There are no amenities. No coffee, not even a coffee pot in the rooms. You get one small pillow. They will not give you additional pillows, sheets, etc. They will give you additional towels...for an additional fee. Overall, just a very no frills (and we do mean NO frills) experience. There is not a hairdryer in the bathroom. None of the little things one normally finds in a hotel.

Well, thank god that is over. WiFi hardly works, cook top with no cookware to use or borrow, beds that feel like they will collapse the moment you lay down, bugs crawling in the bathroom and kitchen area and please don’t get your hopes up that you might want to watch tv. Laundry on site with 1/5 washing machines working, police arresting other residents blocking the front entrance and families with small children still screaming and 1:00 am. Leaving felt like getting out of jail. Finally, I’m free!

The facility itself is great—very clean and in a secure location. However, the level of service we received was disappointing. The Wi-Fi code provided didn’t work, and when I tried to charge access to my room, it still wouldn’t connect. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, the response was simply, “If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work,” with no effort to help resolve the issue. I also asked for cookware for the full kitchen included in the hotel room, only to be told they don’t provide any. That completely defeated the purpose of booking this place, especially for a business stay where convenience matters. To top it off, a staff member asked us to pick up a dropped sock and some trash in a tone that felt condescending and unnecessary. If you’re traveling for business and expect basic amenities and respectful service, I’d recommend finding a place where your time and money are better appreciated.

This was not what I expected. It was more for longer stays and yet had no extras like a pool or exercise room. They had a sink and stove but nothing to go with them like pots and pans or dish soap. It is a beautiful neighborhood and nice to walk around. We had to go out for coffee.

3 star is an exaggeration. Hotel and Lobby in need of a remodel. Room smelled. Cheap pillows, towels and blankets. TV was glued down to the furniture. Elevator was dirty and what looked like feces smears on the elevator wall.

It smelled bad! Obviously people “live” here & cook in the rooms all the time, so the food smells are strong. The floor was filthy! Our feet were literally black w/dirt in the morning. It is right off the freeway so it is loud. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1. Do not stay here!

I had to switch rooms 3 times! They were not clean and smelt bad. One smelt like urine and had food under the bed, hair on the sheets, and in not sure what was on the floor! The second room reeked of pot smell? The third one was better, still not super clean but it didn't have a smell but the outside noise was awful!

The outer appearance of the property is pleasing. Inside not so much, cheap vinyl flooring in room. Was no coffee in room and front desk not manned 24 hours. Has a posted number if after hours but noone ever answered. There were also cockroaches in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, expecially for the price we had to pay

Elevator was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and mopped . Check in person was very nice check out person only responded to check out with alright. Not a thank you or have a good day. Like her job is to take keys only. There was no none else but me. Elevator was very dirt and dry shushing ( second time i used them and both same way ) window blinds does not block light so it’s hard to sleep after sunrise . Floor is stick and needs to be mopping . Freezer starts making a very loud noise fir 30 minutes then stops and keep doing that , so kept waking me up .Other than that it is a great place to stay.

We loved the price, the ease from the highway and drivable to other locations. Plenty of parking, rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable; both my daughter and I slept like rocks in that bed. Jose was efficient and informative at check-in - super friendly! It would be nice to have a coffee maker or some kind of caffeine options for those of us who need the morning boost, but with QuikTrip so close, we managed very quickly. There were no cups in the room, but that was minor. We liked the floors - no sketchy carpet! The room was clean, as were the bathrooms. The walls are a *little* thin, but everyone calmed down by 10 p.m., so not a problem. All in all, a very reasonably priced place to stay!

To be honest it was well below satisfactory the bed was old and very hard the pillows were Way too small I went to the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows and they said they don’t give out extra pillows. The shower water pressure was so low. I could barely wet myself. It was not a great experience at all. The TV system was not good either, hard to navigate the channels or how to figure that out I won’t be staying there again

It was average you get what you pay for. The only thing that needs to be improved on is the checking out process. Nobody is up front if you leave the property early and when you call thru their phone for assistance nobody answers.

Upon check in we told the attendant we had a pet, they said the deposit was $50 plus $10 per night. We asked why the $50 deposit we had to pay for cleaning did not cover the pet deposit. We were than told the pet reposit was not refundable. We told them it is not a deposit it was a charge which made it $80 for the three nights we were to stay. Needless to say we got upset and was than told by the RUDE manager that they would not rent us a room. We were pissed! Good thing I did not pay for the room in advance.

Only Part Time Staff. Could not even check out until after 9AM. Had to report to work, then take off and return for check-out to get my receipt, then return back to work. Property posted a Violation Sticker on my Vehicle Window because another person was parked across the Line, essentially using one & one half parking spots, which forced me to park over the line in the next spot. The Sticker cannot be removed without using a Chemical Solvent, creating a Blind Spot on my Drivers Side Window - Very dangerous practice they are using. I would even call it intentional Vandalism of Customers Vehicles.

We drove for 16 hours that day to get to Woodspring Suites. I called ahead to let them know we would be checking in around midnight. The representative made it sound like it was very easy to call at the check in desk & someone would come up front. Not the case. It was difficult to contact anyone. There is nobody available after the office closes and nobody available to check out in the morning. We were told to call the number on the wall if we needed but nobody answers that phone. The beds are awful too. Feels like cardboard. And the fridge is loud so we didn’t sleep. Won’t be back

We loved the price, the ease from the highway and drivable to other locations. Plenty of parking, rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable; both my daughter and I slept like rocks in that bed. Jose was efficient and informative at check-in - super friendly! It would be nice to have a coffee maker or some kind of caffeine options for those of us who need the morning boost, but with QuikTrip so close, we managed very quickly. There were no cups in the room, but that was minor. We liked the floors - no sketchy carpet! The room was clean, as were the bathrooms. The walls are a *little* thin, but everyone calmed down by 10 p.m., so not a problem. All in all, a very reasonably priced place to stay!

This was not what I expected. It was more for longer stays and yet had no extras like a pool or exercise room. They had a sink and stove but nothing to go with them like pots and pans or dish soap. It is a beautiful neighborhood and nice to walk around. We had to go out for coffee.

Unfortunately, it was a short stay, but it was well worth it. I'm not good with driving in a large city like Kansas city. The hotel being in the Kansas city Kansas area was better for me. The location and price was perfect.

The property was clean, the building smelled fresh and clean, with no chemical smells. Rooms were clean with a good comfortable bed. I did not use them but they offer rooms with a fridge small stove top and a microwave. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Kansas City and close to several nice places to eat. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with this place and will stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

There are no amenities. No coffee, not even a coffee pot in the rooms. You get one small pillow. They will not give you additional pillows, sheets, etc. They will give you additional towels...for an additional fee. Overall, just a very no frills (and we do mean NO frills) experience. There is not a hairdryer in the bathroom. None of the little things one normally finds in a hotel.

The facility itself is great—very clean and in a secure location. However, the level of service we received was disappointing. The Wi-Fi code provided didn’t work, and when I tried to charge access to my room, it still wouldn’t connect. I also asked for cookware for the full kitchen included in the hotel room, only to be told they don’t provide any. To top it off, a staff member asked us to pick up a dropped sock and some trash in a tone that felt condescending and unnecessary. If you’re traveling for business and expect basic amenities and respectful service, I’d recommend finding a place where your time and money are better appreciated.

The outer appearance of the property is pleasing. Inside not so much, cheap vinyl flooring in room. Was no coffee in room and front desk not manned 24 hours. Has a posted number if after hours but noone ever answered. There were also cockroaches in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, expecially for the price we had to pay

This hotel is not a true extended stay hotel. They do not provide any dishes, dish towels, paper towels, silverware or any of the amenities that a normal extended stay hotel has. It has a microwave, sink, full size refrigerator with freezer top and that is it. I'm guessing they do not provide these things due to the type of hotel residents that stay here. If you are looking for the cheapest place to stay then this is your place, but don't expect anything more than the basics. The staff was actually very friendly and helpful. The clientele is on the transient side and the place does not smell the greatest. I would not stay here unless you are down on your luck. Also, there is nothing within walking distance, but a QuickTrip gas station.
