I have stayed here many times. The previous owner did a lot to freshen up the rooms in this older Motel. The new ownership looks to be continuing on with the same desire to have a clean updated place. The parking right at the door is a desire as I travel with a Show Car and like to be able to keep my eyes on it,,,as well it is very easy to bring luggage in and out of room to car. The parking spaces are deep enough to accommodate a small trailer in the same spot. It is very quiet at night and there are many places to get food close by. Beds a very compfy,,,but the pillows are very small but useable.

As a smoker I liked the fact there is an area to smoke. You don't find that in many motels. The room was large and clean. Parked right outside my door. I recommend this business.

Bed and pillows weren’t very comfy (but that’s just me). The hot tub was ok but they only had one towel. The bathroom towels were smaller and kinda thin. Did not like the shampoo/conditioner packet. They had a zip tie thing on the coffee maker plug so we had to try for 5 minutes to pry the thing off.

I was very impressed with the manager of this property who is very involved in the upkeep and care of the property. We were able to park her motorcycles right outside the door from our room. There was an outdoor pool and the water was crystal clean and warmed up to 88°. What a luxury after a long day! The rooms are large and clean. I hope to stay here another time in the future.

The room was clean except the carpet was quite dirty could use a shampoo. There wasn’t any cold water in the bathroom sink. Freezer was needing a defrost, refrigerator didn’t keep our food hardly cold we had to throw out. Pool was closed for “cleaning “on a Friday? Also they charge $10. To use pool when you are staying there! Wow!!! Extremely loud band outside performing outside across the street from the motel until late in the night.

This room was recently remodeled.It was very well maintained as was the outside area. Spotless and well stocked. The gentleman running the office (Brad) was very friendly, informative about the area and a big help. It was a pleasure to stay there and the room was very budget friendly. Would be happy to stay there again whether overnight or for a longer period when we have more time. Thanks Brad!

Cleanlyness was not an issue at all. I only have one suggestion for comfort. That would be for the hotel management to improve the door jambs to seal better. Especially during the winter months. Outside light was visible with the door closed causing cold air to enter making it difficult to warm the room. I would still return there for a stay again.

Property was fine, for the price I paid. Desk clerk was friendly; another employee basically refused to speak to me at all, but that's OK I guess. I needed a budget motel convenient to downtown Sparta, and that's what I got.

Nice overnight stay. Simple and real. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to what we wanted to do in the area. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Very reasonably priced and check in/out was great. We would stay again.

Went to check in, no one would come to front desk,rang bell, called for over an hour. We waited in vehicle in parking lot and was going to call again. Some man came to our window screaming that we needed to leave. I said we have a reservation, trying to show my phone with reservations. He screamed and stated he was owner and he had no room! Just confused and in shock we went to pull away, not knowing which way to go, as it’s 1145 pm and 2 degrees out!

The property is a retro motel and is charming. The decore is dated but charming. It was very clean and well maintained. Impressive planters around the property gave a huge welcome. I would stay again when in the area.
