in person was friendly and check in was easy. The motel is located on a very busy highway. So highway traffic noise was a problem. Bring your sound machine. The breakfast was very lacking with Little Debbie cakes being one of the offerings. The room was clean and comfortable (except for noise).The motel is in a business area; not a lot to do here.

Our room interior had been refinished compared to other reviews I’ve read, so I was reasonably happy. Overall the building, lot and pool are are dated and a little dilapidated. The new flooring, furnishings and bedding were a nice upgrade but the bathroom was just dusty in the corners and walls dirty. Staff was very kind, could not be nicer. I just wish they could put more effort into the property.

The entire property has a foul odor. My best guess would be a combination of cigarettes and a lack of cleaning. Had I not already paid and then arrived past midnight, I would not have stayed there.

Our room wasnt clean at all. The floors were filthy, the toulet had pee stained on it. Bugs in the tub. Bathroom counter had several hairs on it. Sheets were stained. Gross.

We booked online. We arrived late do to traveling. The place smelled like cigarettes and smoke although the clerk said it was a nonsmoking place. Our room was filthy and terribly dated. I pulled the sheets back and they were streaked brown. It was disgusting. I went to the front desk and ask for more linens. She gave me a brand new comforter in the bag so I was good with that but all the other linens were all terribly stained and streaked. She went again to get more and they were the same way. All of our towels and wash clothes were all stained and streaked. The floor was so nasty. The smell of cigarettes and smoke was awful. The plug ins were so messed up that my husband was afraid to plug up his CPAP machine. Why is this place even open?? There is absolutely no reason to have this health hazard open. We quickly got up showered off and got out of there. Their free breakfast consisted of some wrapped snacks, yogurt and bananas. There was no coffee in either container. Our Aunt and Uncle’s room was also terribly filthy and their air conditioner made a really loud rattling noise and kept them up all night. This was our first trip to Bristol TN and we definitely know where NOT to stay on our way through in the future.

The property is very old and run down. Mold in the bathroom, rusted sink and the linen was the worse. stained and the white towels were actually grey. You should take this one off the registry it is awful.

Although we only stay overnight, we got to get a good rest. the beds were very clean and comfortable. There was microwave, refrig, iron and board in the room. The shower handle and bathroom door handle need repair. We definitely will stay there again.

We had the biggest room. It smelled of chemicals. Had a jacuzzi but I didn't feel comfortable trying it out... it was fine for a motel, but not the cleanest place ive stayed. It was pretty quiet. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was yogrt and bagels.

The front office at check in was very clean and smelled good. I was greeted by a gentleman that was kind, pleasant, polite and friendly, actually made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I were an actual guest. At other motels I have been treated like I was just a bother for taking up time to check in, as if I weren’t a paying customer. Upon entering the room I was greeted with a pleasant smell, perhaps some kind of cleaner they used or air freshener, it wasn’t breath taking but enough to let me know someone had taken their time and done their job cleaning. The beds had WHITE bedspreads and they weren’t dingy. The room was spotless. I walked into the bathroom and there was no hair in the floor, no grime in the shower or tub, the linens were neatly hung and white. The motel was quiet even though a busy road runs beside it, no one was hanging in the parking lot like a lot of other motels. I walked outside st 1:30 am to smoke and never once felt like I need to rush or run to sit in my vehicle and lock my doors. I felt very safe. The outside is well lit and open. There was no trash anywhere, no piled up mattresses and TV’s. I felt like I was in a good safe place. I slept sound which is unusual for me, especially given the fact I was in area I wasn’t very familiar with. I can’t say enough about the service at the front desk, the excellent job the ladies do cleaning and EVERYTHING worked just like it should do therefore the maintenance people are doing a great job as well!

The lady at the front desk charged me twenty dollars cash (had to be cash) to check in early at 12:30pm. Normal check-in time was 2pm. I had arrived after a twenty hour trip and wanted to take a shower and be ready for the parents meeting at the college. The thing is the room was ready when I arrived so why ask for twenty dollars cash for an early check-in. It's not like they had to make a special effort to accommodate me.

Front desk staff was friendly problem was there were 4 police cars there when we checked in and she happily told us it was a regular occurrence. There were 3 more cop cars when we left. Didn’t feel safe at all. Wasn’t very clean either

This is a Days Inn that is old and needs some updating. The check-in person was friendly and check in was easy. The motel is located on a very busy highway. So highway traffic noise was a problem. Bring your sound machine. The breakfast was very lacking with Little Debbie cakes being one of the offerings. The room was clean and comfortable (except for noise).The motel is in a business area; not a lot to do here.

The staff was wonderful and pleasant. The hotel was easy to get to and the room was fine. The parking lot and surrounding area was a bit noisy, but obviously that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay.

We were doing a road trip and stopped here for the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall appearance is fine, our beds were clean and comfortable that is all I really cared about. Breakfast is more like breakfast snacks which was just fine as well. The only thing that I was uncomfortable with is the people hanging out in the parking lot and smoking. It appeared that some of them live there. I think the smoking rooms should be limited to one side of the building as the smoke from downstairs rises into the rooms upstairs.

The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels. The staff were very nice. The coffee was good. However. The condition of the grounds was dirty and run down and the rooms were in poor repair and not clean enough.

We booked online. We arrived late do to traveling. The place smelled like cigarettes and smoke although the clerk said it was a nonsmoking place. Our room was filthy and terribly dated. I pulled the sheets back and they were streaked brown. It was disgusting. I went to the front desk and ask for more linens. She gave me a brand new comforter in the bag so I was good with that but all the other linens were all terribly stained and streaked. She went again to get more and they were the same way. All of our towels and wash clothes were all stained and streaked. The floor was so nasty. The smell of cigarettes and smoke was awful. The plug ins were so messed up that my husband was afraid to plug up his CPAP machine. Why is this place even open?? There is absolutely no reason to have this health hazard open. We quickly got up showered off and got out of there. Their free breakfast consisted of some wrapped snacks, yogurt and bananas. There was no coffee in either container. Our Aunt and Uncle’s room was also terribly filthy and their air conditioner made a really loud rattling noise and kept them up all night. This was our first trip to Bristol TN and we definitely know where NOT to stay on our way through in the future.

We had the biggest room. It smelled of chemicals. Had a jacuzzi but I didn't feel comfortable trying it out... it was fine for a motel, but not the cleanest place ive stayed. It was pretty quiet. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was yogrt and bagels.
