The room was clean upon arrival. The card keys didnt work properly and even after replacing them we would be stuck outside the room often. They had sheets and pillows in the closet for the sofa bed. The wifi did not work and we were imstructed that we had to call a number to use it. About a 30 minute phone call where we had to give MAC and IP addresses off of our devices to the person over the phone. We were told breakfast was 7 to 10, but almost missed it when.they were pulling it just after 9 am. The food choices were about average. Parking spaces are very narrow. The hotel gym appeared to have decent workout equipment. During our stay an outside light strobed at our window all night. Unfortunately you can not close the curtains all the way. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. Housekeeping never came even after the listed 3 day time period. Hotel appeared safe, but the immediate area around the hotel hand wanderers/drug users asking for money.

The room was clean and was all we could have asked for. The check in process was quick and painless. The lady working the desk upon check in was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The only complaint was the pool was small and COLD!!! It perhaps was the coldest indoor pool we’ve ever experienced.

The indoor pool is at 75 degrees even after the front desk person says this is a regular complaint and that Mr. Patel refuses to make it any warmer. It was so cold we couldn’t swim. This was in April and it’s still set to 75. We chose this location because of the pool. They offered us nothing to remedy our frustration. We will not return to Comfort Inn because of this stay.

The property was nice and clean. It was easy to find and check in went smoothly. The keycard was finicky but it wasn’t a huge deal. It just took a couple try’s for the door to read that the card was valid. The employees weren’t over the top nice but they were still kind. The breakfast was great, kinda small, but good. The pool only goes to 5 ft and not wide but it serves its purpose. The room itself is warm while the pool was on the colder side. Overall our weekend stay was great.

The area is super sketchy. The hotel next to this one was what looked to be a homeless camp. The hotel itself was clean and great. The staff all very friendly. I will say it was a bit off putting that the back door could not be accessed at night even with a key. Definitely worried about the safety of my vehicle but all ended up being fine. Speaking of parking this place has minimal and it’s quite tight but it worked. A lot of food options nearby and very convenient for 75

Having only 1 elevator is not helpful. Seems strange that a 5 story motel would only have a very small elevator. The staff needs it also and the wait can be lengthy

My family always enjoys our stay..we are always welcomed by the friendly staff. We enjoy a swim and some great breakfast while on the road. Love that you have on site laundry and the fact you are literally minutes away from the I75 access. You are definitely our favorite stop while traveling.

The property is a little run down. There was mold in the shower area, the toilet handle was faulty, we were missing a plate in the microwave, some of the TV channels didn’t work, and the pillows were pretty normal "bad" hotel pillows. The breakfast was pretty minimal, so if you're staying more than one night it gets boring pretty quickly. Staff were all very friendly.

Everything was good minus o went to take a bath and the tub was nasty. It had dust that was like a film on tub because wasn’t cleaned and the dust was getting wet and so was drying to tub. Otherwise the room was clean.

BLOOD Found in our Bed!!!! We stayed one night and after waking up the next morning, our sheets were pushed down, and we noticed that there was blood on our sheets. We talked to the lady at the front desk and she stated that she didn’t have any authority to address the matter other than documenting it with photos and report it to the manager. The manager was not there that morning and 4 days later, he has not reached out yet to address the issue.

The hotel smelled bad. Our room was on the ground floor and the hallway and room had an odor that was unpleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again. For $150 per night you can get a much cleaner/nicer place.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Spacious suite. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Easy stopover near interstate, restaurants, gas stations. Would recommend and stay again. Great value for money.

This comfort Inn was very nice. It felt right the moment we walked into the lobby. We would have given the hotel a perfect 10 if not for the condition of the shower. The mold running along the bottom of the shower wall was unsightly. The shower floor also made lots of noise when standing on it. The improper fitting of the tub/shower enclosure was the problem.

There were pubic hair on the mattress,This room needs several updates( the desk chair was very very worn- most of the leather had fallen off, the wood on the bathroom counter was cracked and expanded due to humidity, where the microwave and things sit it has been moved around and scratched so badly- it needs a new paint job, The room smelled old and musty. The ac took all night to cool the room off- by morning it was still pretty warm. ) The breakfast was okay- the staff kept bringing refills of the microwaved sauage and eggs, and more filling for the waffle machine. It was pretty busy the weekend we were there. They also had cereal, toast, yogurt, biscuit/gravy. Parking was full but there was a back lot we could park in which was kinda bad since we are handicap and had to walk so far.

Quiet night while traveling. Close to many restaurants. Comfortable bed. Stayed in king suite. Only downside was it was tight getting out of bed on window side. Needed to walk sideways to get by window. Could be difficult for some.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and informative. The room was great with the exception of the office chair. It was extremely worn. Room 204. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Very quiet.

Room was clean and large. We spoke with one staff member upon check-in…another when we came back after our concert and a third when we checked out. All were very courteous and professional. The breakfast bar was good and the staff that we’re maintaining it were very good!

The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We had a room with an uncomfortable bed and requested a different room and that is when the staff really did shine. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Somebody did a great job training the employees and it shows. I will be coming back to Knoxville on business and will certainly stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks for making us feel special !!

Refused to allow check in because lived within 50 miles of property. My home was being worked on and couldn’t stay that night so rented a room and they wouldn’t allow a check. This rule was nowhere on their site or Expedia’s. Will be calling for refund in the morning after having to fine another room that evening

The maids kept walking into our rooms. We would tell them that we were not finished check out was at noon. They were coming into our rooms at 9 AM. They walked in on family members having sex after they were told not to come into the room that we were there till 12 o’clock. I went downstairs to report it they did it again I will not be staying back at this facility.

Chad at the front desk made our check in and check out very easy. I’m very thankful to him for talking to my autistic son with kindness and respect. We have a true trained support dog, and he was welcomed. The facility was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again.

King bed was comfortable. Room next to the elevator on the 5th floor but didn’t hear it. The only issue was location of property. The neighborhood is declining and isn’t convenient to downtown or the UT campus as needed.
