The motel was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything I wanted to do near Monterey. The walls are very thin, however, so might not be right for you if you're a light sleeper.

Comfortable beds, soft pillows. Nearby food choices. Attractive plantings and quiet surroundings. Larger TV would be better.

We loved our stay at Discovery In in Seaside. It was our first time staying in Seaside, and honestly our expectations were low. The staff was amazing, Maria kept our room spotless!! From check in, to clean towels daily, a freshly made bed each evening, great location with Safeway for amenities and Costco to fill up our tanks before we headed back home! Just 10 minutes to Monterey/Pacific Grove…we’ll definitely be back!! Thanks to your amazing staff for a great stay!!
