Place looks nearly new. Ample parking. Everything was very clean and nice. Staff checked on us twice during our 3 night stay to see if we needed anything. Swapped out towels and wash cloths and emptied trash. Location is convenient and about 1 mile down street to a major shopping center with many good restaurant choices. Breakfast was the usual but nothing special except the attendants. 2 working every day and they were both very helpful and polite. Large breakfast area. I would stay again if in the area.

Easy to make reservations. Friendly greeting and easy checkin. Parking was good for handicapped parking. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortably and quiet hall ways. Free breakfast in morning, that's fantastic. I recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Mostly relaxing in the comfortable hotel room. Hotel must have been recently done over rugs are new in room and hallways and freshly painted. Seems new. Close to the 81 so good stopover on your way back north.

Room was bigger than normal and bed was comfortable. However Amenities were sparse. 4 night stay and room was never serviced 😠 bed was never changed or made up, had to get clean towels, coffee for machine etc ourselves in lobby . Staff didn’t seem to acknowledge or care. Front desk did not seem to know much or represent hotel at all. Not earth shattering but for well over $300/night I would expect way more, especially for Marriott. Will not stay here again, and will think twice about this level of Marriott property

Called Hotel as we were on the road heading South and made a late registration (2 hours before arrival) via Expedia. I Reserved online based on our estimated destination and arrival in Bristol, and the Asst. at Front desk was quite attentive. She accommodated my request for rooms nearby each other, as I had my 18 year old daughter traveling with me on the way to her Freshman year at College. Her consideration of my said ask provided us a safer feeling as she placed us in separate rooms across the hall from each other. Thanks Much❗️ Freshman Dad Called ca. 10:00pm 8/8/23

This hotel is in a great location, bear everything. At times, it was a bit noisy, being so close to the road and interstate. We sleot very well and had a very spacious room with all the amenities anyone could want. We didn't use the indoor pool or workout facility, but they looked ckean and well-maintained. Breakfast is what you would expect but no waffles or toast.
